Positive, their customer service is great
I tried out several other texts messaging companies that I thought were cheaper, but this was the easiest to set up, especially getting the phone number. I went with another company at first where I had to jump through a whole bunch of hoops to try and get a phone number approved but slick text did it for me and was super easy.
I wish I could send emojis easier without it eating up all of my characters and that sending images didn't use up so many points, but I think that's just how it is

Ease of use and tutorial videos. You're off and running within minutes.
I have not found a flaw with the system. However, I do wish that I could see who opted out so that I can follow up with those particular people separately via another method.

Interface, easy to use, custom fields, ability to create segments, survey texts that are linked to contacts, tracking click rate of URLs. My favorite thing is that text messages rollover to the next month. Customer service has been superb so far as well. They are always available and quickly answer my questions.
I cannot merge select contacts from one textword to another. I don't receive a confirmation once a scheduled campaign has been deployed.

Impressed with all of the marketing options and the amazing customer service
Slick Text has tons of options to customize it to your EXACT business needs. Great for ANY size business.
Setting up for the first time can be a little bit overwhelming (Because they have tons of options - which is a great benefit) However, their customer service is available even in the evenings to help and are VERY helpful.

Overall the experience we have had with Slick Text has been phenomenal! The customer service is top notch and the sales reps truly care about finding the best fit for your organization! It feels like you are truly part of the slick text team and not just a stream of income!
Slick text is user-friendly and easy for everyone to learn! It is also quick to implement and set up! You can start texting your audience on the day you sign up!
I don't think there is anything I dislike about slick text. It would be amazing if the roll over texts didn't expire but usually that is not an issue as we seem to always use up our texts on time!

Pricing is something that still needs to be improved. I have a marketing agency, every day I receive promotions from competing companies with the same number of messages paying less. This is hard. I stay here because I like the treatment.

Overall my experinec with slick text has been great. Customer service has helped us quickly due to one glitch and ever since then, slick text has only made our clinic's communication a lot better.
Slick text helps our clinic communicate to our patients their next follow up appointments and give us a place where we can also text the patient, 1x1.
The only thing that could use some are of opportunities is being able to re-send a text to just one person at just 1 click of a button instead of a whole group.

We love the mass texting of course but we also love the text-to-win contest features and the qr codes!
It seems a little overwhelming once you first get in there and you have to build a lot of the portions individually before connecting everything, but there are so many videos to help and the support staff was so amazing to work with and answer all of my questions.

SlickText is a lot more intuitive than other SMS marketing platforms I've used. On the off chance that you can't immediately figure out a feature on your own, there are video tutorials for almost everything. On top of that, they also have a great customer service team. Within the dashboard is a live chat box where you can be connected with a real human within a couple of minutes. Every person I've interacted with has been super helpful.
SlickText is very easy to pick up. There are plenty of useful features, and none of them are difficult to figure out.
The analytics could be a little more detailed, but you get the basic info that you need.

I am delighted I chose SlickText over the competitors. The customer care is quick, responsive, and understands our needs completely. Scheduling messages, having people subscribe to our weekly text and categorizing customers based on their needs/usage have never been more accessible. Overall, I would highly recommend SlickText.
The intuitive design is what I liked the most about this software. This is the first time of me using any of this kind of service and it took me less than 15 minutes to understand all the different features. It also has videos on each function if someone wants to get an idea. The trial with free messages also helped us evaluate the software.
To the extent that we use the software, we are yet to find any specific features or lack of feature in that sense.

The benefits of the text service comes from the user base we have as we read their reviews of how great it was having timely information of the most recent fire.
Having the option to send photos and videos is key to what we do. Unused roll over texts units answer the question, "what if we don't use all the data"? After using the Slick Text product for several months now, it has become clear that their Tech Support Personnel is the selling component of the the company! Nobody wants to buy a product and not get great after care while trying to learn it. This support team has it together!
There have been a few items that I have asked tech support to do and learned it can't be accomplished. More of a software issue than anything else however, they were able to figure out how to fix it by going above it differently.
