Fulfills the necessary

I like it, It has fulfilled what I need in a brushstroke, I wish it was little mas advanced in terms of statistics report and the methods to use to generate exports, as the integration with the crm.

What do you like best?

Easy to set up, notifications and interactions, tidy and cleanly

What do you dislike?

Lack of reports. I think it is possible to explore more.

Why did you end up selecting Zoho Social over other applications?

I get what i need for my brand, all my social, last activity and a simple easy to use interface
