A Really Great Product that Intermingles With Other Great Zoho Products

I really love the entire suite of Zoho products including their Zoho CRM and their Zoho Mail. The zoho social was very easy to setup and very easy to explain to team members.

What do you like best?

Great interaction with other Zoho Products and works flawlessly as an intranet.

What do you dislike?

I wish I had known about it sooner, though, I didn't find out until I had already demoed other products. I wish they had advertised it to me while I was using mail and CRM.

Why did you end up selecting Zoho Social over other applications?

Already had a Zoho account and was already very happy with CRM and Mail.

What is your main use case with Zoho Social?

As an intranet for our company.
