The overall quality for the cost is great, an easier way to contact support would be great.

It doesn't offer a continuous ticker that plays with each slide without restarting. We were also disappointed to learn you are not able display pictures in the news feeds.
The tutorial was very quick so it was hard to write down everything the representative was saying.
I went through years of extra costs of changing signs and limited scrolling text signs).
