Increased brand trust, recognition and motivation for excellent, transparent customer service. SEO boostings and increased conversion rates due to the implementations of snippets and code on checkout pages.
Integrations that coincide with our digital marketing strategy, customer support, new features and updates. Trustpilot's recognition and authority in the third party review market makes your good reviews multiply into new customers and higher conversion rates.
If we get an angry customer that is completely misunderstanding the situation and will not sympathize with our resolution process, we cannot remove them from the queue since they've purchased with us. We will take the 1 star even if we've done everything to reach out to the customer before the incident without any way to protect our real star average. If we could submit to TP, proof from our end that it was handled properly to remove the invitation that would be great.

Improved trust and transparency between buyer & seller
Trustpilot is just as much a platform for merchants as it is a resource for customers, which is pretty great considering other review platforms don't have this relationship with the people leaving and reading the reviews. In our industry trust is hard to come by, so the transparency is super for all parties.
Some customers don't even realize that they're setting up a review for Trustpilot, which can be troublesome or confusing to them later on (but not often). It's a bit complicated to get a user error sorted out; for instance, if a user gives a 1/5 rating yet leaves a glowing review, it's painful to explain how the user can change the review.

A YES from me! Definitely my " Go To", hence I conclude that Trustpilot is a " friend" worth TRUSTING!!!
As review management systems go, Trustpilot has been a key platform that I utilize as part of my due diligence.before acquiring products or services that I may require. The reviews on Trustpilot are a secondary confirmation for me. After evaluating the reviews of such products or services on Trustpilot, my decision making is simplified further as to acquiring such products or services or not. The reviews are largely trustworthy and very informative. I particularly like that it is easy to navigate and can be integrated with Facebook etc.
The customer service was inadequate and not as knowledgeable as their respective roles required. Reviews posted by customers cannot be responded to as these customers don't provide an email address where they may be reached. Supplier and customer interaction should be a key component in understanding the customers needs and reassuring the customer that the reason for the customers dissatisfaction has been resolved by either improving the product/s or service/s.

Great experience. Lots of options to really get your brand out there.
It's very easy for customers to use and it allows them to see their reviews as authentic too since it integrates with our order system. I like the integrations available and how easy it is to make new assets.
I wish more people were familiar with Trustpilot to increase the brand recognition and trust. It's a better platform than Yelp but it's not as well known. I hope this changes because this is a good system.

It definitely makes my business more credible! I am very pleased with this official and professional way I can make my services stand out.
I absolutely love that this is such a reliable software that many people know about and trust. Using it instantly makes my company so much more credible in the eyes of my potential clients. I love that I can now add this to my email signature when I send out emails to potential clients.
The website is a little faulty.. somehow it defaulted my main language to Chinese (the test emails it sends me are in Chinese, so is the helpdesk), despite me writing everything in English and logging in from South Korea. Also some text are not showing up, and the site response time is a little laggy. The Automatic Feedback Service is also something I'm not 100% sold on at the moment. To explain...

The absolute best feature is the ability to have customers write a review without going thru a painful sign-up process. It is very easy to use with lots of tools and useful add-ons. They also seem to be updating it regularly which is nice.
Unfortunately, we have found that many users see our Google or Facebook reviews before they ever get to our TrustPilot page. Would be nice if our TP reviews could transfer over to other review communities, but understand that would be very difficult to make happen.

Full disclaimer, we are using the free version of TrustPilot and have been for a year or two. What's great about is the ease of response and snapshot insights that we're able to receive. I like that even with the free account there are some customizations available.
I feel like TrustPilot could be a bit more involved when someone submits multiple reviews about the same issue. Sometimes they'll catch it and note it's not part of the overall score - but other times they don't. Also, if we do a request for more information from the poster and they don't respond, it doesn't give us any avenue to address their concerns and the review should be removed in my opinion. I don't bother to fight these as TrustPilot is not our main review platform, but if it was this would definitely be more cause for concern.

We started with TrustPilot to augment our ad campaigns with rating data, but we soon realized that the more important benefit was the ability to get high quality feedback from verified users. We are very happy with the service.
Ability to get and manage high quality, verified reviews. TrustPilot follows up with our verified users and encourages them to write high quality reviews. Our team really appreciates the not-so-positive or even negative reviews because it points out our blind spots and helps us understand what users truly like or don't like about Inspirock. While we have other ways of getting and measuring user satisfaction, the data and insights TrustPilot reviews provide are unmatched.

I think having a credible resource for my clients and potential clients has been very important to our business. Overall, this is a great service and I would recommend it to other business owners.
I enjoy the ease of the software and the responsiveness of the customer care team. I also like the fact they keep the reviews honest. If we get a bad review from time to time, as much as I want to have it taken down, they won't. I appreciate this type of integrity.
I don't think the set up or training of how to the use the system was up to par. Onboarding was somewhat difficult. That being said, once you do understand it and get used to it, it is a snap.

Customer engagement has increased since I now know what my customers are complaining about and I can quickly fix it with the help of Trustpilots analysis and feedback management.
I like that my customers can freely say what they feel about my business and having a customer take their time to give a review means I can offer support outside of my own business. This in turn increases my overall customer service experience and offers potential customers transparency and unbiased business practices.
I didn't like the fact that people can't be screened for legitimate reviews so that hurts my business sometimes because some people come on Trustpilot to give negative reviews so that really messes up the metrics. Hence I have stated I don't really like reports because they have fake reviews.

Can easily manage reviews and makes us know what the customer thinks about the company.
Very straightforward, easy to understand. I can easily filter per star and it posts my public responses right away.
No private response and there's no search button to find a certain review. There are some reviews that are coming from Europe areas which we DO NOT cater, however, when I flag it, most of the time their Trustpilot's customer support puts it back to the queue. So what are we going to do with those reviews then?

My team truly enjoys using Trustpilot. I have recently heard the name used more often and I'm excited for their progress. I feel as though the technology that comes with working with Trustpilot makes it a win-win for the organization and Trustpilot.
I like how easy it is to use as well as the easy of receiving information. I feel as though it's easy to get a quick review via email and responds accordingly online.
I don't have anything in particular I do not like about Trustpilot. Overall, very easy to use and feel "in the know" about the customer experience.

It is easy to integrate into website. It allows are customers to see our score and we are able to see when a customer leaves us a review immediately. This is very helpful for our customer service team.
Confusing when trying to understand what makes up their scoring algorithm. We would like to know how and when we should expect our score to go up or down. It also seems that a low rating affects our score quite a bit more than a high 5 star rating. That seems unfair.

Overall it is a very easy, high quality and trustworthy site to write/read reviews and it's totally free to create and account there and start doing reviews that will help other people.
First of all, I REALLY like the design of the site! They have a really high quality site from effects to icons, everywhere. Very easy to use. That kept my attention to this site at the first time. I also like that they show you how many reviews you have done in total and how many people have read them and found them useful. That kept me going for writing more reviews. Also, a VERY VERY good feature is that they notify the company/site you are reviewing for your review if you want to. It is VERY easy to write a review, in two steps really, two steps! And last but not least, they have almost ANY site that there is out there for you to review, amazing!
Honestly, I can't find something that I don't like about this site but if I have to say something maybe I would say that they don't pay you for the review you write, after all you put some of your time there. But this won't stop me for doing more reviews in the future. I'm just saying it would be really nice if they put this feature in the future.

Customer voice.
The best thing about it is the feedback you get that you normally would not with a product review or the typical call in to your support team. We learn about all sorts of issues, from policy to web design, that we act on to stop those reviews from coming in and improve our chances for a more positive experience.
UI is a little clunky and really intuitive at times. As a developer, I can usually find what I need pretty easily, but a few components are tucked into odd areas IMO.

The greatest benefit we get from Trustpilot is that our customers know that we are a five-star company that cares about quality and value. It shows that we stand behind our products and separates us from our competition.
Trustpilot works with our systems. We have a Magento 2.0 website and plugins to that system work great. I love that it is easy for our customers to review us and we have the opportunity to respond to their request and ask them for higher ratings. The system notifies us of new posts and we have a team that responds quickly to the customer to delight them and their needs. Great way to see if we are caring for our customers by offering a chance for them to rate us and respond to our service.
The Trustpilot software makes it difficult to hide any obvious sabotaging reviewers. These are reviewers that are being paid by competition to leave bad experiences. Even by our contacting these reviewers and giving them what they want they will not update their reviews.

We are receiving far more client feedback than ever before. We can leverage this feedback to instill confidence in new clients and address problems that may not have been otherwise brought to our attention.

I wish there were an easier way to specify certain variables using the Automatic Feedback Service invitations (for instance, using specific tags in the body of the email). Trustpilot requires a specific snippet of code if I want to specify certain variables. Our current CRM is stripping out the additional snippet of code, making it difficult to implement.

Trustpilot is now a major sales tool for our business. We share reviews with potential new customers and on our social media channels and it shows just how well we're doing as a business. We wouldn't be without Trustpiolt now. It's so simple to collect reviews and share them. I'd recommend it to any business who are looking for a new sales avenue to explore. Positive reviews = more sales, certainly in our case anyway.
Trustpilot is a fantastic reviews platform, with honest, transparent reviews. It has been really important for our business to send out Trustpilot review invitations to gain valuable feedback from our customers. The positive reviews that we have gathered can then be used through simple integration on our website and we use their review templates to share some of our best reviews on social media. The reviews really have helped us gain more trust with both new and existing customers and it's a really strong selling point for us now.
We're really happy with Trustpilot, from the platform to their customer service team, they've been fantatstic.

The benefits we get from Trustpilot are plentiful! Not only do the customer reviews help promote our brand, I also send out weekly emails to the respective Account Managers and CC their managers (who the review is ultimately about). It's an excellent tool for customers -- internal and external!
Our organization has used Trustpilot since 2014. It's been an exceptional tool to represent not only our company but our high standards as well. Trustpilot is a forward-thinking tool that can be used to increase traffic, conversions and social engagement. It's the perfect vehicle to represent and promote our organization by the reviews our customers give!
What I like least about the software is the administration portal. I feel the Trustpilot user interface/UXP could be improved with more intuitive navigation.

Overall, I am very pleased with Trustpilot. It is easy to use, provides a great range of customer reviews, and is a great resource to refer to when making decisions.
Trustpilot has been a great tool for me to find customer reviews about products and services. I love that it is easy to use and that it covers a wide range of products and services. The reviews are very helpful in making informed decisions.
The only issue I have found with Trustpilot is that sometimes the reviews can be biased or not very accurate. I would like to see more checks and balances in place to ensure that reviews are more accurate and reliable.

I use Trustpilot to see if a website is suspicious and works perfect, sadly some sites have fake reviews but the support team delete them fast
Is an excellent site to see a lot of reviews about a website, the support works perfect, is easy to use and search any site.

Easy to use . Good UX. Easy on the eyes. Marketing features are pretty amazing & easy to understand. Integration with Zendesk makes it easy.
Ironically, there several options but still Limited when needing to flag reviews. Not so much with the software, but the humans behind it -- decisions with flagged reviews of opinion-laden & accusatory reviews with no mention of customer experiences often get defended.

The excellent thing about Trustpilot is that all the reviews come from real, verified customers: their security system is super strong and they immediately detect and flag fake reviews. That's an excellent point. Also, there is a nice feature allowing you to invite your customers to leave a review on Trustpilot once the order is completed. Finally, the moderation platform is pretty user-friendly.
Honestly, compared to other services like Verified Reviews or Google Trusted Store, I must say that Trustpilot seems really more serious and transparent, so I do not find major drawbacks. May they could add features allowing businesses to share excellent reviews more easily on their website, as marketing content.

Good for E-shopers and their costumers when they need to buy some product they can use trustpilot to be sure if they will get good quality service or product :) Or viceversa
You can read reviews, and based on that you can get ur shop better for customers. Easy to access, easy to use and even asnwer. Very useful for serious business managers to make their shop or eshop better for customers or implant better things for customers so they can be happier in next buying term of goods.
