Pros
I liked that it was easy to use, it was very user friendly and if I needed assistance customer service was there to help.
It did exactly what is said it would do a it was a great fit for our agency since we are not that to big and the price was just right for our budget.
I started off with the free trial and ended up with the paid version later. I appreciate the phone calls to check in and the opportunity for feedback.
Pros
SendSMS also provided me with the detailed statistics of my marketing campaign that boosted my sales and client interaction. They also have amazing features like the personalization of a message.

On top of all that their rates are quite reasonable, being $5 for 1000 SMS in America. I will praise their service because they have resulted in a big sales boost for me.
Trust spot provided me with awesome customer service and they rightly delivered the messages to the targeted people.

And when you run out of messages for the month it's frustrating.
When I first started using it, there were some things that confused me for a moment. I don't remember what all that was.
If you want to upgrade you cannot do it with a email such a burden.
