Pros

Not only is it affordable for a small agency like mine, who works with small businesses, but it's extremely powerful, and capable of executing any strategy my team or my clients require.
I love the ease of use, interface, but most importantly all of Sharpspring employees, and how quickly they respond with tips, ideas, and help with support.
This allows us to better understand and track our users and help determined the best platforms to promote our campaigns.

Pros

The main thing about VBOUT that has impressed me is the Customer Service, it is truly outstanding.
A perfectly priced product with amazing features and training videos meant to supercharge the marketing campaign and automation. Works like a swiss army knife - so many utilities.
They have great templates if you just want the job done quickly. And best of all, their site builder is super fast.

Cons

The constant failure of the system, the automations fail. They are not fixing the bugs.
Their billing platform is absolutely ridiculous. They bill your clients directly, and not the agency using the platform saying that the client is the end user, not the agency managing the account.
We are now remarketing to leads that were missed during the initial buying cycle and reclaiming that lost revenue on top of increasing our close rate on new clients.

Cons

UI could use a bit of an uplift. Add-ons can be a bit confusing to comprehend at first.
Modern landing page blocks and design for me its a bit generic.
Little shopify integration. Without our customer's data, the main automations won't work very well.

All the essentials are covered - pipeline management, social media integration and most important out of them all - email marketing and automations. The automation builder works like a charm. I dont have to think twoce about letting the most junior people build lead gen automations - because its simpel, effective and hassle free.

Cons

Stability and page speeds. The platform has to load a bit faster.

I've tried lots of marketing tools and this is one of the best. If you want to be able to manage your clients marketing needs, run marketing campaigns, automate your email marketing, publish content, manage social media accounts, create landing pages, send newsletters, manage your clients, have a CRM tool, have lead management, automate lead nurturing, have file management, own branding, have analytics, then this is for you. Plus, it has live support that helps you in every way to get the most out of this tool.

Pros

It's very feature rich and constantly evolving. Support is second to none.

Cons

There isn't much but the user interface can do with a make over to match some of the newer ones in the industry

The product is good, user-friendly and has all potential to lead the market.

Pros

I like how vbout combined some related features in one platform from email marketing to social scheduling. They also have a section named landing page builder when a user can build unlimited landing pages. The automated section looks cool too. It can be a good alternative to Hubspot CRM.

Cons

When I purchased the product I saw 20,000 emails per month but I thought it was 20,000 emails list in total. They should have increased this number.

It seems has unlimited features: - Templates, landing pages, SMS, emails, CRM, social media management covers all the key bases we need to run effective marketing campaigns for multiple business units. - Custom landing pages with insane analytics and heat maps - The social media management tool is extremely simple to use - Full CRM tracking capability - where did leads go, what did they do? - Calendar utility is useful and avoids unnecessary reliance on other tools. - It links to WooCommerce, WordPress and even Elementor.

Cons

- Connectors are charged. - No free email validation like Encharge - No lead scoring - It doesn't link to ConvertBox

All-in-one platform that allows us to easily automate tasks and steps for lead management and follow-up.

Pros

Vbout has many features included all-in-one package : Lead management, Email Marketing, Landing pages, Social Media, with Automation and Analytics. The interface is very clear and make it easy to connect optimize marketing and follow-up our leads along the way. This is very convenient and easy to train coworkers and clients to use it.

Cons

We can see Vbout platform has already evolved well, mature platform. And because it can do everything, I was not sure it would do each specifi things well. However with what I have seen so far, it is as advanced as some tools focused on one unique thing and it is easier to connect one thing to another and automate tasks. I would love to be able to post automatically to Facebook groups but I know they are adding new functionalities and support is very responsive.

I have had a lovely experience working with Rich for our weekly onboarding meetings. I find that time to be invaluable and I have learned many nuances with the system I might not have known if I did not have the weekly meetings.

Pros

I love the ease of this software and how intuitive it is for someone who has used CRM systems in the past.

Cons

I have not found an attribute I do not enjoy from your service yet.

The overall experience with VBOUT is satisfying so far. We are using the software for marketing media management , email marketing, mass mailing, mail merge and lot many other social marketing campaigning activities. Our costing of manpower is reduced to a great extent after introduction of the software in the business portfolio. All the manual activities are now transformed to automated activities and has brought efficiency in the system. The performance outcome is enhanced to the most satisfactory level. The VBOUT dashboard and reporting analytics is quite amazing. It helps in bringing in fresh business insights and projecting business projections.

Pros

Strong and robust architecture for marketing automation. Email marketing automation and enhanced lead generation process. Building landing page and forms is easiest than ever. Engaging platform and highly intuitive interface. Social Media Management with utmost automation.

Cons

The pricing should be reconsidered and if further reduction can be brought down , it would be great. Also, the trial period should be extended for long so that proper testing can be done and then a final buying decision can be made.

I have used the Vbout for less than 6 months and it has already saved me expenses on social media management.

Pros

I can run marketing automation under one roof from automation, lead management, email marketing, analytics, social media management, landing pages, and analytics. It's email design features are advanced that I can pull products from our online store into the email.

Cons

The social media management features can be improved. In the future I would like to see a tag user and hashtag manager feature. Overall, it's still delivering the social media functionality I need at the moment.

I have used mailchimp for years but i like VBOUT more becasue it cost me only when i use email credits as compared to mailchimp monthly subscription nased on number of contacts. I think it is a great feature to pay only for what you have used.

Pros

E-mail Marketing compaign is user friendly and inexpensive as compared to mailchilmp. Form builder is also a great builder. It is easy to use and gives detailed analytics. Automation is also a great feature to reduce the workload and increase lead conversion.

Cons

I am struggling for more features for social media management. i.e social ads posting and paid compaigns

Vbout is a really versatile tool, and a rising star in the CRM world. I like all the features and possibilities you have using it. great for your marketing effort

Cons

i find the UX optimizable, and don't always understand the logic. Some process that I can do in a few click for some competitor tools here need to apply a weird way of thinking.Like to create a custom CRM field, most tools allow you to do it in a click in a place you easily find, here you need to create a new form and then create your custom field. Sounds weird to meReview collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pros

It was amazing that it's an all-in-one suite with so many features that can get any marketer to step up their game. I especially enjoyed the lead scoring capabilities which, combined with automation, make for a STELLAR way to nurture leads and "turn them on" to my business.

Cons

I didn't like that (for the time being) there are no Custom SMTP setups, since using Custom SMTP would be great to lower the sending expense.

Incredible pricing for a strong product

It was cheaper and more functional than the alternatives. So it's been a great experience.

Pros

Got it for an amazing deal, combines social media monitoring and social listening with marketing automation. It's much better value than other competitors I looked at. It works really nicely and is surprisingly straightforwards to use, considering it has all the functionality that is often spread across different apps.

Cons

Nothing really, it's great so far. I think the landing pages could be easier to figure out. I would love it if I could use it as a CRM for a small charity, so it really would be all in one then. It's got some features like this but not a lot.

All In One Marketing and Automation Platform

The onboarding is a good experience, the founders give constant updates. They make sure that customers are really taken care of.

Pros

Vbout offers a lot of tools in one place: Email marketing, social media management, web push marketing, advanced lead scoring and tagging, well-optimized landing pages, they also have every type of tracking that you can think of. The Founders are not messing around - this is a great and well-built tool. This is a crazy good tool with crazy potential! I'm so happy to be one of its early adopters.

Cons

I am yet to find a dislike. This tool is amazing and would most likely be one of my favorite marketing tools.

An all in one solution for lead gen and outreach

I have watched many videos and webinars. The [SENSITIVE CONTENT] gives a very good impression that gives me the feeling that vBout has a great guture. They quality of the application is very good, I am yet to find any bugs, and the video documentation on their YouTube channel is very helpful for learning the software!

Pros

The combination of being able to offer customers to handle so much under the same roof with great help documentation and videos makes vBout a very good platform to offer to clients. The possibility to handle multiple social media accounts with both inbox and scheduler is useful. Automate lead generation in the form of landing pages and then score the leads and reach out to segments of them with targeted multi channel campaigns is great!

Cons

I have not been able to make the popups for collecting leads "multi step" (I want to ask them different questions depending on previous answer to qualify them). Maybe it is not possible or maybe it was me not trying enough. I immediately gave up because I am using ConvertBox for this and just pushed the leads through a ConvertBox form instead.

A must have for any business

Vbout has been great at saving me time by putting all (well most) of my marketing tools under one roof.

Pros

I love how complete an automation package this is. Between forms, landing pages, emails, push notifications, SMS, a mini-crm, social and absolutely insane reporting there is very little it can't do. And the few things it can't, there are ample integrations. It's saved me loads of time and helped my workflow by putting everything under one roof.

Cons

The UI is a little outdated and it could use some features that focus on getting reviews for things like GMB. I would also love some other local SEO features too. And call tracking.
