The service is very intuitive, feature rich and works wonders. Also their support has been quick to answer questions and provide personalized support, not just canned responses. (you know the kind!)

I think some of the templates can be improved/optimized to work even better.

This software - especially the campaign dimension - is a game-changer: I can now offer referrals and giveaways and set it all up in just a few minutes - it really couldn't be easier. I'm very excited to see what this software will do for me over time: the initial signs are very strong.

I would say that the landing pages for the campaigns aren't the most beautiful things in the world. To be clear, they're far from ugly; but it'd be nice to see ongoing improvements on that front. In fairness, I'm sure it'll come -- they seem to be improving all the time.

I like the ability to schedule posts on multiple social media sites from one place. I have used several programs like this, but this one gives more posting options.

There is a big learning curve with this software and the user interface is not as intuitive as similar software.

It is extremely user friendly once you figure it all out. Customer service was very responsive and patient with me when I was trying to figure it all out.

That it does not post directly to Instagram

I have other tools to manage social media accounts, however, Sociamonials mixes social curation with campaigns which is amazing!! Great features, can’t wait to see what’s next!

Would love to see more templates and a better campaign design tool.

Easy to use and great on-boarding. I needed some support and got it straight away.

Found it hard to get the tracking set up on sales made in Woocommerce from links shared.

- Overall it's not as intuitive as some of the more mainstream competitors like Buffer or Hootsuite - Can feel a little bit clunky at times. -Requeue Feature could use some work

Ease of use from all platforms mobile and PC. Plus works with Linkedin as some dont!

Ease of use and the ability to run social media marketing campaigns.

Like any software, the learning curve and account connections can be a pain to get right.

I really like the social CRM. You're able to keep track of all the people that have interacted with your social campaigns.

The campaign templates are a bit basic. They could use some updating.

The speed and convenience fo the app is good. The reliability of scheduling is useful. It has more than I need but I like the option of having features I may use.

The response time could be faster to queries.

If you look for an easy to use social media planning tool this definitely does the job. It's fairly easy to use. and compared to a lot of more well-known planners especially with the Appsumo deal I bought it saves me a lot of money.

I don't like that it doesn't have an API for linked in. Meaning your uploaded videos will be redirected to another page instead of being able to play straight through linked in itself

Ive used buffer, promorepublic, and a bunch of other similar tools. This one is much easier to use effectively, and the data tools are great .

Some of the campaign tools aren't very clear

Sociamonials is excellent for managing your social accounts. It can connect to a few notable platforms like facebook, linkedin, twitter, instagram(with use of additional app in phone) for posting. The library of more than a million media proved to be useful. I have yet to try the optimised social media uploading but i believe it is another great feature.

It has a few campaigns like refer a friend, voting etc. There is sharing element in these campaign but i felt its functions was not yet competitive compared to those top in the marketplace.

It provides constant updates and improvements It is very reliable and works for social media management Post scheduling, Post creation.

It's still a growing company; I will like to see them with higher FB community for support or news releases.

The sofware has been well thought through with lots of potential and novel ways to build a brand online using social media in ways that many of the standard software options just don't offer, such as video reviews, competitions and sharing of content

Not as intuitive as other software options, but once you get the hang of things, you won't go back

The scheduling functionality is intuitive and allows you to tweak the same post for different networks.

Missing Instagram auto publish functionality.

Easy to use Great price Great tutorials Suitable to both small and large business, but not too complicated for small business users as many social media programs are.

I have not found any Major cons with this software.

I can post without having to log into my accounts and getting addicted to my social feeds

When logging into personal Facebook it imports ALL the Facebook groups you're an admin for, even the dead ones you haven't touched in years.

Love the new Referral sweepstakes feature. Sociamonials goes beyond the average scheduling app with some relevant features like creating for own KPIs for performance tracking

It is improving performance lately. No complaints

The UI of Sociamonials is very simple to use. Add that with the app and you post on the go

Would love for there to be more functions within the app to create posts

The ability to see if the post will fit the guidelines of the platform (e.g. Instagram) and categorising posts for future use and scheduling

Uploads of media could be faster (this is not bandwidth, it's the system)
