Pros

We use Yext to help manage the listings of our clients and so far so good. They are super responsive and I love how everything is updated pretty quickly when you submit or if you have a question.
I love that updates and changes are seamless with this software over multiple platforms. Also love the ability to track and monitor reviews all in one place.
Support team has been excellent getting us started with the capabilities of the app. We have many happy clients thanks to the help of Yext.

Pros

Our overall experience has been amazing. The team at Broadly has been really supportive and is always there to help us with anything that we need.
Ease of use, friendly professionals, follow-up, constantly improving the offering, simple interface, and my customers love it.
People really reading the reviews and top rated companies more calls. Love the service and customer service is great.

Cons

The customer support is horrible after implementation. It takes almost a month for Yext to respond to questions and they do not allow you to talk to a real person unless you pay an additional 20.
For the price, I just don't see the value, the vast majority of the search engines and directories they list are useless, especially for small businesses.
Another thing that has always perplexed me about Yext is that it doesn't seem to actually do much in the ay of data analytics besides grab readily available information from Google.

Cons

I told them if they refused to refund me for the months that I didn't use their service I would be disputing the charge with Visa and terminating service.
It's ironic that a company based on soliciting quality reviews is so bad at customer service.
I widely promoted this software with peers and consulting clients in the service industry until this experience, which is so frustrating.
