Very good services and ability to schedule posts. an easy way to post multiple posts on social media platforms
should have the option to post on instagram as well directly from the browser. tips to improve the rating will also be helpful.

- Social Media Reports for each social media channel - Integrates with Zoho CRM - easier lead generation
- Doesn't integrate well with Instagram... in fact there is no integration, so you can't schedule Instagram posts ahead of time.

Overall Zoho Social is a great product! I've tried other programs and thought they were extremely confusing to use. Zoho Social helps me organize multiple brands, schedule posts and compile reports for my clients. I highly recommend trying out this product. You won't be disappointed!

Is very easy to use this. We are using this to grow our business in facebook and twitter. All the features are fantastic!
Everything is good right now, i do not find something that i dislike. Maybe a mobile version maybe be great.

Love being able to use one spreadsheet to upload posts for all my social platforms. Bulk scheduler is a huge timesaver

I really enjoy the app. Very convenient, easy to use and set up, good analytics, able to schedule from computer.
It is not so convenient to schedule and have to authorize the post on isntagram. This takes times. Should improve this.

You can schedule your posts and plan your entire week or month of social media interaction, and never forget to post your promotions.
A little bit difficult to connect with accounts, probably not because of the app but it could be easier

It really helps reach out to people to get more followers on social media. It has a lot of different features.
It can be kind of hard to use at first. Takes a while to learn the software because there is so much it can do.

Hassle free, cost-effective social media management.
Definitely the ease of use, I have used other social media management software previously and many have left me bamboozled, Zoho Social was the easiest I have used by far.
