I like most about this software is the segmentation and being able to create a cool and easy survey for the customers. Its not just a survey it also captures the customers with its cool design and interactive survey format.

I least like about the software is the price, its quite pricey but I know its for a good reason. With all of its beautiful formats.

The survey builder is very easy to use. The interface as a whole is user friendly. You can put together a survey in no time and the fact that there is a free plan with most of the features is great compared to other software. The real time analytics that include break downs and charts are incredibly helpful and time efficient for analysing results

The questions where you use a comment box in the surveys. When looking at the analytics, it shows only part of the comments for some if the answer is long

First of all, this product is a great, cheaper alternative to more expensive platforms out there. The drag-and-drop features are great, and the site layout makes it very easy to create and review surveys. The steps to design and publish are very easy as well.

For some reason, extra clicks are required to enter text while designing the survey. The free version (of course) lacks many features, but one of them seems to include reviewing any survey responses longer than a sentence or so. Many of the backgrounds and font choices are a bit amateur-ish as well, but it may just be an issue with the free version, again.

I really like all the data tools that are given to us and that there is an option to export and share the data in various formats. All the information on the individual responses are very helpful. The survey itself is also very customisable so you can personalise as much or as less as you’d like!

The only suggestion I would have is that it could provide with an estimated time taken or average time taken to the users before they take it. Or give the survey creator the option to show those times.

SurveyLegend has been really great for collecting feedback! Where it be for collecting feedback from students, teachers, or colleagues, we have been able to get general ideas of how well our projects have been doing throughout the schools. This allows us to see how other people feel about the things that have been implemented and when we know that something has not been received well, we are able to take the criticism to create improvements.

What I like the least about SurveyLegend is that there is a limitation placed with only ten questions that are able to be asked. As a result, we are not able to go past the ten questions limit without having to pay for a subscription. As someone who works in a school and can't get a subscription that's very expensive, I am required to create multiple surveys so that I am under the limitations. This can be very inconvenient at times and I hope that the ten-question limit is increased.

It is very intuitive offering drag and drop style design features. This product has such vibrant personality, I felt it could help in addressing the dry survey overload many folks experience that doesn't encourage deep engagement in the topic. While being funky and colorful, Survey Legend still offers professional evaluation options, making it a holistic survey platform~!

Hmmmm... There really isn't anything that I don't like so far. I would have loved to have access right away to a free trial of full functionality to truly understand the platform's value right away. I think that would be strategic -- to offer 1 initial survey attempt at full capability and then require payment (or offer the option to submit reviews for extra time). Without this option it's difficult to get the whole picture perspective.

I love that this software is very easy to use for beginners who are trying to learn from home. I was able to collect responses in a survey for our company as well as for our sales reps. We previously used SurveyMonkey, but didn't use it enough every month to justify the cost, so are trying out SurveyLegend. I love how many options there are and that's it's very easy to play around with creating all different kinds of surveys for free.

This software was reccomended by a coworker, so I jumped in and started setting up a survey I needed right away, impressed by the options. I didn't realize that I wouldn't be able to export any responses to excel until I upgreaded. I probably could have found this out myself before starting my first survey, and I understand that limitation. But it would be nice if, say, the first survey you create allowed you to export responses so you can see what the entire survey collecting process is like before making the commitment to pas.

- Far superior to free alternatives (ex. Google Forms) in terms of customization - Lot's of sleek designs to use, even with the free version - A handful of different question choices

- Lots of limits for the free version (ex. can't extract data, can't see lots of individual responses) - Pro version has lots of limitations for a purchased version - Better paid versions are somewhat expensive

This product is first of all very easy to use. All the major sections and fields needed in order to write a questionnaire/survey is already at the side for you to just drag and drop. Also, I love the fact that they have the view of all platforms, both mobile and desktop, and you get to see it beforehand. Most importantly, I love that you could export all your surveys for free if you try it.

The pricing is good though but for some people that stay in my side of the world, Africa, they might get scared because of the pricing. But it's still better compared to many other survey services out there.

First I love the aesthetic and customizable features. With a design background, it was important to me to find software that would make a survey appealing for participants. I have heard great feedback. People love the design and interactivity of the questions.

I am using this for a short school project and I would love to export the data to learn how that looks to inform me if this will be the right tool for me to use in PHD research. However it does not export in the trial version. I can't justify paying for such a short project (under one month) while I have such a low income.

Love the user interface - I can set up surveys exactly as I want, get live analytics, identify and easily share actionable insights; also the SurveyLegend team are great at reaching out

You have to have a pro subscription to export your data and do all the clever things SurveyLegend supports, and for me it's not cost effective to do that for one-off, infrequent surveys

I like that in free trial version they have Like questions with multiple questions in one, which in other platforms are only as paid feature

you can try the pro subcription for free for a week. not to mention great user interface and easy to use and cheaper price comparing to their competitor (since I am a student, so yap)

nothing, practically the best online survey tools for now. I wish there's a student price and one-time only price

I picked the product because its free version has no limit on the number of questions and responses, and it was rated as a tool with good usability and good customer support. It did not disappoint on all of those. The interface is the definition of intuitive. I was able to register, build my survey and send out invitations to respondents within a couple of hours. My questions to support were responded within a day. In addition, I liked that the company cares about sustainability and has a page demonstrating in numbers the advantage of electronic surveys over paper surveys for minimizing carbon pollution.

The analytical capabilities are there but I wish more were included in the free version. The restriction on data export for users of the free version was also a surprise. Fortunately, you can request a free upgrade or upgrade your account for a reasonable monthly fee.

- Very easy to pick up and use. - Easy to adapt the format of a survey, mid-design. - Easy to share a survey, easy to review results. - Doesn't have the low limits on the number of questions you find on some other platforms.

- It's frustrating that individual survey results - especially written comments - aren't visible on a free account. I represent a very small charity and we have a very small budget for social media, including survey tools. I hoped for slightly more functionality.

This survey software was very easy to use. I needed about a 12 question survey that had a variety of question types and all question types I considered were available. It was so easy that I quickly created a second survey as well. I am just using the free trial right now but plan to purchase.

I would love to have a more customized share link. Where the link shared could have a title, like "EBike Survey" with the link embedded. Not an issue for using in emails or on a web page, but an issue for sharing in social media.

What I liked most about SurveyLegend is the unlimited question capability under the free package, making it an extremely cost-effective solution. This allows me to draw out what I need to know on specific themes, through a variety of targeted questions. This would not be possible with anything less than 50 questions.

What I liked least about SurveyLegend is the limited range of question formats available under the free package. I understand this is the case for obvious reasons.

Creating the survey was very easy. Sufficient number if templates to get you started. The analytics and report were easy to understand. Easy to share reports online as well. Pricing is more reasonable than other softwares in the market as it allows for monthly payments.

We paid for the basic price (not free) which says we should be able to export reports but it kept asking for upgrading to premium user when we tried using it.

What I liked the most about this software was the range of options you have to create your own survey. I really needed to combine pictures with questions and this is the best option I could find.

That is too​ expensive to sign up for Premium and there are no discounts for students...

It's easy to use for 1st time user. I have comparing with other online survey and i find it that this software have a lot features for the value of money

The trial version should be done for 7 days once registered. It'll give a good opinion in the beginning

Although we used SurveyLegend for one survey, we found it to be very user friendly. Creating the survey was simple and straightforward. The unlimited questions with unlimited respondents was a huge factor for us in choosing to use SurveyLegend.

Due to the limitations of the free version, we weren’t able to export the data or view individual responses, however, the live analytics is a nice value that allowed us to view some of the responses with a visual aide.
