This product does what it says. We are able to deliver notifications to our users with great speed and in large numbers. As a developer, I can say that it is very easy to add to whatever system you're working with. The documentation is very helpful in this regard too. When there have been issues, the customer service has been excellent. The team at Cdyne has always been quick to respond and assist with any issues.
I would like to be able to send in additional identifying information for my notifications so that I am able to group them on my end when reviewing the logged data that we receive back from Cdyne. This may be in there by now though and I've missed it...

Good experience with customer service. The API is simple to use.
Simple interface. Ease of use. Good customer service.
Originally the account management website during the transition from CDYNE to Esendex was a bit confusing, but I think that has bee corrected now.

SMS API through Esendex has been an absolute blessing to our business. We developed a CRM software and use the SMS API integration for our users to communicate, mass market, and chat with their customers. We have been a customer of Esendex since 2015 and have not had any issues with the carrier service, deliverability, customer service team, or any other pertinent parts of day to day operation. Our account manager [sensitive content hidden] has worked closely with us to get setup properly and remain 10-DLC compliant. [sensitive content hidden] has been a blessing as well, helping us understand campaign setup options and models that best suit our business model. We plan on continuing to grow with Esendex for many years to come.
If I could ask for any change at all, it would be that we can upload our own personalized recording to play when a customer dials the SMS number. I believe there is not a free option to do this, but nonetheless it would be a nice tool for our business model. (No complaints, just a suggestion)

Customer service is very responsive and provides thorough explanations.
Esendex ensures the address data managed by my organization meets postal standards.
We had a situation when a user inadvertently enabled the address verification process multiple times in a single day. It resulted in higher than average fees. Ideally, the application would allow users to set a maximum number of transactions per day. That would help eliminate unintentional charges.

Integrating the SMS API was quite painless. It takes me under 2 hours to be up and running. This is very helpful when clients to add SMS. they are always amazed at how fat we can get it running.

The ease of use. After the initial set up, it's a "set it and forget it" API that we haven't had to spend any real time managing.
Nothing. After integration, the product works as intended and with little management.

Overall is good. The API is easy to use, delivery is kind of promised.
The API is straightforward to integrate with various programming languages and platforms. It often comes with well-documented SDKs and libraries, making it easy to get started.
SenderId cannot be configured. We do not have a function that country limit access control.

My business runs on SMS Notify. I never, ever have to think about beyond the initial set up and testing. When markets are out or carriers are slow, they let us know.
The best thing about this software are the support team backing it up. Extremely responsive to inquiries & requests.
I didn't find any cons. I was able to write the error handling and test classes then push to production in a couple of days

It works very well, the quality of service is awesome and it's very easy to get up and running quickly. Provisioning DID's was a simple process.
Easy to use and get started with. Developed an app quickly to utilize the many features of the API. We also liked the ability to host a short code and they made it easy to implement.
The pricing is not as good as some of the other companies in this space. My customers have many options now and we must stay competitive against the larger players.

-We use SMS Notify as part of our applicant tracking system to correspond with our potential applicants. We use the API to text straight from the applicant's file and the entire team can pick up a conversation at any time so we don't miss a beat even when someone is out of the office. -Pricing is extremely reasonable. -We don't need to contact customer service often, but any time we have, they are quick to respond and are very helpful.
I do not know of any cons at this time for SMS Notify!

It's been good. The API works and is simple to use. I enjoyed the chat option for support, which I used from time to time.
C# API support. No monthly usage requirements.
I'd really like a carrier disconnect list, so I can opt out numbers that the carrier will be releasing to the available number queue. It is super convenient and offered by other providers. ex. Vibes and Open Market

Fairly easy to use. Clients understand how to use the product.
It is fairly expensive. The cost fluctuates up and down, but not always in a linear fashion to number of notifications. The price should go down as the number of notifications go up, but sometimes it is the opposite. For example, we were charged .05 per notification for 13,561 uses, but then .0525 for 23,391 uses.

The softwareis very helpful because I send SMS daily to different friends and social media flowers.
The software is easy to use but there is no customizable branding in it.

SMS Notify! allowed us to quickly deploy a password management system with 2FA via SMS text. It has saved us from having to force our users to install yet another app or profile for 2FA/MFA.
SMS Notify! is easy to use and set up. No special hardware or software knowledge needed to quickly and easily integrate into the software we use for password manage 2FA.
The software is pretty much a set and forget system, in our case and there are no cons or anything to not like about it.

Great. I was able to quickly add the API to my software package allowing my customers to send texts and receive appointment confirmations. Great product and service.
I found the API was easy to implement. Good examples and some tech support helped a lot.
No complaints. It works. Not much else to say about it.

The application has a very comfortable and simple use. It is an application for cleaning and improving data.
Slightly more expensive than other competing apps.
