Pros and cons

I have receive the customer service and expertise needed to start my campaigns. My best representative has been [SENSITIVE CONTENT], he is courteous, kind and so helpful.
I love the CRM functions. But, most important is their customer service that is here to help you every step of the way.
My experience has been very positive with this excellent work tool and great people that works with [SENSITIVE CONTENT.
Poor setup guidance, unsympathetic or unavailable support, unfriendly user interface.
You know things are bad when even a employee says there is a lot going on things going on and things aren't good and they feel my pain.
Limitation on users in calendar. I understand that only 5 users are allowed on calendar.

I am saving both time and money because I am using Textellent.

Pros

I love the textblasting and texting. It is a serious time saver for a reasonable price.

Cons

There are many other features I had not taken the time to learn about and use.

Textellent system works great. I love the CRM functions. But, most important is their customer service that is here to help you every step of the way. Thank you Alvin!

Pros

The automation is the best feature of the software. I don't have to hire additional staff to response to clients. Therefore, keeping more money in my pocket.

Cons

I really did not have any con's about the software at this time. Textellent is ahead of the game.

This platform was very simple to use and straightforward. Didn't have any difficulty figuring out the functionality or scheduling text blasts.

Cons

I think we had a little bit of difficulty transferring our phone number but otherwise it was all very simple.

Critical Client Communication

My IT guy works on referral texts and other marketing strategies' without problems. If we ever have a question the Textellent staff has the answer with out delay.

Pros

Being able to wish my clients HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! on their special day is important to me. I have a personal attachment to each and everyone. Letting them know we care about holidays keeps us on their minds other than the one time we get to meet each year.

Cons

I have no problems working in Textellent.

Pros

Ability to mass text as well as text clients individually.

Cons

Calendar needs more flexibility to schedule provider availability on a daily/weekly basis rather than having set work schedule. It would be great to go in and schedule changes for next few months for each provider rather than having to go in each week to make a change.

My daily routine starts with login in the software and stays open all day. Activity is as busy on Textellent as we are on the phones. I love the easy access, quick responses.

Using Textellent has been the best in keeping in touch with my clients!

My experience from the beginning to the present day has been great. From the time that I have signed on, I had the best customer representative that ensured I understood the software and was there to help me with any issues. Textellent has helped me to stay in touch with my clients the way that they love to communicate. Prior to using this software, it was not enjoyable to copy and paste the same texts to all clients. As my firm has tripled in size, textellent has been essential in my growth.

Pros

I love the auto birthday texts that are sent out as well as the reminders that you can turn on and off at your leisure

I don't have a dislike, I love this software

Pros

As a business we are very busy all the time so being able to call and speak to someone who is very knowledgeable on their software has always been a relief. Every time we call we are very satisfied with the eagerness and quickness the agents show to help us update our client list or help us navigate the system.

Every time that I have a question I call them or e mail them with all my questions and It gets solved in short time. Love their customer service,always there to help.

I love it. Since I start using this software I have a positive response from my customers, Easy to use. My customers have answers and questions quickly resolved.I like how my customers get a birthday greetings. Works perfect for appointments and reminders. I am so glad I got Textellent this income tax season since the Covid 19 affect a lots of business, I keep in touch with my customers thru this awesome service.

Poor setup guidance, unsympathetic or unavailable support, unfriendly user interface.

Pros

Sending out mass texts are quick and easy, and our clients like the automatic birthday and holiday wishes.

Cons

The appointment function is cumbersome and ineffective. Not a single client was able to book on their site. The primary selling point was to automate the appointment process, and it doesn't work. If you are a tech genius with unlimited time to spend tweaking your online calendar, you might be able to make it work, but we couldn't.
