Great! It's very easy to use, very cost effective as part of Zoho One package and makes things quicker and easier than posting to each social account individually. Can see which posts perform better than others to help decide on future content and posting time.
Manages multiple social channels and over the last year the amount of development that has gone into new posting features within each channel is fantastic. Hastags can be added to IG posts, button links for Google etc. It also uses data to advise best times to post for max engagement- the more in-depth tools such as these become available the better!
There are still new social features that it would be good to see available within the platform. You can do an IG post or reel but not both at the same time. Would be good if Zoho had one software to manage all chat systems and all social media in one software.

Zoho has a robust suite of inexpensive high powered programs. I have been searching for my social media management unicorn and have tried nearly everything on the market. Zoho Social offers a great value for the cost compared to other programs, is easy to use, including on the mobile app and I was able to receive 6 months free on their COVID 19 plan.
Zoho social was easy to implement and begin using. Love the SmartQ feature and it seems to interface with Instagram better than other programs.
Does not have automatic image resizing so photos have to be readjusted at times.

I really like it. It is user-friendly and has a lot of nice features. I have done the free trial and have added on my top 5 clients to use. I am nervous what the cost is going to be once the free trial is over. That will be the deciding factor if I continue with it.
I like that I can automate my posts for my clients and I don't have to check on them daily. I also like the SmartQ feature that tells you the best time to post for each brand.
Having to pay for each additional brand and/or each additional client to have access. Also, I have two clients that have products to tag on their posts and there is no option for that. So this account is pretty much useless for those clients and they are two of my biggest ones. In addition, you can't schedule or post Stories to FB & IG. That isn't as big of deal but would be really nice if that was a feature.

Yes the best. I've been telling all my marketing pals. This is the best platform for such a steal in monthly premium.
Seriously this platform has every feature you could want. I've used hootsuite, bubble, and sprout social. Compared to this platform all of those suck. With zoho you get monitoring, reporting, connections, team, publishing, drafts, you name it. All for a stinking low price compared to other platforms that want to charge you an arm and a leg for mediocre functionality and no team collaboration. Super happy with this platform.

I stumbled upon Zoho Social accidentally when I was looking for a social media software for my company. We are a small company and even smaller social media and marketing team (only 2 strong), so we didn't really a huge budget to devote. Our requirement of features centred mainly on being able to schedule our posts in advance, schedule the same post multiple times, monitor our performance across different...
My biggest problem with Zoho Social has been the inability to customise our set of features. The Standard plan offers most of the features, however, the Publishing Calendar is only there in the next upgrade, the Professional plan. I don't really need the other set of features like additional brands and team members, and thus don't see sense in upgrading just for one feature. When I got in touch with their customer support team, they told me that they do not allow any customisation and the features for each plan are set in stone. This was really disappointing, and Zoho Social might have been the perfect social media management software for me if not for this.

I love the fact that my job does not have to revolve around managing social media. Zoho Social is a great way to keep all of your social media channels properly managed, while allowing me to be able to focus on analytics and expansion not just management. Before this program, I spent at least 5 hours a week on mundane tasks that this software helps eliminate. For example, the automatic scheduling, statistics and reports makes me job way easier. I also love the fact that this program works well with the Zoho CRM. Another great feature!
There are two concerns I have with the software. One, this software does not allow you to take advantage of all aspects of each platform. It makes it hard to manage Instagram DMs as well as other parts of each platform. Two, it is an affordable software, but the user cost can become a pain. There is not a cost affective way for upper management or clients to review content without having to add a new user. This cost quickly adds up if you are trying to exclusively use this program the whole time. There are shortcuts around adding users, but it can take away the whole purpose of using the software.

Just one word: Wonderful.
Zoho Social is an extensive platform. It has many features we love and use on a daily basis, like scheduled posts, follow global trends, publish quick content to Twitter, advanced reports and more. We really enjoy using Zoho Social.
I have been using Zoho Social in my agency for quite a while. I have been noticing that the Zoho Social subscription price increased a lot recently. Anyways, still I believe Zoho Social is the best solution for us after having experience with other platforms that didn't fulfill our expectations.

Zoho products usually drive me nuts but Zoho Social is pretty good - to the point I’ve jumped with excitement as a new feature was added and actually took the time to write them and thank them. In the last, I’ve used SproutSocial, HootSuite, and some others. This is pretty close but way more affordable. The downside is that we have Zoho One and I can only run one brand. I have to pay to add a second and that’s a bummer.
It was pretty stripped down when I started using it, but they’ve been adding lots of features, like the ability to set up a post and then customize it by network and being able to add network-specific mentions in one post. The calendar tool is also quite helpful, though I wish I could look at historical posts the same way. I don’t think I’ve ever had a post fail either. It’s a pretty smooth experience.
The reports page is a little funky. Even when you customize, you still can’t create a single display of your chosen metrics for all networks in one place. They also have a feature that shows you if you’re scheduling at the right time. Zoho Social is an essential part of my business and I couldn't function without it.
Zoho Social has been the best social media scheduler I have ever used. It can actually post to Instagram. It has specific brand management and makes reporting for my clients super easy. The pricing is awesome! I can build the package to my news and reduce as needed. The clean design works great and the app makes things really mobile. I think my favorite part though is that I've experienced the improvements they've made so they are actively looking on improving and making it even better.
They updated and fixed most of the cons. I couldn't use it for one of my clients for awhile because it didn't have Facebook Group posting but now it does so that's not really an issue. I do wish that if I was linking a video it could take a thumbnail for Instagram the way it does for Twitter.

The feature for internal discussions about posts is a little weird. It's not as intuitive as I had hoped it would be. It would be nice if you could tag posts that need to be attended to by other team members without starting a discussion about them. It would also be nice if you could edit replies within Zoho. There are some other kinda wonky things that seem to be issues with APIs on the social platforms, so they'd be issues no matter what platform you use (like posting to FB groups from Zoho, you can only post as yourself, not the page that manages the group - but this is a Facebook issue, not a Zoho issue).

My overall experience is not much good with Zoho social. I don't want to waste much fund with it's upgraded plans as other similar tools also providing same or more features at less cost. So I use Zoho social's free plan to post few posts of one of my brand.
Zoho is my all time favourite company and I like it's all products. Zoho social is also like this. I like the tool as it is easy to use, very clean UI. Easy to configure brand channels. Starting free plan it is providing 7 channels / brand which is really a good feature for beginners. You can use zShare Browser Extension to share articles, posts to your social media channels directly in a single click. When you will sign-up it will provide you 15 days trial with paid plans after which you can upgrade or can use free plan without any issue. Support system also works fine.
I dislike the limitations on free plan. I have used free plan for my small business to post business updates, flyers, marketing materials through this tool. You won't get dashboard to check the published posts under free plan. You can't use analytic tool with free plan. Pricing according to features are high. With standard plan it only allows 1 brand when other competitors providing multiple brand with more channels.

This makes our social media posting such an easy process and scheduled posts are easily manipulated if last minute changes are required. It has freed up time for the team and made it less stressful.
It is our one stop shop for all our social media interactions and activities! We also love the reporting capabilities too that can be automated to receive regular reports on a number of different metrics. The APP is also easy to use and handy for on the run random posting. Price wise they are very competitive with us getting the functionality of some very expensive programs without the price tag which is great when you are just starting out.
We have only been using Zoho Social to it's fullest for a few weeks so can't think of anything yet!

For a first-time user of Zoho Social, I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of use and capabilities of the product. The ability to schedule posts is great, and the analytics are incredibly easy to read and access—and they provide great insight into how content is performing. The inbuilt tracking of links has also been a great feature for me to be able to see which content is being shared. Overall, I've been impressed with the capabilities of this product and would definitely recommend it for businesses that are looking to expand their social media presence in an organized and efficient way.
I've tried just about every social media management software under the sun—and I even wrote articles on best practices in social media marketing. So when I tell you that Zoho Social is the best out there, I'm saying it with the utmost seriousness. Zoho Social's user-friendly UI and intuitive navigation make it easy to get up and running right away. It also supports more channels than any other app in its price range and has many advanced features like analytics, calendar post scheduling, content re-posting, and more. If you're looking for a social media management tool that won't break the bank but will deliver world-class results, this is it!
If only there were a way to schedule multiple posts for one social media channel at once without saving and adding again and without using the bulk upload CSV method. I hate that I have to unselect all the other channels while doing this. Please see MeetEdgar's upload feature. That's one thing that I wish you had.

The reports features are very nice as well. You can use standard reports for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram or create a custom report which can be sent at predetermined intervals to you, your clients or both. The reports are pretty robust (especially for FB) and at the price point of Zoho Social, you get all of the reports. There is no nickel and diming for more in-depth reports like some other platforms....

I carried out a case study of 4 different scheduling apps and Zoho Social was by far the best one. There are plenty of useful integrations to help manage digital marketing campaigns such as analytics, streams, and lead management which are all hugely helpful. The app is dependable and functional, unlike some of the other apps I tested. Highly recommend this product - it has great functions at an affordable price.
The inability to edit images on the scheduling tool would be the cherry on top of Zoho Social. When ensuring content is in the correct format, even just a cropping tool would be really useful. It would also be useful if Zoho Social was compatible with posting Reels, Stories, and Carousels to Instagram, but I appreciate that some of these are down to Instagram's rules.

The support was disappointing for the price. We did like having a single public URL for all clients to use for approvals/review.
We appreciated that there was ae reporting built in and that there was an option to quickly pause all content.
Customer support was awful. They were slow to respond, and once they did, the answer was usually "Sorry, that is not available" or "that is not something that can be done." There were no workarounds, no forwarding to development teams for future updates, and only uncaring, unhelpful responses.

When it comes to a marketing manager who can help with organizing and scheduling posts on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, I think Zoho Social is by far the most cost-effective option. It also offers a function that allows you to share a single post across many platforms with a single click.
The first time I tried to link my social media account, the binding process was a shambles, as the authorization for the connection kept rejecting my token and displaying an error on my end. Kudos to the support team for assisting me in quickly resolving the issue.

Zoho Social is the most affordable when it comes for a social media manager that can help in managing and scheduling a post in Instagram, Facebook or Twitter account. It also has a feature that can shares the same post across several platform in single click.
The bounding process for the first time i tried to connect my social media account is quite messy, as the token for the connection keep rejecting my token and keep showing error on my end. Thanks to the customer support that has help me solve the problem quite efficiently.

Having the reporting all in one place, and easily understanding what is effective and what isn't is the best part of Zoho, aside from the price to make it all happen.
The price and the customer service are what make Zoho stand out for me. I like the reporting and automatic scheduling features. It's nice that you get a small team of users, even at the lower pricing tiers. The agency option is one of the best I could find.
Collaboration and workflows could definitely be improved. There are some limitations with certain channels, especially with Instagram, but other platforms struggle with some of the same limitations. It would be nice to incorporate YouTube into the mix.
