We can actually verify all reviews come from real customers. The reporting system is well-engineered and makes it easy to deal with fake reviews. We feel like Trustpilot 'has our back' in the review-space!

We wish randoms couldn't review organically without going through some type of verification. Trustpilot is great after-the-fact dealign with those situations, but would be fantastic to avoid it altogether.

Trustpilot is next to Ekomi the tool when it comes to collecting reviews. It's got the most trusted user base, most integrations and therefore was good for me when I implemented it at a large startup. The API is also stellar and for managing reputation it's a solid vendor to use.

The pricing for a software, that collects reviews is just too high for us, especially since we are a startup. If you generate a ton of reviews and need a larger package of Trustpilot it'll cost you a good amount of money in the long run and there are cheaper (but worse) alternative. I also didn't like Trustpilot pushing their snippet to us all the time through their account managers.

We use Trustpilot to gain user reviews based on our products and customer service. It has really helped us to gather customer feedback so that we can improve!

The process to set up links to send to customers takes a while. It would be nice to have a way to simply copy and past a "click here" link rather than us having to generate ourselves. Also, it requires an email address. It would be nice to only require the customer name. Also, a few of our reviews have been deleted because of assumed "fraud" when they were not fraud at all. So we lost some good, honest reviews because of that.

It's simple to use and manage. Requests for reviews are sent automatically after we ship customer orders. Each review is associated with an order ID making it easy to find customers leaving a negative review and resolve issues.

Sometimes their website is buggy and will not open. Also the price goes up every year even if you don't select additional services.

They have good SEO integration and well designed, modern looking plugins for your website. There customer support is fantastic and they always inform you and will walk you through any updates.

The name isn't as well known as other localized reviewing tools.

Trustpilot is very straightforward in terms of use along with a visually-pleasing layout for our clients to reference and utilize.

Though I would not say there is anything I particularly dislike about Trustpilot, I believe a good additional feature to include in future versions would be to allow businesses being reviewed to have an opportunity to work with reviewers placing negative reviews to amend any issues prior to the reviews being publicly posted. Every now and then, we receive negative reviews that are simply unwarranted with no prior context. Often times these reviewers can easily be encouraged to rescind their harsh take after.

The platform itself is very valuable and is a good way for reputation management.

They locked us in a contract where they promised features we weren't eligible for. Paid for a year.At renewal date we tried to cancel and they said renewal was done 2 days ago and now we have to pay another full year because there was a clause in the fine print for auto renewal.Even though I expressed to them multiple times, we were locked in a contract first year and we didn't get any benefit from it, they still didn't care and stopped responding.Extremely pushy to close you on a sales call and no customer service after. Terrible, please do not sign anything with them.

The graphs are clear and accurate as it updates consistently! It's also great to see the algorithms make sense to its best ability without having to struggle with the data.

It took a while to understand certain dynamics, but after the first few uses it becomes more understandable.

TrustPilot is super easy to use and is a valuable tool for connecting with your customers to get real feedback. I manage our website and it' was very easy to add reviews to on our website. The styling and colors look great too. They add a professional touch to our overall website. They have a ton of widgets to use and we plan to use them throughout our entire website to provide proof. Our customer success manager is very prompt and very helpful. I have nothing but great things to say about TrustPilot. Use their service!

One minor issue - I can't get their website to work on Chrome for Mac, every area loads a blank white page. The website works just fine in Firefox though, so not a huge deal, but definitely something they might need to look into as I might not be the only user experiencing that problem.

I like that the software allows for unedited, unbiased reviews; giving it credibility. Like any business, we have received a couple of negative reviews, but having the ability to reply to the complaint is a great way to maintain credibility.

The software is definitely expensive. For some of their best features, you will need to upgrade to a non-standard pricing plan.

Within Trust Pilot's settings, users have the ability to make it a requirement to include a reference number along with a customer review. It's a vital feature for my team to have since we provide support over social media and email. It's fantastic that Trust Pilot has created this option (unlike review sites like Yelp where you need to wait for the customer to reply to your response in order to help them) because it makes it easy for the support team to locate the customers inquiry and provide quick an efficient support.

There's no inbox feature which would be nice to have in the event someone were to leave a bad review but maybe wouldn't at first if they could private message us. If a bad review can be avoided with an inbox feature that would be ideal for any company. Not having this also requires some extra handle time for agents working and responding to reviews.

Quality software product for all expressions and comments and questions asked about business purposes and direct communication with all clients.

Nothing everything in the software program is organized and stored correctly and quality software as a platform for communication with clients and others reviewing business.

TrustPilot provides the legit reviews and it also helps increasing your sales. Also you can get what customer thinks about your product as customer write both positive and negative review which helps you refine and fix your product.

Didn't find any as it is the best and reliable tool.

The product is easy to use. The customer support is fabulous. The automated review solicitation was easy to set and forget.

Sometimes it is difficult to get unwarranted reviews removed. However, that's not necessarily a true "con" as it does allow open feedback for consumers to make choices.

For e-commerce shop owners and customers alike is crucial to have a platform where unbiased reviews can be handled, shared and published. The good, the bad and the ugly are part of every single business out there and Trustpilot helps users to share their experiences in a safe way thereafter the ratings of business on Trustpilot can be generally more trusted than reviews on Facebook or Google because they have methods to identify users that have bought your products and have a real voice on their experience with it. I have used their integration with Shopify and it's great how easy and simple it is to ask users for reviews that will immediately be published on your site.

It's a big challenge to keep apart unsatisfied customers and people threatening with bad reviews to get extra compensation, I think sometimes Trustpilots fails to put apart this too but I reckon it's really complicated to see what really went wrong with a product. Overall I like how they handle fake reviews and it's quite a trustable service.

Every opinion must have been verified by the costumer so it is not possible to recieve fake commets.

Sometimes is difficult to prove that an opinion contains fake information , specially if it is based on a true experience. The costumer is not always right.
