Pros

Using TweetDeck as my Twitter client brings me a lot over good functions. The activity tab helps me to see what my people has doing on twitter and helps me to know more about them.
I love how you can collaborate and monitor Twitter. The fact that it is free is amazing!!! Super helpful in organizing your tweets.
I think this is amazing,,, its saved me money ...saved me from missing important info not to mention helps you find company swag.

Pros

This is fairly intuitive and have some good analytics you can grab. I like being able to search for content from my other team members and like the ease of sharing assets in the software.
The social listening and alerts are really helpful and you're able to set things up and automate where you need to. Reporting is super helpful to have in one place and export in an easy to digest way.
Great layout, really easy to use and intuitive, includes all most of the functions needed - all round great design and very user-friendly.

Cons

The downsides of this program would be the lack of customization to the interface and lack of custom coding.
The primary complaint is that Tweetdeck doesn't support Twitter Cards - a crucial part of the platform. It hasn't be properly updated for some time which is really sad.
Tweetdeck is an overwhelming product at first. It's also very cut and dry, which comes off as rather intimidating.

Cons

However, the tool doesn't respond well to being pushed too far. Reporting is restricted, team set up has odd quirks, and some of the bonus features detract more than anything.
The lack of straight-forwardness when posting for IG Stories, occasional bugs that prevented posting.
Always zoomed too far in or out, difficult to navigate the page without messing up feeds, etc.
