There isn’t much to say positively about it, from the moment your customer service is poor, it is a negative experience to me. That’s to me more important than the features because even if you have amazing features, if there’s no support when there’s an issue, then you can’t use the feature correctly.
I haven’t actively used the platform from my own account because I first tried it using my friend’s account, but it was full of bugs. I believed I had canceled my trial, but unfortunately, it continued without my realizing it. I only became aware of this after seeing the charges on my bank statement and attempted to reach out to customer support, but I’ve received no response. As a result, I’m now forced to resort to public platforms to try and get in touch with them, since they’re not responding via email or their chatbot. It’s unfortunate, as I would have preferred not to publicly call out their platform for its poor performance and customer service.
