Great extension to the CRM part of Zoho

Zoho social simply makes my life so much easier, it integrates with CRM perfect. It helps me with leads and connects me with people that are engaging on my business page

Haven't had any yet, sure I won't have any either

Why did you end up selecting Zoho Social over other applications?

Because of the integration part to the CRM and it helps me with leads.

If so, why did you switch?

It wasn't what I was looking for and some of my friends were using Zoho and they had nothing but praise for it.

Connecting with people that engage on my business page.
