Pros

I think the best is the integration with Google AdRank. Helps improve the quality score for Google and even Bing.
Wordsteam is very easy to use and if you ever run into any issues, the support team is always there to help and is very friendly and easy to work with. The value for the money is really great.
I love the ad editor and the helpful hints it gives you, it helps you build a good ad, the result is great too for quality score. The reporting is also very helpful especially for keywords.

Pros

The Experience is Very Good, The functionality of Google Ads is amazing and Easy to Understand. Even if you get any issues the customer support is quite good.
But it also provides great means of reporting that information as to how successful the campaign was so you can adjust.
The software is very easy to use, I loved the structuring of the software, very very easy to manage and love the fact you can make as many changes as you want.

Cons

Warning to Ad Agencies that use the "Free Grader" provided by wordstream. They will use this tool to call and steal your Clients.
I found myself frustrated with the interface when I tried Wordstream.
So far it's difficult to fault, I would say the fact that you cant track youtube video ads through the platform.

Cons

I think there are some disadvantage for the audience/user because sometimes the audience me see unnecessary ads which may irritate users.
Needs too much money which is very bad thing for startup companies and rips your budget badly.
The main problem is it is difficult to earn any real money with Google Ads on our website.

Campaign reviews, keeps me on budget for AdWords and simplifies Google ads.

Pros

I like the dashboard, ease of duplicating campaigns to Bing, the Querystream and keyword builder. The keyword builder has been a game changer for us, since you can put in a competitor website and see what they are talking for, at what bid price. The 20 minute workweek is okay, it might be ideal for a mainstream company, we just serve a niche market, so many of the suggestions don't make sense....

Cons

The conversion tracker has never worked for us, despite numerous support calls. The landing pages were also a waste of time

Pros

It helps us stay organized and to stablished a routine to maintain and optimize our digital campaigns

The pricing structure can make it pricey as it is directly linked to ad spend and not necessarily campaign complexity.

Google Ads help for those that don't know what they're doing

I recommend this software and service to anyone that is lost with Google Ads.

Pros

I hop on the phone with my consultant every other week so that she can look over my campaigns and keywords to make sure we're still headed in the right direction. The 20 Minute Work Week is awesome to keep my campaigns fresh, and the dashboard is easy to navigate.

Cons

It's a pretty expensive software. We pay extra for the consulting but are getting ready to downgrade to just usage of their dashboard.

it presents the account insights well and adds knowledge to think about. They have several nice features like the option to see your competitors ads. it is easy to edit ads in a bulk.

Cons

Their suggestions about optimization are not worth more than google ads itself.

Very helpful to simplify and save time all the marketing process related to google ads.

Pros

This software helps you a lot to save time thanks to its ease of using and the available automatization. It is so easy develop videos for ads.

Cons

I notice some bugs and inconsistencies when you create FB campaign. I did not spend a lot of time using the software, but it was a kind of frustrating for me. It is necessary extra help to learnd how to manage all the available tools.

Interesting software - even better support!

Overall, it is a great product/ service and I would recommend it to anyone just getting started with running Google Ads.

Pros

While I found the software helpful, I actually received the most help through their support team. They have an option to hire their team for a couple of hours each month and our organization chose to do this for while. It was extremely helpful.

Cons

I did not find their software to provide many insights beyond what Google Ads already provides, but they do have some useful features.

Really solid software that can assist digital media buyers of all skill levels.

Pros

Lots of great insights for your Google Ads campaigns. Nearly essential for beginners and still useful for pros and for account audits.

Cons

The software is relatively pricey for the money, especially if you're running a smaller spend. I supposed in-house teams that could write it off as a line-item have an easier time justifying it.

Worst Customer Service

Worst Customer Service

Pros

I came across this software while reading an article to help me improve my Google AdWords account. I found it very helpful, the articles were very informative so I decided to try this out. The customer service executive was very friendly in the beginning and offered me a free 7-day trial. When I told him I would not like to go ahead and purchase as I did not find much value addition from the software, he wrote me a logn abusive mail telling me how beneficial this software is. I would never purchase it even if I find it useful or recommend it to anyone with this type of customer service. They might be great but this doesn't give them the right to misbehave with the people.

Cons

Most of the things that the software recommended can be done on your own in simple steps if you know basics about Adwords or Google Ads.

It's great to have my Google and Bing ads in one place where I can make multiple changes to both.

I am able to streamline my work week with the 20 minute work week feature. It's great to have the data provided in an easy to use interface. I was spending a lot of time on negative keywords and falling behind, but now I get through the most valuable ones on a weekly basis in almost no time.

Pros

What I like most about this software is the 20 minute work week. The interface is great, easy to use, and I get a lot of information in one place.

Cons

My only complaint is that I don't have the capability of using labels for Google ads. After I optimize an ad in Wordstream I have to go into Google to place the label.

Good Software For PPC Beginners

I felt like Wordstream was very easier to use and did speed up the optimization process, but I felt like it didn't bring any new tips or opportunities that I wouldn't have access to in the Google Ads platform.

Pros

The 20 minute work week did make identifying and updating opportunities much quicker.

Cons

I felt like everything I could do in Wordstream, I could already do in the Google Ads platform. I also felt like retrieving of updates and pushing of new updates to the account made it difficult to keep track of changes and updates being made.

A marketing guide for novice marketers.

WordStream offers a great solution for small business owners who are just starting out with paid advertising and need some expert guidance. As you learn and grow, however, paying a professional will be worth it.

Pros

WordStream was super easy. Log in, do what it says. If I recall, you could even integrate it with your Google Ads account and apply changes automatically. The recommended changes were decent, especially compared to many of Google's recommendations.

Cons

If you accept every recommended change, as is the case with Google's recommendations, you will waste a lot of money and see a decrease in performance. It's better than managing ads with no guidance and no experience, but take the recommendations with a grain of salt.

Like the one-on-one meetings that come with the software

Overall, I have been happy with the experience. I often flip back and forth between Google Ads and Wordstream, and you do have the ability to sync them back and forth, which is nice. What really makes it worthwhile is the consulting aspect that goes with the software.

Pros

The software is a nice addition to Google Ads. A lot of the functionality is similar to Googe Ads, but its easier to use. The best part is having a dedicated consultant that I talk with on a bi-weekly basis that gives actionable advice on how to improve the campaigns. I like that I am still in control of the ads, but I have someone to advise me on how ot make improvements.

Cons

In the 20-minute work week, I get suggestions on negative keywords, but they are almost always locations. Since locations are a good thing for me in searches, I wish there was a way to have these stop coming to me as negative keyword suggestions.

Learning about how to manage our Google Ads campaigns but not having the success we expected.

Pros

What I like most about this software is that it allows for us to learn how to make the changes and how to manage our Google Ads as opposed to handing over the reigns to someone else and being lost as soon as you stop your services with them.

Cons

What I like the least about this is we are not receiving the results that we expected by signing on with them. Our initial hope was to expand our Google Ad spend but that's not looking likely based on the immediate results.

It's an easy tool to use and, a 30-minute workweek is a highlight.

Pros

If you are into SMB business and have less experience in digital advertising, then this is the must tool you should be using. It is helpful when it comes to paid advertising efforts, especially with Google Ads. You can easily do a 30 minute work week where you can optimize your campaigns, Ads, Budget, placements, audiences, etc.

Cons

It is only for the SMB businesses. (If your paid expenses are below $10,000 then you cannot use it).

Excellent for start-up where you are a novice ad

Significantly improved our CPC and CPA

Pros

We are a start-up and therefore money is tight. However we signed up for the monthly consultations which we have found was gr8 value for money because of the results we would have taken much longer to achieve. The representative we were assigned was very knowledgeable. Much easier than using Google Ads interface. Just added Facebook ad maintenance support which ticks another box for us.

Cons

Facebook support was poor but that has been upgraded recently. The ad performance reporting is not highly customisable.

Using their free SEO analysis tool was a mistake...

My goal was to see how one of my client's SEO was doing through Wordstream's free analysis tool.

Cons

The fact that their advisors wouldn't leave me or my client alone after using their free tool. They tried to steal our client by telling them they were losing money on their Google Ads from our services. Wordstream did not have enough backstory to see what we were doing for the client. I wanted to pull my hair out every time my client or I received an email report from Wordstream.

I wish I would have started using WordStream years ago!

Managing all our campaigns and making improvements easily. Already seeing quality score improvements on our ads. If you don't have hours a day to dedicate to campaigns, you need this program. It's so simple and I've learned more about managing campaigns in the short time I've used it than I learned in years of trying to run campaigns on my own.

Pros

Dashboard with information about all campaigns. Great reporting capabilities. Push changes live to Google Ads. Recommends weekly changes to all active campaigns to increase performance. Stellar customer support and onboarding. Easily create HTML5 ads by inputting your website. See live data from Google on current keyword bids. Create text ads with valuable checklist to ensure better quality ads. Set campaign goals and monitor performance. Better call detail information than Google provides. Record incoming phone calls. Get a notification when a call is coming in from an ad.

Cons

Consulting not included in monthly price. Six month start up contract required.

I Don't Want To Live Without It

Pros

Wordstream makes ad campaigns so much easier to edit and work in than Google Ads. Our Client Success Manager is ready to help any time. I know I can always rely on him for education and advice. The Implementation Team is far above any other I have ever worked with. They are willing to work on any connection issues with you and teach you how to fix the problem during the process. I cannot say enough positive things about Wordstream. I hope I never have to do my job without it!

Cons

My account has had a few issues connecting to the Google API when updating bids but my support manager looked into and provided a solution with manual bidding.

Wordstream is the Defacto PPC Platform of our time

Ease of use in PCC management.

Pros

The intuitive layout of the UX/UI dashboard is second only to the value that the Querystream function provides in daily optimization of both our Google Adwords and BING accounts. We've probably saved about $50,000 over the past 6 months and our CPA has steadily dropped over time,... and still dropping. Can't say enough good things here. Oh, and only spending about an hour a week managing it is pretty...

I started with Google Adwords in September 2016 with the highly competitive market of online floral orders. After multiple calls with the Google Adwords Advisors, I found out that they had set up the account incorrectly, and with their mistakes, I was spending thousands of dollars with no results. I had been following Wordstream through Facebook, as we set up the account, and found their webinars...

Pros

How simple it makes Google Adwords. For a system that should be easy for a business owner to use, Adwords is overwhelming. Wordstream's software is easy to navigate, changes are simple to make, improvements to your ads are done, step-by-step, often better and quicker than ever possible through Google itself.

Cons

There a lot of great functions within the system, however, without someone helping you find them, they can be lost on the average user. That said, with counselling, you will find these tools invaluable, once they are explained.
