Pros
When you act upon the information that is provided you will increase your rankings and improve your site. When in doubt their support chat works like a charm.
Impressive regular database updates. I recommend Serpstat for those who are looking for a really quality seo tool with high functionality.
It's nice to have for personal projects. I don't use it much, but it's good to have my pocket.

RT has all the core functionalities of a great SEO tool that I could wish to have at this price point and even more, and I trust that I will see even more positive development on its features.

What I love about this product is not only the ease of use, it's the individual country's search volume breakdown that allows me to know where to start my targeting.
Cons
The UX is sometimes confusing to me. I often misclick and leave the current project (going back to the list of projects. Then I have to select the project again).

One frustration I have is that the number of keywords returned, etc, is often restricted to a relatively small amount, which I understand as there is a cost related to this kind of thing.

I was prepared for a hugely complicated full of confusing graphs and numbers that make no sense without spending days educating yourself what is what and what it means.
Site Audit have some bugs, or obviously weird result.
