Pros

Mostly enjoyed the appconnect third-party integration, which enabled me to process information across segments of my choosing, create unique reports and consumer profiles, as well as gather data across different of platforms (such as e-mail, help desk, chat, and so forth).

Cons

The dashboard could have been more intuitive.The real-time analytics information is a great feature, but I was caught wondering at times if things were properly updating or not (no way to tell for sure).

The monitoring of visitors in real time is excellent and gives a good idea of what interests my clients and how you can improve the work on the site.

Cons

There were problems with displaying statistics and some reports.

Used to be good, the new UI update made it unintuitive for me

Pros

I can deep dive into customer activity. Funnels are super customizable.

Cons

The new UI makes it very hard to find the data I need (probably because I'm so used to the old UI) It's not cheap.

We also used Woopra in our product department to track customer use, which was very insightful for tracking customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.

Cons

Only sometimes it can be a little buggy - once I was shown zeros instead of real statistics.

A nice way to analyze your customers actions

Without any delays and problems at any moment you can just open that statistic abut a certain page of your website and see all that you need.

Cons

There are also available a big number of integrations, however, once when we trying to share some information from Slack we saw the uploading process but did not get our data, and only after the third reiteration we finally did it.

I use this every day and can't imagine running the business without it. It drills down to the individual person level so you can really see what each user is doing.

Some bugs still and it is down from time to time. Support is really helpful but not always fast.

Thanks to this software we obtained the chance to track on every movement that our customers do on the website and opportunity to pay deeper attention to those parts of the website that the most important instead of wasting the time on useless.

Cons

In order to get all these enormous amounts of clients-actions the system press on your computer and internet quite a lot and that is why you need the best internet-connection and at least medium+ computer(Intel Core i3) to carry this pressure without problems.
