I do like that Trustpilot actively keeps me in tune with my customers and the general public's feedback on our products and services.
For adverse complaints, the individuals who post them are not always identifiable. In a competitive business environment of constantly attempting to increase customer satisfaction this would be a good advantage to have.

I use Trustpilot so much that I do not subscribe to a paid product unless I have checked it first on the platform. It has helped me save money and time. As a freelancer who has worked with several businesses of varying sizes across the globe, I have had to do my due diligence before embarking on writing on or working on a product. Unless I am sure a product has proven to satisfy its users, there is a high chance I would not go for it. And this is not without the help of Trustpilot.
One thing I like the most about Trustpilot is that it is the go-to platform for social proof. For instance, anytime I need accurate information about a particular product I often head over to the website. And each time I find it extremely easy to use and the reviews there are original and a true reflection of value of the reviewed products. Besides its ease of use and nice interface, it is free.
As much as I really like using Trustpilot and I've actually been using it for years, I think it gives room for negative reviews that could have been prompted out of contempt for the business or the business owner rather than through the use of the products. In other words, the platform should be refocused in a way that competitions would not see it as a means to attack each other. Though it is good that the platform is democratized but at least a little bit of control should be maintained as well.

The benefits of Trustpilot is it gives the customer's a voice on the experience they had with our company.
What I like most about the software is how user friendly it is and provides useful information to us as a business so that we as a company can address customer service reviews good or bad. Reporting is a useful tool as well. It lets us as management know of the trends and what could be approved upon company wide.
Honestly I can't think of anything that I don't like about the software.

Trustpilot is extremely simple to use - from managing customer reviews to analyzing the data. The support I receive from my Trustpilot Account Manager is always exemplary. My questions are answered quickly, and she keeps me up-to-date on the latest Trustpilot enhancements and review sharing innovations.
I really appreciate the platform's intuitive user experience. It's simple to navigate, and the support from our Customer Support Manager is outstanding.

We've been using Trustpilot for the past year or so and it has been incredibly easy to provide our customers with a link for a review. The interface is simple and customers can be done with it quickly which is always a plus
Reviews can be left by non-verified customers which we cannot trace if the customer has used a nickname or fake details.

The functionality of the software is very smooth and easy. We're able to filter and consume reviews quickly and with ease. The ability to send out emails directly through the platform is essential!
Sometimes our customers don't fill out all the fields properly because they aren't required, so problem-solving negative reviews can be difficult. I would like to see a few more ways to use the image generator in the future.

The 3rd party reviews are helpful, they aren't viewed as biased reviews by our customers. Helpful in conversion of orders.
Users tend to not read and will leave product reviews within the company review area. Trustpilot will not budge when it comes to mistakes by users. If Trustpilot makes an error, they are still unwilling to remove reviews that were directly tied to issues caused by Trustpilot error.

A lot of customers look for reviews just to gauge if overall expected experience is positive. With our high score, people tend to complete their order with confidence.
We are able to sync TrustPilot to our Woocommerce website so invitations are automatically sent out. Saves the time of having someone input invitations 1 by 1.
Nothing that I can think of. The only thing that may be an issue is the widget may slow loading time of a page. We just have to use a smaller one.

My experience using Trustpilot has been wonderful, this review platform has the best indications of most services, software and products that you want to know, when I want to purchase a product or service, the first thing I do is read directly the opinions of the users on TrustPilot and there I find any number of pros and cons that a software or service has. And the best thing is that customers tell you from their own experience.
I like Trustpilot because it is a platform that conveys confidence to customers through reviews that express their likes or dissatisfaction with a software, service, or product, giving customers confidence so that they can assess what it offers and thus see if it meets their needs. In addition, I like it because as a client of different software I can also express what I like and what I don't like about any software or service.
What I don't like about Trustpilot is that it doesn't have many platform options to register and be more transparent with whoever reviews, like Facebook or LinkedIn.

Overall it has been a positive experience so far except for no pre-tagging options for service review invitations sent through their interface.
Trustpilot is easy to use from a marketing perspective and a customer service perspective. Our marketing team uses Trustpilot's prebuilt "Trustbox" widgets on our for SEO and reputation building with our users. We use the Trustboxes on our website and in our Welcome Series emails. Our customer service team uses Trustpilot to respond to feedback and assist customers who choose to post there. Trustpilot is very easy to use, offers detailed documentation, a responsive support staff, and helpful reporting.
Our main complaint about Trustpilot is the lack of automated pre-tagging for service review invitation batches sent through their interface. This is problematic since our customer support then needs to manually tag hundreds of reviews by language. Their only pre-tagging options are for setting up automated emails which do not currently fit our business model or our developer time to implement this in or system. For other businesses setting up automated emails our main drawback won't be a problem.

Easy to use Google Search Engine compatible Various Trustboxes allow for easy customization of landing pages.
The lower levels of the software don't offer all Trustboxes which makes you have to work around the setups when adding them to landpages or websites Also the inability to download reviews in the lower packages,

Perfect Platform for customer engagement and managing customer satisfaction.
We've been using TrustPilot for years, I don't even say exactly. First, I need to mention that this platform is a definition of a great customer service! They're always there to help a customer in every possible way. I don't think I need to even mention how user-friendly and easy to use TrustPilot is. All the tools, actions are super easy and straightforward and their reporting is a topnotch!
Everything is great, I've never had a major complain or issue with TrustPilot for all years we've been using them.

Our customer service rep always does her best to help us when we have an issue and checks in to make sure things are running smoothly! I never feel like they have forgotten about us!
I like this software because its easy to use. I can go in and edit the message being sent, the frequency in which it is sent and respond to those who leave a review. They are also constantly adding new features to make it easier to use and have a broader purpose.
Currently, our retail site does not do a large quantity of orders, therefore, the price for the software is a bit much for what we do.

You can find reviews on Trustpilot for almost anything you can think of. It has an enormous user-base and you can see feedback from people all over the world. While I do not trust Trustpilot unequivocally, whenever I can, I try to use it when making purchasing decisions.
Trustpilot should invest more in filtering. Especially recently, I have noticed a lot of reviews that I would bet money have been written by the relevant product owner. I am wary of trusting the platform when it comes to pages with a small quantity of reviews in them

Simplicity of use. Nice visuals. Looks and feels very modern. Whenever we've had a problem their support teams respond quickly and offer a lot of assistance. Customers engage with this app with a high frequency of response.
Cannot trigger review requests from multiple PoS even though we are one big company with smaller divisions which has to use separate sites for each department.

A steady flow of reviews from true customer experiences.
They provide excellent assistance & support, have an immense amount of features, are VERY reliable, provide consistent up-time on their website, and their apps & plugins look great with most sites that are used in combination with Trustpilot.
So far my only complaint is being unable to cancel individual invitations (or possibly I haven't learned the proper way to do it). Overall not that big of a pain though. :)

Help your company to improve the SEO, easy to use, provided tools to also make public your reviews in social media accounts.
Our company started using this software since 3 years ago, it has helped us to improve our SEO also to get reviews from our customers regarding the service provided. You can also get in contact with the reviwer in case it needed, also if you believe the review was made unfairly, you can report it.
We used to have a premium account, nowadays we got the free version which is very limited, specially for the user management.

The first time I wanted to start buying Bitcoins online, i saw a couple of websites and was confused. so I tried to google search if the website is a scam or not, because i do not want to loose my money. I came across Trustpilot and i saw a bunch of bad reputation of the website i unknowingly wanted to buy Bitcoin from. Trustpilot is a life saver. Thank you
As a dependant and a lover of Trustpilot, this brand reputation platform is very helpful in making new decisions online. Ratings and reviews on past experience of users of your requested search is always something to leverage on for your decision making. As it is mobile friendly, it walks you through a great experience when searching for trusted companies or services online. Trustpilot have saved many people from taking the wrong decisions
Improvement on customer service response would be very appreciated. There is so much expectation from Trustpilot because users are trusting their platform to make certain decisions, so its better they have quick response to complaints. It should not always be by email

Ik kan geen pluspunten bedenken bij deze firma
na gestopt te zijn in 2016 bij trustpilot en ik daar een goede beoordeling had krijg ik nu een hele slechte beoordeling. Dit omdat er 1 slechte beoordeling in 2021 is binnen gekomen. Van een zogezegde klant uit Engeland waar ik nooit zaken mee heb gedaan.Gevraagd mijn profiel te verwijderen. Maar helaas dat konden ze niet.Dus voor dat u voor Trustpilot kiest zou ik nog even nadenken.

I love how honest they keep their reviews. Customers can read any review and know its from a real person and not from a biased party from within.
It should be easier to navigate to ones own review in the event one wanted to modify it. Being able to provide customers a direct link to their own review when a company is trying to make things right would help a ton.

Trust - our customers read and trust the reviews that we receive.
The simplicity of setup and use make it hassle free. I also like the clean look and choice of customizations for the website reviews.
I realize this is a tough one to resolve, but it is difficult to quantify the value / conversions that come from TP reviews.

Trustpilot reviews have really helped us grow our business. Positive (and negative) reviews have given potential customers a high level of confidence to come to our shop. We've literally had people drive over 30 miles because of these reviews.

Before I jump on any website (especially money investing website), I visit Trustpilot. I just have this trust that I will get a relevant review, and up until now, I have not been disappointed.
It's really really easy to understand, almost every website you seek has a review already on Trustpilot. Their Trust score also helps to have an overview of the ratings. Another amazing feature is that company owners can claim their site and companies that have claimed their sites on Trustpilot are more trusted (to me) than unclaimed profiles.
Well, compared to Capterra review, their reviews are not really technical and doesn't review specific area of the said website or software. Meaning it doesn't ask questions regarding specific areas of what you are reviewing, it's just a title and your review. And I really wish they had a rewarding program of some sort.
