The cleanest UI amongst social media scheduling tools I have explored

Ease of scheduling posts across social media channels for the brands I support.

Pros

SocialPilot allows you to sort your social media profiles into groups which is useful for managing multiple brands' social media presence.

Cons

There's just one feature that's missing: live @user tagging in composing messages.

A multi-client multi-account social media dashboard with great analytics and a few quirks

The multiple client dashboard feature is affordable compared with other solutions, and this one has LinkedIn analytics.

Pros

I looked forever for a social media management tool that would give me a wider range of accounts than other dashboards, with great analytics, and the ability to handle each client's accounts as part of a "group" of accounts.

Cons

The need to create the client account groupings has to happen for every person who uses the software. The administrator can't just create the groups and go. Also, it's almost a default to log endlessly repeating posts on all platforms. I'd like a better preview function that shows how to optimize each post for each platform. You really have to play with it for a while to figure out all the quirks. I'd say the free trial isn't quite long enough.

Great system for Agencies managing multiple profiles !

Being able to manage multiple social media profiles with ease.

Pros

The software is great to use, main features we like are: the ease of navigation, analytics feature, the ease of managing multiple profiles and integrating them to the system, ability to invite clients to link their own accounts and recently the export of analytics in PDF format.

Cons

The system in general is great, however, there are a few features that could be added, which are: being able to add multiple photos on Facebook, the ability to have 100% white label for agencies and having a client area so they can login and see their analytics at anytime.

We can understand the need of direct Instagram posting and we are on it. There's a whole process to be followed to be partners with Facebook to have this feature and we are working on it :) You'll soon have it on your dashboard.

Also, you can anytime turn off the link shortening if you don't want them shortened. Just go to URL Shortening in the Posts section and turn it off. You can have your links as you wrote them.

It works with Pinterest and LinkedIn, although we don't use those channels at this time.

Also it lacks export feature for Google Sheets.

What features it has are really nice

I've looked and continue to look for other services that offer repeat posting, basic analytics, Twitter follower management (see who has recently unfollowed, search for followers who may be interested in your field of business etc.)

Pros

The posting of text and media to Twitter, Instagram and Facebook works really well.

Cons

It also no longer posts to LinkedIn very well, posting a link rather than the original post image (although this might be more to do with LinkedIn's API than anything to do with Social Pilot.
