Pros

Zoho social gives great access to manage multiple social media networks and team collaboration from single dashboard. It gives great functions that keep great control on all channels.
The calendar view gives me a great look at what I have scheduled. Setting up post automation is seamless and the general UX is fantastic.
It has been the fantastic platform for managing most of the social media channels. It also provides great functions for measuring the performance in its simple dashboard.

Cons

Hard to find fault in this application. On the few occasions I have had a problem, it turned out that operator error was the cause.
I have various reasons for this. The most annoying one is when you have to add shoppable items individually and the whole thing becomes a mess.
A lot of functionality was lost when Facebook changed their API and limited access to third party apps.
