Pros

I love easy it is to schedule posts across all platforms, especially instagram. I also really like their reports and, of course, their library of photos and the ease of tagging other pages in posts.
Overall the experience with Sprout Social is good. It’s fun and easy to use and the customer support is great and they want to help you.
I used this software when I worked for a large corporation, which helped us afford it. The ease of use and monitoring was amazing, it was such a good tool.

But no worry about that, you can use the trial version before purchasing, there is no credit card required.
It is very confusing and misleading. Before they updated the app, you were able to just click on the names of those who need to approve it.
Dashboard can be confusing as there is a lot going on.
