Dashboard was super easy to use and payouts are so simple and easy!

affiliates really would like to see who is using their code - I understand this might be a privacy issue

The data management and operation are very easy to use.

The login page for existing affiliates cannot be customized to match branding.

UpPromote's UI is very user-friendly. it helped our business in creating affiliates and also it has features such as Link and coupon tracking capability which is equally amazing.

Limitations in sending mass emails even with Unlimited plan, rest all good

Regarding the mass email function, we're not actually an email service provider who has resources focused on emails only. Therefore, we provide users with some email service integration including Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and Omnisend. It makes managing affiliates easy as pie. It is so customizable, with allowing you to create custom programs that manage different categories of affiliates or even a single affiliate. Payouts are easy. Customer support is prompt in responding to your questions. It is great that you can login as affiliate, this way you can help them reset their password or troubleshoot their UI misunderstandings.

The Affiliate Marketplace needs improvement. We have not yet gotten a single quality affiliate through that marketplace. With other affiliate programs filling this void (for a similar fee) I hope that UpPromote will make this feature usable and ROI generating. I would love to reach out to qualified affiliates, but most on the Marketplace are unqualified and/or children under the age of 18 (who cannot sign a W9, so they are irrelevant to our business)

UpPromote has the most extensive affiliate management toolset out there, and I have tried quite a few in my time! The customer support is also top notch; they always respond quickly and are so willing to help!

I think the email feature is a little bit limited. It would be great to implement with Klaviyo better or something like that. Also, while the market place is good, most affiliates don’t respond. I think a more robust market place with more active affiliates would be better.

Easy to manage multiple different affiliate programs with various commission and affiliate structures. It's also great for automating your programs and ensuring correct and instant communication to affiliates.

Easy to intergrate into my dropshipping business. Handy email notification when someone sign up as an affiliate and lastly the panel is easy to navigate

Quick and easy to set up. I have had great experiences with the online support with any questions i had and also helped me step by step when setting up

Have loved having this as part of our marketing strategy. Onboarding is easy, so we regularly are having customers join and start to send their link out which is bringing us 'almost organic' traffic and direct sales.

I only wish there were some more design functionality to make the emails and notifications more 'on brand' from a visual standpoint, and a little more robust integration into our email service provider.

It is easy to setup. It is not time consuming as it has a lot of automated functions, customizable affiliate registration forms and reliable tracking process.

No feature in UpPromote that I consider I like the least as everything turns out for me working very well.
