Showpad makes it easy to access and share content

We are using Showpad to provide a centralised location for sales based content internally and to share that with customers.

Pros

We've only recently started using Showpad, but it's already made it much easier for me to find the content I need internally, then make that available to our customers through dedicated areas for them, which then allows me to see what and when they're accessing it. Much easier and more professional looking than sending via email.

Cons

There isn't anything about Showpad that I have found that I don't like so far, but we're only a week or so in to using it.

Good Product

This product was a win for our team. Previously we were using a shared drive and emails to communicate with our sales team. Showpad allows us to communicate in a more convenient and effective way. It also gives us data on what is actually being used.

Showpad is all our Agents need!

Our company has been able to simplify the entire document process for our Agents. Now all their documents are in one place and the marketing team can see exactly what they are using and when. We love the reporting!

Not the most difficult to use but doesnt drive engagement that well.

Overall I'd say within my capacity is served its purpose well. Great content management for sales, easy to create presentations and to manage.

Pros

Easy to share and access stored content as an administrator for sales purposes. Largely geared towards the sales organization and when pushed to the rest of the org, the engagement dropped. The click-through experience was quick, the interface looks great and easy to interact with once you are within the UI. Creating presentations for the customers is easy as well.

Cons

Used a few times for training and the progress did not track. The progress would also not save if the network connection drops.
