Pros

First off, the app and website are super easy to use. There is basically no training time required because of how simple it is. The best way to describe how people will feel when they see their posts on your tv is to think about how people react when they see themselves on a jumbotron at a sporting event. It's just plain fun. The look is extremely professional and their premade templates are a great...

Cons

The one negative that I have with UPshow is that it cannot feature Instagram posts but this is not their fault. Instagram is so locked down by Facebook that this is a problem in other areas that I have dealt with in my personal use of Instagram for my business. Also, we just want more templates because they look awesome (side note: they really do have tons already though).

Amazing Digital Media Company to Work With!

Over the last few years, we have experienced no issues with UPshow. Our [SENSITIVE CONTENT], is incredible. She always makes a point to check-in with us regularly, offers her support in updating any old media on our library and is always easy to reach. Our experience with UPshow has been nothing short of awesome.

Pros

What we like most about this software is the ease of use. Once getting started with UPshow, we had all of our digital media/signage up within minutes. It is easy to use, the scheduling is so convenient for promotions with a timeline, nothing but good things to say about this software.

Cons

The only thing I have found that could make this software better would be to have an audio integration. For example, we have to use a separate software to play music, playlists, etc. throughout the dealership. It would really take UPshow to the next level if there was an audio box also that could create music playlists, schedule commercials, etc. that sync up with the digital media.

Everyone loves watching the tv of course. Its great for in house promotions, event reminders and student retention. The students love seeing themselves up on that TV screen.

Pros

I like that I can use this software for my basic needs. I like that I can edit my playlist, schedule and connect my Instagram content. I think the idea of upshow is great but could be executed a little better.

Cons

Connecting to social media process was pain. From what I understand it was a one of situation though. I wish we could edit more and have other options for our playlist. I dont like the text tiles usually Im just looking to have the content to take over the whole screen.

Overall, we are pleased with UpShow and enjoy using the product.

Pros

The ability to customize the playlist and content that shows has been great. The ability to differentiate between our locations has proven useful and the playlist option has been the most recent upgrade that we have appreciated.

Cons

I would appreciate the ability to limit explicit content from the playlist, while I understand that each playlist is rated even the TV 14 stations have had some inappropriate explicit content. Without the ability to oversee exactly what is playing that has proved sort of challenging, we would also love the ability to edit the trivia section. Should we specifically want to engage our patients in any particular subject, for example, breast cancer facts for October .

Not my favorite software

Overall, it's fine. I only manage the employee displays, our Marketing Manager handles the customer facing tvs and when we chat it seems like we can't ever do what we initially want. Instead, we have to find a way to use Canva and get around it. With that said, [sensitive content hidden] has made the experience manageable in her quick responses and support answering my questions.

Pros

[sensitive content hidden] has been extremely helpful and answers the many questions I have! And also, being able to use my Canva within UPshow makes everything else manageable.

Cons

It seems like everything on the platform has frustrated me at one point. The home button is not intuitive, the customization in each area is so limited and not very 'pretty' for what we want to display, there are many sections where I can't delete items myself, I can barely customize templates, there are a handful of items that seem like I should be able to click them but it's just display information. Overall, the purpose it serves is great but I don't love using it.

Pros

I utilize the platform for a variety of visual content. It engages our guests and lends to longer stays and increased revenue.

Cons

We are currently working to get the trivia aspect to allow "Trivia Night" competitions. It's taking longer than expected.

With over 3 million impressions we would rate the value of UpShow at 10 STARS!

Our customer experiences have been viewed 3 million times since the start of using UpShow. Great Value!

Pros

Software allows you to track the number of people reached by your customers' posts. With this information, our team is able to easily conclude that through UpShow we reach more people per dollar spent than any other advertising outlet, 3 millions impressions and counting!

Cons

Content screening has been a challenge at times . Monitoring the content and making sure that only relevant material appears becomes a daily chore.

Better your business

Customers are genuinely excited to watch UPshow. Sitting in the dining room, you will always hear conversations going on about our slideshow. It also creates engagement with our guests and encourages them to post about us, with the opportunity for their photos to appear in our restaurant. The more engagement our social media receives, the more followers we receive, and the business grows.

Pros

This software is the most dynamic way to communicate to our customers. We have had a Community Board since we opened, which displayed paper marketing, photos, and other static means of communication, but upon discovering UpShow and utilizing the space for that instead, we are finding that customers have truly taken notice. It is an exciting, attention-grabbing, fun way to keep our customers in the know!

Cons

The thing that I like least is that we are unable to select how often we choose to display our Spotlights. It would be awesome to be able to prioritize certain Spotlights or select how often they appear throughout the day without having to duplicate them or reorder them in the Spotlight section; it is very difficult to reorder them properly.

We love UPshow!

We've loved our experience with UPshow. It's easy to use, and has helped us engage with our students.

Pros

I love how easy it is to add material! I can even do it from my phone. Once I add a slide, I set a schedule, and don't have to worry about it! I also love our karate student interaction and social media engagement it has brought to our business. I would 100% recommend this software!

Cons

I would love it if UPshow also had the option to connect with Facebook. I feel Facebook is the social media platform most frequently used by our karate parents.

Fun and easy to use!

I feel like the only con was fixed...now pictures and videos can be uploaded with one hashtag rather than having to use two hashtags.

Pros

I have seen my social media engagement increase over 100% since I started using upshow! It helps to create active social media conversations that happen immediately...while people are still in my studio! It's awesome!

We Got the Social Prescence We Were Looking For!

Upshow enabled us to be socially relevant in a fun and engaging way. We've spent years bobbing and weaving Facebook's business policies and watching successful campaigns fall to their ever changing rules. We're horrible at twitter. We weren't using our Instagram. With upshow, we've found an audience and the engagement we were longing for, and an opportunity to sharpen our brand focus.

It's Good to Be Your Own Narrowcasting Network

Onboarding and training with UpShow was very easy -- kind of like training wheels until we were ready to hit the road as our very own healthcare network with our own programming. UpShow is very easy to work with with entertaining content that is relevant to viewers with local options.

Pros

What I like most about UpShow is controlling our messages in clinics, the ease of updating our screens, its interactivity with Canva, being able to have a Dashboard and even view my playlist in action without having to be in clincis and tracking content in real-time. Very efficient. The entertainment and background music options are excellent, too.

Cons

Nothing. I adore this system. My only critique is not being able to "hear" the audio on my viewing screen at the office -- but I am glad I can view them which is something I was not able to do with our previous system.

UPshow Review

The benefits of having UPshow is that it allows for easy communication. We are able to put announcements on UPshow that everyone will see instead of relying on word of mouth to get information out. It has helped retain employees because it makes them feel engaged/informed because they can learn about their store family especially alternate shifts/other day parts. They enjoy being able to see their birthday/service anniversaries. It is very user friendly.

Pros

It allows stores to have competitions with each other, it is nice to see their progress in real time at all of our different locations, it makes the employees want to work harder. Also, it is good for employee engagement, allowing them to give shoutouts to fellow employees and creating employee bios, so their coworkers can get to know them. Finally, the customer service is amazing!

Cons

When we click to preview what is showing at one of our locations, it takes awhile to go through all the slides, it would be nice if we could just arrow/skip through the slides quickly.

Solid program but needs a little more options

I dont have issues, like you are asking for feedback.

Pros

Ease of use and uploading content. Social media participation. Customers seeing them self on the tvs is your biggest asset. At least in my world.

Cons

I would like to upload photos threw the back office (online portal) instead of going threw social media. To go further, birthday templates for customers have a single picture one, 4 picture one, and a template like social media pictures that shows multiple flipping threw the screens. The same template for events, like anniversaries, bands, and previous annual parties (example customer appreciation party). Also a "text your pictures" or "email your pictures" to the admin to add to this screen. That feature would be for people like me that dont really use instagram or snap chat. I use facebook , which I guess if for old people

Overall, good way to create engagement with guests

Overall, we’ve enjoyed the platform and it has been a good value add to our guest experience and marketing strategy.

Pros

Software is easy to use and we like that it interacts easily with social media pages of our guests. It is easy to customize and access control panel to make adjustments and support staff seems to be readily available to help us grow and maximize the platform.

Cons

Hasn’t created as much engagement with guests as we had hoped. Most social media post and interactions are through our business instagram. It is visually appealing and I do believe our guests enjoy seeing content, they just don’t engage in posting content as much.

Top notch experience and team

UPshow makes our day-to-day easier by providing a great ice breaker between guests and staff. Our guests will see something on the UPshow screens and inquire about upcoming events or other content.

Pros

My favorite feature is the Promotion Manager - I always have an event to promote and keep people in the know!

Cons

I don't dislike anything. If I would make a suggestion I'd add giving the main admin access to add and control user access level so I don't have to always bother the upshow team with management changes.

UPSHOW looks great, engages members, provides great content and is user-friendly

We wanted to create more engaging, visually-impactful content and fully integrate our Instagram account and followers/members. Instagram is huge in the fitness industry and this platform completely improved how we engage our members and future-members. It makes it more fun and rewarding to see your "gains" on a TV screen.

Pros

The transition from previous platform was seamless and the support was helpful, friendly and very positive. Our TV ads looks 100% better, sharper, the content is more engaging and diverse. We are able to fully integrate our Instagram stream and engage the gym members to use it with the assigned hashtag. Visually, everything looks great and we have over 25 screens in a 32,000 sq. ft fitness facility. LOVE the Highlight feature. Easy to create, they look great and we have been able to implement in marketing trades with partners.

Cons

The desktop version has been down on a few occasions. While the mobile app was working, it did not offer all the same functions such as re-ordering highlights, which for us, is very important.

Solved A Big Communication Hurdle

Pros

We have been using UPshow SHIFT QR campaigns to gather submissions from employees so we can showcase what's going on at each facility. This has dramatically increased our company-wide culture & communication. The platform is easy to use with branded templates that allow quick announcement creation. We're really happy with UPshow SHIFT, it has been a very successful investment for us - with nothing but positive feedback from our facilities, too!

Cons

There were some issues at first with moderating user-submitted content or making edits to typos, but the UX team made a quick fix for us and it's been working great for us ever since.

Overall a nice experience with Upshow!

- Overall we have had a good experience with Upshow. It is fun to put together the content and see it up in action. Our loan officers utilize their social platforms a lot, and #GR all the time, so we have a TON of company social posts that pop up. Helps to connect all GR communities. Also, my contacts at Upshow have been great and very responsive.

Pros

- It is a unique alternative for internal communication - The software is very easy to pick up on, and can be self taught. - Great mix of entertainment and the social posts to break up the company content - love that you can create trackable QR codes straight from the

Cons

- Could be easier to track those QR code scans. The insights tab is not that easy to figure out - Having an easier/more convenient way to duplicate, and re-organize slide posts would be super helpful. Currently you have to be on the "all" tab in order to change up the order of the presentation, so you have to move the slides over ALL slides created ( archived and disabled). Would love to be able to do that on the "Now Playing" tab. - Would like there to be more control of what comes through the entertainment channels. Some videos are WAY too long, and also some of them have commercials.

UPshow Is Great for Marketing

Overall, I've really enjoyed working with UPshow and getting pertinent information out to our gym members.

Pros

It's pretty user friendly and I like being able to showcase various events and information about the club in various locations. This helps me to know that we're getting in front of everyone we can that comes into the gym.

Cons

There are certain features that I'm not 100% comfortable using in the dashboard and when I've reached out to customer support in the past, it hasn't always been helpful. The directions I was given were very vague or the communication was very lack-luster.

Amazing!

Pros

What I love about UPshow is how it passively (yet awesomely) brings user generated content to our facility. We truly don't have do anything extra to get our guests engaged with UPshow, they do so from just seeing the TV's. User generated content has allowed us to see our facility from the angle the guest experiences it. Truthfully, out guests sometimes take better photos than we do!

Cons

I wish that you could prioritize the content (tiles) that you upload on the business end and adjust how frequently they're displayed. Customer service was able to help us with some work arounds, I just wish it was a little smoother.

UpShow Is a Big Help

The inclusion of UpShow in all of our restaurants has helped us introduce new menu items, keep our guests informed, and assists our service staff in salesmanship efforts. Our experience thus far has been very positive.

Pros

Upshow supports building check averages through visual salesmanship of menu items and keeps our customer base informed in regards to upcoming events.

Cons

The recent addition of Draft Kings content has taken away from the number of impressions reaching our guests, but this is a minor issue right now.
