Pros

The chatbot features are really useful and can be easily used by anyone.

Cons

The features are kind of limited compared to other products in the price category. The support team is instantly available but however they do not resolve my queries.

Cons

Achava que utilizar a API Oficial do Whatsapp fosse possível apenas para grandes empresas, porém com a Sendpulse vi que é simples, fácil e barato até mesmo para as pequenas empresas. Além disso, a construção de fluxos de chatbot é excelente.

Cons

Na outra plataforma que assinava existia a opção de sequência de mensagens. Objetivo: você cadastra um cliente em uma sequência ao longo de um fluxo e na sequência define qual fluxo será enviado e em quanto tempo.

Send your marketing campaigns from one place

I use SendPulse for sms and Viber campaigns mostly. And so far I have not found more comprehensive service for these tasks.

Pros

SendPulse is one of the services I use to send marketing campaigns for two reasons. First, it allows sending both email and sms/Viber campaigns form one place. Secondly, it is much cheaper than some other similar services.

Cons

I think the only problem with SendPulse is that it is still not so popular compared to some other email services. But this has nothing to do with its features. I think SendPulse is underestimated.

Es una gran herramienta con muchisimas posibilidades que hace que sea muy sencillo empezar con una estrategia de marketing, pero creo que esta mas enfocada a las pequeña empresa ya que cuando trabajas con gran volumen de contactos pierde eficacia.

Pros

Tiene varias ventajas que la hacen una aplicacion muy interesante, como por ejemplo que desde una sola plataformas puedas hacer estretegias de marketing por medio de mails, sms,notificaciones web.Es un servicio totalemente automatizado de envio y ademas podras hacerlo facilmente desde tu movil.

Cons

la unica pega que le veo, y la verdad no es "pecata minuta" es que cuando trabajas con una gran lista de contactos pierde rendimiento y se ralentiza.

Nossa empresa trabalha com atendimento ao usuário, então precisamos de canais que disponibilizem interação rápida. O Sendpulse é excelente pois tem ferramentas que possibilitam esta utilização. Elas são fáceis de configurar e com ótimo custo x benefício.

Pros

O recurso que utilizamos com frequência é o chat bot do whatsapp. É realmente muito intuitivo realizar a configuração.

Cons

Ainda não encontrei algo que não goste no sendpulse, pois todas as funcionalidades são excelentes e muito fáceis de configurar.

I am solving the problem of trying to reach several customers at the same time with Sendpulse email campaigns and my experience so far has been wonderful and fulfilling.

Pros

I like the fact that I can do many things on the same platform for less. E-mail marketing, automation, SMS, etc.

Cons

The training videos should be made clearer. The audio is excellent though but some of the videos are not too clear for my eyes sight. Appears blurred.

Pros

We are using send pulse for hotel booking and transactions . Send-pulse is one of the greatest companies I have been with in terms of email/newsletter marketing. Their push notifications are free to use and a great service. They reach over 200 countries which is great especially being in the international business world myself. Their privacy is optimal and they are always available 24/7 as well as their live chat.
