Pros

I love the different options that are available for communication. I also enjoy the ability to see timelines through project tracking.
We have been using this company just short of a year and it has been amazing. Thank for your hard work and great customer service.
The software is sturdy and very user friendly. But I must say that what I like best is the team of people behind it, and the way they become one with our team in helping us reach our goals.

Pros

It was a unique and useful experience, as I got distinctive and quick results through which I was able to save time to do other tasks, and this is considered very ideal for me.
Smartling offers a variety of translation services, and the ones we used were machine translation and human translation. This allowed us to choose the option that best suited our needs and budget.
I like that we're able to upload all of our content with ease and pull the strings we need to authorize for translation.

Cons

I also find it confusing to have the instructions and background information as two separate sections.
There are a few bits and pieces missing. A supply chain model that is built up from the ground to fully enable LSPs to manage their user accounts.
Perhaps it's our naming convention, but it's very hard to understand what the project is / or is about, or sometimes who the project is from.

Cons

But the translation software is really hard to use and many of our translators refused to use it after just 2 projects.
Their translation quality is actually really poor. Companies often make a mistake by thinking this is a localization tool but that's not the case.
My biggest concern is that it is very slow in comparison to other (mainly non-cloud) tools. I know that this is the price you pay for being always online, but we don’t want/need to be always online.
