SmartSigns2go offers an excellent value system. The support is top notch and the functionality is great for my multi-location needs. We have been using the system for a few years and it is very reliable.
Easy to use, customizable by location, great value
No complaints at all! A mobile app may be helpful - but they may have one and I don't know about it.

I am a coffee shop owner and we use the software for menu boards. Customers love them and I frequently get comments. We have four 55" televisions operating as digital signs. They hang from the ceiling, angled toward the customer. They are bright and extremely easy to read. We try lots of different drinks and food items. It is so easy to put something new up. Usually it can be done in a few minutes....
It is a great bargain for the money. It allows a small business, like mine to be able to have digital signage that looks professional and is full of features. My support from SmartSign2Go has been phenomenal. Better than any other software company I have ever used regardless of the type of software.
There are some feature I would really like to see. The ability to lock items in place and real layers would be nice. Upgrades come several times a year, so one day I might have those features.

Perhaps we can get more granular about that in the future. As for layers, as you know pages are built in layers. Are you referring to being able to see the stack of layers like as if you were in Photoshop?

Ultimately we went with an alternative that better suited our needs, by providing us with free players, and gave us the opportunity to make money opposed to forcing us to sign up for a subscription. Although I will say even though smart sign to go wasn't the option from our business their customer service is excellent
The customer service is great and the design of the player is in a great compact size
I feel like the web portal is pretty complicated for beginners it's more for the intermediate, I didn't like the fact that each player could only display on one TV I feel like for the price that you're paying per player you would think that you could display on multiple, the monthly subscription fees really add up when you need multiple players, I also didn't like that in the system technically the company owns the players even though you purchase them out right you can't use them if you don't use the subscription.

We actually don't manufacturer player devices. We use standardized hardware, such as Chromeboxes, Raspberry Pi, Windows, Linux, Mac, etc, so for someone who needs particular functionality then they'll just need to locate the...

Overall has been great. Customer service form rep has been exceptional.
Love the drag and drop functionallity, pricing and flexability to control 4 locations from my office. I can even see if my employees have turned the system on each day at each location.
The software takes a little while to learn, but once you do, it is quite simple. Would like some more functions and seem to have issues with videos that have sound, but from my little research, that sounds like it may be due more to google eliminating videos that automatically play sound on a website.
Thanks, Jesse! You should have no trouble with audio using any of our onboard video apps (uploaded, YouTube or Vimeo). If instead you're trying to display a website that has a video embedded into it then that will be subject to how it's configured on the web page itself and wouldn't typically be the recommended way to handle it.

When I first started looking into this type of display signage it was quite confusing. Some of the companies you needed to subscribe to the parameters. This was at a much higher cost of the product which made it less cost-effective. If you have multiple locations it created much more cost to run from a central location. I somehow found a site that listed many many companies of this type with explanations...

Extremely flexible messaging system at extremely low cost. accessible from any mobile device to make changes.
When our VP of IT and our Administrators took a look at the system they were blown away at the quality of the display and the ease of use at the user level. Thus far all tech issues have been resolved with a simple call to Derry the CEO, hands on customer service and support. We just added three more displays to our system and we are using them more creatively than we thought was even possible. Thank you for an excellent product I am glad that we found your service.
As with any wifi based system, one should create a separate secure wifi band so as not to compete with the "free wifi. (just a tip! not a "con")

Replaced an out of date software and hardware system for 20% or less than the upgrades would have cost.
Ease of use. I have been able to traing non-tech staff to post to it. Works well. Priced right.
Old software would accept power point shows and this doesnt. Small issue we just converted Power point to many images used slideshow of those images.

We have used Smart Sign to Go for digital advertising. As a small to medium sized business, we needed a service that allowed deployment on a larger scale. So far we have seven players! When we needed an extra player...ordering a new player was easy and shipped right away and set up was a breeze. The Smart Sign player and service price was lower compared to competitors
We liked the customer service, software/hardware functionality, ease of use, and easy installation.
Nothing yet...Smart Sign To Go has met every need we have had!

The customer service side was amazing and we were set up and running in no time flat.
We like the UI and the ease of use. This is easy to add and design new pages and makes training people to update the pages an easy task.
Nothing - it was far easier and the cost vs value was what sold us on the product.

Great product and reasonable cost for digital menus. Representative even created my menu template specifically for me to get going.
The ability to change things on the fly with ease, as well as add widgets such as Facebook posts, weather, etc.
Nothing complain about. It can’t be more easy than this.

We are completely satisfied with our purchase from Smart Sign 2 Go. We purchased 3 players so far and plan to purchase more. Not only is the signage player a great value, the customer service is unmatched. The support team, has ALWAYS been there when we needed him. You can't go wrong with this purchase.

I don't have one so far so good. I have not run out of options with this software and every time I loss it it takes one call and am back in track. Last time I call it was busy I didn't not left a massage and she still call me back and help me with my problem fast.

Ease of use, value, versatility and great support!
Switched to SmartSign2Go from a competing product and the difference is like night and day. As an added bonus, you can actually talk to a real person for support if necessary, in a timely manner instead of ping pong emails. Very functional and versatile.
We have no negative comments about the SmartSign2go software or the media player. Both were exactly what we were looking for.

I've been searching all over the web for digital signage that is user friendly, cost effective, and provides weather, RSS feed, video capabilities, and remote site management (cloud based). After many days, weeks even, of searching for digital signage that fits this criteria, I came across SmartSign2go. My search is over. The content management is very intuitive and capable of everything our organization needs, and then some. We have three displays in various locations that we can manage from one area. We can use similar content to display on each tv screen or we can use separate content. The customer service and knowledge behind their product is what everyone desires. They willingly accept feedback to make their product better, more efficient, and user friendly. Need I say more?

We needed a digital signage platform that was easy to use and did not break the bank. SmartSign2go was a great fit for our needs. The staff is very responsive and we are pleased with the product. It is a great way for us to communicate with our employees including those that do not have company email accounts.

Laura! Thanks for the wonderful review. We are honored to be a part of the systems at Dade Paper. You might consider adding the Yammer private network app in the system. It's a great way to easily broadcast messages to employees from your mobile device and those posts will show up on the TV screens. No need to even login to the portal! Thanks again. :)

These signs have driven additional business in our lobby and have been a nice welcome to our guests.
While this product does exactly what is advertised, the support has been excellent. I had a few pre-sales questions and also a few post sale and every time their support has been on it.
Really nothing. It does all we need it to do. I would love a lower price on the service, it's worth it for thier support.
