As a marketer, sometimes software can be a bit hard to implement with so many options and features. Socialmonials users have to have a general knowledge of setting up a social marketing platform, and businesses who use this platform should have a social media person who has some experience. As long as social media professionals use this platform, it is great.

Sociamomonials makes day to day management of your social media posts a breeze - Easy to add social media channels to it and scheduling is remarkably easy

The only downside need to keep re-authorising your social media accounts - its not a fault of the software though as its the social media providers that require t this - still, its only a 2 minute job

I really like the social CRM. You're able to keep track of all the people that have interacted with your social campaigns.

The campaign templates are a bit basic. They could use some updating.

The contest feature itself is amazing. Social media management and post scheduling make it really a very comprehensive social media management tool.

With what the product claims to do, it seems really good. No con that I can think of but a feature request would be to add an option to keep track of mentions for certain keywords and brand names on social platforms.

This is a very feature packed and easy to use software.

I would like it to be better optimised to be used from mobile devices.

Ive used buffer, promorepublic, and a bunch of other similar tools. This one is much easier to use effectively, and the data tools are great .

Some of the campaign tools aren't very clear

I have other tools to manage social media accounts, however, Sociamonials mixes social curation with campaigns which is amazing!! Great features, can’t wait to see what’s next!

Sociamonials is an easy-to-use social media scheduler. I love that it makes it so easy to post to multiple social media sites at the same time.

I think they need to improve in the back-end UI so that it looks better and not so cluttered.

The ease of use and previews of social posts.

So far no complaints. I have used it successfully for all my main social media profiles. It might be nice to be able to segment by organization for running multiple businesses using the same account.

Ability to post on all your social platforms in one dashboard. It's easy to use especially to integrate your social media accounts you don't need an expert to do that.

We don't have much dislikes with the platform and I think this platform is worth every penny especially if you are running an agency.

There are numerous functions that you can do within Sociamonials. Very useful for my Marketing/PR business, especially handling multiple accounts.

Learning how to set up all of the campaigns and features. I basically only use it for social posting because the other aspects started getting confusing. It was a challenge to get my employees logged into their own accounts. I had to give up and just give them my password. And it keeps logging me out of my social accounts so it's a bit annoying to have to keep going back and resyncing my social accounts.

Ease of use and linking all relevant Social Media Channels.

Like all of it but dropping Instagram posts to the Sociamonials App is a bit wonky but I will work it out

Its clear what accounts are selected to publish and the calendar tool is great, also the tools for giveaways and contest are a plus

I don´t understand well the management of workspaces and how they count the social media account, it`s weird

Set up, launch and manage contests all within the app!

The layout can take a bit of time getting used to, as it’s not just a social media post scheduling tool.

I really like that I can program on all of my social media profiles and pages and that I can requeue.

There are so many features that I don't use yet because I don't know why and how to make them work.

Like any software, the learning curve and account connections can be a pain to get right.

The fact that I can upload 100 images at a time is amazing, cuts my time taken to post down to a minimum! Also the customer support is extremely efficient ... Highly recommended

Some social posters have options to link to gifs which SM doesn't but it does link to pexels and pixabay which is great

It’s full of useful features that most social media/contest tools don’t have.

The UI reminds me of windows 95. It just looks really outdated.

It let's me do anything I can think of regarding social media posting.

Haven't found anything wrong with it yet.

I like the ease with which social media for multiple platforms can be handled simultaneously, and the way that posts can easily be copied and reused with edits later.

It suffers from the same con as most social media management system - and it's not the fault of the software: Instragram integration is clunky.
