I like that the PowerSuite is always being upgraded and improved. It's generally easy to find your way around the different modules, and the help options are very good.
Great interface, great value for money, overall amazing software, generates good reports for clients. I like the free trial too so that you can test what you're putting your money into first.
Dashboard colours are great, functionality and tools are so amazing that on first look you can recognize that it has been done by Super Humans.
Pros
I appreciate the detail given for each order and there are also great functions like discount codes which makes using the website very useful. The layout, while basic, helps make navigating simple.
Their customer service is excellent. As with any company, it isn't perfect, but they do their best to satisfy and make sure customers are happy with their product and their service.
While I had heard great things about Shopify and was excited about all the customizations it was very difficult to set up and I ended up closing my account after my free trial expired.
Cons
I reported this company for scam and deception to German and European authorities. Now waiting what happens after that will be suing this company for what they do.
My only negative is that you cant download custom reports unless you have the enterprise version. I was never told this and so sadly I have to buy it again to get this, which I don't fancy doing.
The price you pay to buy the software is for 6 months only. After 6 months, you still own the software but it stops working.
Cons
Customer service was terrible, they offered a CSV upload which was useless to me, or offered to uplaod my items for me, and charge me a crazy amount of money for the service.
Shopify is paid and when it updates itself it gives some sort of errors in the online store and finding the error is a difficult task.
The premium charges are a slight turnoff due to the monthly charges. Smaller stores will have to look over their shoulders to make sure that they make enough to cover the monthly Shopify charges.
