Great additional ZOHO module

I love ZOHO social because it's a comprehensive extension of the ZOHO crm. You get a quick overview over your social media channels and activities. You can manage the affords of social media maintenance even in a small office team.

What do you like best?

seemless integration with ZOHO crm interconnects even every single lead! great! you can publish in several channels simultaniously

What do you dislike?

integration of XING missing! if you are already user of other ZOHO modules it sums up to quite a lot of expenses for one month...

because it's part of the ZOHO suite
