Happy User for Years

Reviewed 4 years ago

I've already recommended it to all my colleagues & friends. and they're all happily using it.

Pros

It's years I'm using WiseStamp on all my Google Mails. It auto populates at the bottom of my emails as soon as I start to compose an email. and I have all the templates to create professional signatures. Actually my signature looks far better than those many global companies use in house.

Cons

The only cons is that, since I have multiple signatures, I need to always be careful I'm using the correct one. I wish there were radio buttons or something to make it easier to select the right one.

Vendor response

Thanks Alfred for the thumbs up!

beautiful signatures but they don't handle problems well

Reviewed a year ago

It's a 3-star product, very nice looking and functional. I take away 1 star each for being a genuine hassle on support, and for being overpriced in general. Our company is looking for emails for the whole team. Still looking elsewhere at this point.

Pros

There are some solid pro's with WiseStamp - the signatures are beautiful, functional, and the templates are nice enough. If you wanted to use media banners with it, those would be nice. I don't find those essential but some might. Another pro is it's relatively simple to setup and use your signature and it integrates well across email servers.

Cons

Their customer support process is poor - perhaps I got a bad rep? They sent me in circles for 2 weeks trying to resolve something so simple - renewals, still not resolved correctly. Instead of getting sensible, efficient help - I was stuck without resolutions.

Mid-Tier Email Signature

Reviewed 2 months ago

I would describe my overall experience as neutral. Wisestamp is more advanced than free email signatures, it has more content and features. The malfunctions and subscription are two things to be taken into consideration. I would advise starting with the free trial if it's still offered. Problems solved: The need to use email signatures in both Outlook and Gmail. The need for more features and options.

Pros

- Outlook, Yahoo, Gmail, and iCloud implementation. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. - Signature creation and implementation are reasonably simple. - Freedom to choose content and arrangement. - Email Signature banner. - GIF, video, image. - Formal or written signature. - Disclaimer - Links. - Branding. - Signature for organizations to use collectively.

Cons

- Not as affordable or practical. Subscription or contract required for full - Time and learning investment. - Malfunctions that are disruptive. - Support response time. - Performance was poor in Gmail and chrome.

Integrates very easily to different email providers. 5 star product

Pros

I love the various layouts and features. I can customize my signature to match my branding. Makes a huge visual impact.

Cons

Wisestamp have added many new features and add on options so I can't say there is anything I would add.

Leave Your Mark

Reviewed 4 years ago
Pros

- easy, simple and straightforward signatures creation. - comes with ready made templates cater for different professions. For example: showcasing your profile photos if you are a photographer, or displaying a banner if you are a real estate agent etc... - you can add your social media profiles, a recycle message as well as legal disclaimer in your signature. - they have other services like Business Listing, Webpage and so on that I didn't use.

Cons

Sometimes the signature you created might 'go off' a bit after you pasted it on your page... the line looks different or the shape changed. So you need to test it out on your page before you can finalize.

Vendor response

Thanks for the great review, David.

Easy & Great Email Signature Manager and Creator

Reviewed 2 years ago

It's wonderful to brand a closing signature. Used this product with Apple Mac Mail, Outlook and Gmail. All work fine, although there were some issues with Outlook for Windows. Found a work around, so as long as the work around is implemented, this is a wonderful product to grow from.

Pros

This product really fits into my line of business. Being a business owner and not a graphics designer, I really didn't have the resources nor the bandwidth to redo my email signatures. Having the responsibility to support various lines of business as well as more than one company, this product allowed me to quickly design and deploy email signatures that look professional, provide information to respond and act as well look attractive to those that support the business. It's a really great product that is very inexpensive for what it can do and provide to a small to a medium size business.

Cons

There is a limited number of templates that cannot be customized. Wish there were more templates, but there is enough to get started.

A little confusing to set up, but then it's very easy to use with multiple signatures.

Reviewed 5 years ago

Easy to choose from multiple signatures to have the appropriate one depending on the email content and the account being used.

Pros

Being able to create multiple signatures for different purposes and choose them easily in the Gmail interface is my favorite feature. It is very easy to set up the information and scroll through templates to find what looks the best. I also like being able to add my own random "taglines" to the bottom of my signatures.

Cons

I'd like to be able to modify some of the templates. For example, I like some layouts but don't like the "e" for email, "w" for website, etc. that are in some templates.

Best Dynamic Email Signature Software Available

Reviewed 5 years ago

Must have tool to turn your email signature into a marketing tool for your business.

Pros

Lets me turn my email signature into a marketing tool. I send out hundreds of emails a day and Wisestamp lets me create dynamic content in my email signature to drive traffic to my website, Youtube channel and just about anywhere else I want to send people, without having to constantly update my email signature.

Cons

About once every 1-2 months I get some quirks with Wisestamp where it does not display my email signature, but is easily fixed by logging in and refreshing the connection. Not a big deal.

Pros

Cons

Can get costly if you have a large team as you have to pay for each user, a team plan would be great.

Exceptional

Reviewed 2 years ago

I was first introduced to WiseStamp from my marketing guru who recommended I punch up my new branding with a slick email signature. Was she ever right! My emails look both professional and elegant. I love that I could compliment my brand with your specific palettes, to ensure my look was seamless. I went pro because I wanted the option of more templates and layouts to play a bit. It's fun and easy! Branding is so important these days. Why have boring emails, when you can have pretty ones!

Pros

I can customize my colour palette and choose different templates to suit my mood/style. I like that it's easy!

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything. Maybe a couple more options for the free account?

Nice templates but not really needed anymore.

Reviewed 4 years ago
Pros

Nice templates and easy to add social media buttons to your signature. Creating your signature is easy to do.

Cons

There are not as many templates as I hoped thee would be. You can probally just copy and paste your finished template into your email app and not pay for it. I keep on having problems having my email signature to attach to Gmail via the android app. I had it working but now it has stopped. I might stop paying for this app soon.

Neat and Nice Signatures with WiseStamp

Reviewed 3 years ago

WiseStamp's templates that are included with the software make it simple for me to create, modify, and present a professional signature on every email I send out.

Pros

WiseStamp is probably the most professional email signature software I've run across online. I was easily able to create a neat/professional email signature with WiseStamp.

Cons

The least thing I like is the pricing structure. I prefer one time fees.

WiseStamp offers a nice email signature option for business owners.

Reviewed 5 years ago

Create professional looking email signatures for your business. Include social media icons and designer made options. Great for a small business up to a larger business who uses email on a regular basis.

Pros

Various templates are available to create your own business signature. The options allow your signature to look professional, include various options, designed to fit your business.

Cons

When starting out, ads are in the free version of the software, although the signatures still look professional.

I just can't imagine a unified corporate email signature solution without WiseStamp

Reviewed 5 years ago

Some of the templates don't show up in an email exactly the way they do in the administrator; but, we found a few alternatives that work for us.

Pros

The central administration is key for a unified corporate brand. And it's great that we can include apps to help our customers view our freshest content. Also, it's always good for a sales person to have his or her photo in an email signature so people don't feel like they're talking to some anonymous cold-caller.

The visual aesthetics work hand in hand with better click through rates in our emails

Reviewed 4 years ago

Better engagement and click-through in emails; and it helps to support the brand image.

Pros

A signature with dynamic content and live hooks into social media tools or website offers has increased traffic and click-through rates. The pro version is worth it as it allows you to create multiple signatures if you want your signature to be tailored to the address used for sending. Being able to include banners and add custom HTML code,or products on offer, stands out visually and we can see that through better engagement with emails.

Cons

The free plan suppors a range of email providers, but it doesn't support Mac based mail, otherwise it'd be a decent fit for many. However, the upgrade is worth it for all the extra bells and whistles that come with it.

Vendor response

Thanks Edwin for the great review! BTW if you are using a webmail (Gmail, Yahoo, etc) try adding a GIF to your signature - from our experience it will skyrocket your click through rates on your emails.

A decent signature app that leaves a few things to be desired

Reviewed 5 years ago

Ease of use and a professional signature - though I would've preferred better aesthetics and customization options

Pros

I find Wisetamp fairly intuitive and enjoyable to use, and since I purchased it through a Lifetime deal, I find it offers decent value.

Cons

I feel the template options are quite limited, and they're starting to look and feel a bit dated. I want designs that are more modern and cutting-edge. The most frustrating thing for me has been the limited font selection. Most modern SaaS solutions integrate with Google Fonts at a minimum, even if they do not offer custom typography to be used. This is a must to keep branding consistent across various platforms.

Vendor response

Thanks Parisa for your review! Updating our signatures is something we're doing often - but we are launching a few updates that you may like real soon: ¿ Adding GIFs to your email signatures will be available next month (April 2018) ¿ New templates are also coming in Q2 - stay tuned! We would love to hear what you think of them, so keep in touch.

Decent But No Support

Reviewed 2 years ago

We selected this as our first foray into this type of thing, and quite frankly the decision was made that since it was simpler to buy a subscription than build our own HTML, we went with that. We chose WiseStamp because they were offering a deal on a subscription. Well, you get what you pay for. We finally got it working, but the directions are badly written, the issues we needed not addressed, and the worst customer support we've ever encountered make this an unfortunate choice.

Pros

It's easy to make a signature. There are a variety of different templates.

Cons

They have perhaps the most wretched customer support of any system I've used. Call the number they provide, and you'll hear that they only provide email support. Email them and get NO response. Tweet them, and expect silence. If they are this inept and non-responsive, why on earth would we consider them for more of their more expanded and presumably more profitable services?

So Far So Great!

Reviewed a year ago

I am able to get my creativity and business info out there even in just replying to a client. It is customizable. So I have different signatures for the different areas I work in. Brilliant and simple.

Pros

My emails and correspondence with clients and others get me noticed.

Cons

I don't have any yet. I did have trouble with my School email address. The administration had to add this on to the safe software list in order for me to use it. The did not so I found another way to use it by cutting and pasting. That is my only con and it is not the software's fault.

A Nightmare

Reviewed 2 months ago

A complete nightmare. From the sales process to the support process this has been a disaster.

Pros

While they have a neat user interface, the templates are not at all editable and any minor thing like moving something to a different line or adding additional spacing is not supported without a special custom template. When you try to contact them to create a custom template, no one responds. We are an MSP and were assigned a "customer success manager" who never responded to emails. We sent 7. No replies. We then emailed the sales manager. No reply. We then emailed the CEO of the company. No reply. A joke and a waste of our time and our customer's time.

Cons

There is NO, ZERO, ZIP support. Don't bother contacting them. They won't reply to you. We are an MSP and were assigned a "customer success manager" who never responded to emails. We sent 7. No replies. We then emailed the sales manager. No reply. We then emailed the CEO of the company. No reply. A joke and a waste of our time and our customer's time. Stay far away.

Love Wise Stamp

Reviewed 5 years ago
Pros

I really liked using Wisestamp, it is easy to use, free mostly, and works great with email signatures for all of my outlook and gmail accounts.

Cons

It strangely has some issues with Incognito tabs and VPN's as it send me notifications of needing to redo my signature. It might have been fixed with a recent update, but the repeated prompts became annoying quickly
