Valuable tool for everyday work

It supports all the social media channels and other sources, gives real-time results and provides a lot of different features in statistics mode.

Pros

SentiOne is great for finding customer insights like gender, geolocation, hour histogram or sentiment analysis. All data can be exported as customized PDF reports, which is very useful while creating summaries for clients and superiors.

Cons

SentiOne meets our needs perfectly, I can't imagine something better.

Great social media listening tool!

So, simply go for it if you need some social media listening tool.

Pros

It's also fair to mention that sentiments analysis of the platform as well as alerting is very good part of it.

Cons

It does everything it's suppose to do on a good level.

Knowing everything about everything

SentiOne really helped us to monitor and react to the activities of our competition, as well as understand the key metrics of our industry in the country

Pros

Definitely the level of details in which I can set up my monitoring and the analytical features, all packed in nice tool

Cons

The language and sentiment detection is not flawless and sometimes it was really annoying having to revise/adjust my monitored topics to make sure I get the result I need
