Pros

I like how the platform identifies the best times to post to each platform's audience on a particular day. This gives our content the highest chance of receiving the most engagement and reach.
In addition, their robust analytics allow us to create amazing reports with a few simple clicks, with many beautiful graphs and artworks.
It has a great design, friendly interface and it is easy to learn how to use it. It is wonderful to be able to schedule the publication of the content on different platforms from Sprout Social.

Pros

This is a great tool for people who are looking for a user friendly social listening tool. The customer service we've had with NUVI has been outstanding which makes the product, that much better.
Pretty easy to use, the visualizations are nice looking and helpful. I think the biggest pro is the ability to very quickly create monitors and keep those running as long as needed.
The customer service is absolutely fantastic. We love that they are willing to get on the phone to help setup monitors to make sure we get the information we are looking for.

Cons

It is very confusing and misleading. Before they updated the app, you were able to just click on the names of those who need to approve it.
But no worry about that, you can use the trial version before purchasing, there is no credit card required.
Dashboard can be confusing as there is a lot going on.

Cons

I dislike that they don't send invoices at all before you are charged and if you try to access invoices in your account, don't worry you can't because they don't exist there.
Does not work as well as they say it will especially if you are a small company. This software is really developed and most used for larger companies.
Sometimes, the amount of data can terrify you. Its search feature is also worse as sometimes when try to delete a batch it pulls out the result as 0.
