Pros
I love that I can program everything remotely and for multiple locations with one dashboard. Very responsive and helpful customer support.
Set-up, training of use and working on issues has been a good experience. We like the flexibility and multiple apps that are available as well as the ease of inserting our own media.
The program is very easy to use and has been a great communication tool for our employees in the breakroom. Templates are nice to have and appreciate the seasonal options.
Pros
I have only good things to say; cost, ease of use, effectiveness with customers, etc. Support was very responsive and follow up and follow through has been outstanding.

Most everyone knows how to use a ROKU device. That, along with a quality monitor, and you have an awesome way to display just about anything.
Cons
It's hard to create pages on the website and they have to be uploaded. I struggle with sizing up the pages correctly.
Editing after adding to cart - unless I missed something, I had to delete and then re-enter the ones we decided to change verbiage on.
We are able to communicate information that's not exactly right for an email or verbal announcement, but more passively provide info.
Cons
Overall it works well, there are a few hiccups here and there. For example, it can be a bit cumbersome to reorder multiple pictures since there is no drag and drop feature for doing so.
I have been using this system for about four months now, I have yet to find something wrong with this system.
Formatting can be tricky and getting text to show properly requires a bit of fighting sometimes.
