A social media integration tool for social media management. Except for the issues with Instagram, Zoho Social is a champion.
Integration of all the channels under one roof and extremely user-friendly. It also has great features like scheduling posts and reaching the right audience on right time. I have been using Zoho social and projects and other tools for a while and it has made work management as easy as pie.
The only difficulty that I am facing is posting on Instagram through the desktop platform. Instagram accounts need to be integrated which will make a lot of difference. Can work on improving notification section (replying/following/messaging), bulk messaging option without losing that human touch.

I was initially impressed until the Chrome extension stopped letting me schedule posts after the trial expired.
I mainly use Zoho Social for the Chrome extension to share posts to Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The integrated social media calendar in the popup is welcome, although not as powerful as Social Poster from SEMrush. I get some value from the app's social media dashboard. In particular, acting quickly on Twitter mentions and retweets from the Live Stream is easy to do.
Compared to the deep services of a social media manager like Commun.it, or even Hootsuite, Zoho Social is lacking in tools. The dashboard is clean and easy to use but there's some duplication of information in notifications and the live stream. SEMrush's Chrome extension is far more useful. I also had inconsistent results in grabbing images when using the extension. I don't understand why grabbing an image isn't the default. Why do I have to tick a box to include an image in a tweet and then it doesn't always work? You have to pay to schedule social media posts, unlike just about every other social media manager I can think of. I imagine this leads to abandonment of the tool with little incentive to upgrade.

The best priced social media scheduler out there. Trust me I compared.The amount of brand channels you can schedule for! Amazing. And it actually connects to LinkedIn Company Page which I have had issues with in the past with our providers. Happily and Highly recommend.

Cancelled by e-mail in May for end of August, got renewal notification in August, tried to cancel my end again as nobody was listening, almost impossible as time got nearer to end date I was then able to cancel but not easy and lost all. No chance to get back any text, when you go to free from paid you LOSE IT ALL. I Nobody communicates there. Was sent round in circled then given a free trial but did not ask for this. No chance of a refund for cancelling early so did not get the full year even though they argued I did, walked away but had to review cos I feel they are an awful company.
easy at first but got too complicated as time went on linking other accounts and if you use IG beware if you change to a professional account from other, it takes ages to get back on board with where you were

Zoho social has been a powerful and interesting tool that has allowed me to reach my goals and above all to achieve a better interaction with my clients in a fast, easy and simple way. I liked it a lot because it also allows me to take better control of my social networks and send the data of my potential clients directly to my Zoho CRM
At the beginning it was a little complicated for me due to the little experience I had to be able to synchronize or create strategies with the tool, I understand that there should be manuals and explanatory videos that are easy to access for those clients who use the tool for the first time

I can easily see on my dashboard that i am doing good on my Instagram as my stories created showing in negative.This is the best feature of software that you can see everything on dashboard like Total Audience,Active Audience and engagement.You can see recent post of all page on dashboard.In the right side of page you can see live steaming means who like your page.
NO there is no cons as per my knowledge it is updated as per my knowledge in case i found something i will post it to zoho.

Zoho social is easy to use,alongside an intuitive user interface. Zoho social makes it easy for our social media team to be able to manage our different social media accounts simultaneously by making it easy to schedule social media posts, track conversations and measure the level of engagement on each social media account performance from a single dashboard.
Currently Zoho social does not cover Pinterest amongst the social media platforms that can be manage with the Zoho social tool.

So far, so good. It solves our problem, which is how to schedule and approve posts without spending a fortune or having to learn complex tools.
*Intuitive to use *Scheduler is good, and premium version can help you choose when to post for the most engagement
*It doesn't give a full post and photo preview.

Overall, the ease of use and functionality that Zoho offers is amazing and it makes my job incredibly easier when it comes to online advertising and social engagement. The only thing is if you expect help from their support team, you're likely not going to get it and you'll have to figure things out on your own. There's also been a few instances where their site has been down in the middle of a work day since I started using it 4 months ago.
I really like the ease of use that Zoho offers to its clients. As a social media manager, it makes my job a lot easier when I can schedule a lot of posts at once and watch them automatically upload through Zoho throughout the week. Further, their calendar function and web dashboard make it really easy to follow along keep track of what you're doing.
I really really like the software so it pains me to say this, but their customer service is awful. I've had several issues of posts not going through on Instagram and have gotten no explanation as to why. I'll call their customer support team and after holding for upwards of 30 minutes, all they ask me to do is send a follow up email. Even worse, when I send the follow up email, I get no response, so I'm left in the dark as to why this keeps happening.

It has been proven worldwide the company who cares their customers growvery fast.If you have good software for social media you can manage multiple social media pages at one platform.I was using some other software before this which was very complicated.It has very nice dashboard eye catchy colors.You can track your all social media pages at one dashboard. Your Social Media page performance will displayed on dashboard.You can see customer engagement,who is seeing your post and who is like your page.
I dont think there is any major cons in this.Yes,Schedule post and auto post from zoho page integrated than it will be great.

I am very much happy with Zoho Social overall. It helps my business to track the leads and from different platform.
Zoho social is a tool that helps your business to seamlessly integrate with the Social Media like Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin etc. Also it will help to you integrate with Zoho CRM which is another added advantage.
I would recommend that if they give more focus to Zoho Social people can get benefited and the UI needs to be little bit rich. Currently it looks very simple and straight forward.

As a single employee in a business that promotes 1 county, 4 cities, and countless businesses ZohoSocial makes it easy for me to plan and organize my social media advertising and control my reach. I actually use it for both of the organizations I work for and it creates a seamless process for both of them to use social media to market.
I love that I am able to control multiple accounts in one place! I can also schedule repeating posts which helps me be more efficient.
Unfortuantely that you have to pay for certain features, though this is completely understandable. The price is reasonable though I wish there wasn't such a leap between the prices for certain features. As a non profit we have a limited budget.

I use zoho email and having the ability to integrate my socials is a great plus. The versatility of the software allows you to manage multiple parts of the business form one place. I used zoho for an old job many years ago and I have come back to use it for myself, due to prior positive experience with it.

Overall it's a great tool for small to mid size business, it has an easy dashboard which allows you to manage everything.one can easily manage the social accounts with the help of Zoho.
If you want to manage your social media accounts,then go ahead with Zoho social.it's a social media management platform which is helping many agencies to grow their business in social media. You can schedule post for different social channels(Facebook,Instagram,Twitter etc.) in one go. You can post the relevant content which audience like more with the help of it's prediction engine. You can see the engagement by post type.
It's a great choice for small to mid scale business as it doesn't allow multiple social media account(like 3 Facebook accounts) Sometime i face issue with Instagram , doesn't integrate well with Instagram.

so far we have a great support, we wish to have more features at less prices
we at anzimaty (www.anzimaty.com), our team liked mostly its ease of use, putting all the channels in one location and scheduling the posts for the weeekly jobs which makes it a lot easier to do the work when pre planned. also, pushing the leads directly to our CRM is a tremendous PLUS.
the calendar feature option is expensive compared to other similar software in the market.

I liked Zoho one and Zoho Social as long as I used it. It makes it easy to connect and communicate over multiple social networks. But how to best integrate social media marketing efforts with other marketing initiatives and how to maximize RoI is something Zoho wants us to figure out by ourselves. If you educate people a little bit on these topics, Zoho can become the next Hubspot. It's competitive pricing is a great plus.
I was using Zoho Social as it is a part of the Zoho One Suite. I like the way it easily integrates with social networks and allows us to monitor and communicate on multiple social networks from a single interface. We can organize our dashboard to follow important accounts/hashtags, etc. and we can see multiple social feeds on a single interface. Like other Zoho products this one too is easy to learn.
Although the features are fine, Zoho does not educate the users on how to best use its products. I am not talking about features - I am talking about the best practices to increase post engagement, increase followers, increase RoI on social media spends, etc. The tool itself is easy to use, but just the tool without the best practices on how to best use it to our advantage is a limitation.

I've been using Zoho for over 2 years now. The product has helped me in various parts of my business, from managing my clients' data and orders to generating invoices, reports and plans for schedule management. The team at Zoho is extremely supportive and very easy to work with. Cons: Altho sometimes it doesn't integrate with some new websites.
Well i did not see any cons in it at all.

I have been able to put together a social media strategy with far more ease and in a fraction of the time than I could with our previous software.
Zoho Social has fitted seamlessly into our social media scheduling and posting. I am not super technical but was literally up and running within a minute of logging in for the first time. Great, user-friendly interface with easy to read stats that have enabled me to actually put the insights into use. We're only on our free trial so far but are already really glad we switched from our previous platform. Like I say, I am not the most technical person (or very stats and numbers minded) and I am actually enjoying using Zoho! Particularly like the SmartQ feature as I am in a different country to the majority of our audience (who are themselves spread out across Asia and Europe) so this makes scheduling WAY easier to figure out!
So far, so good. I wouldn't say I dislike anything about it so far, although it would be nice to get the same sort of insights into our LinkedIn business page (and be able to use SmartQ) the way we can with Facebook and Twitter.

So far, it's the only app that hasn't bounced my instagram and facebook page posts Ease of use saves me a lot of time and energy. Plus, it's not a memory hog. My phone is stble enough during use. The free version has really impressed me. I
I'm still on the free trial, but I would invest here. I love that it's easy to learn and use. I landed here when looking for an app to schedule and post on social media. After many different apps and trials, I would invest in the zoho product - the free version is useful enough to convince me that the pro version is better. Fingers crossed!!
I wish the android app allowed for more settings and functions (eg i shouldn't have to need a browser to read the pricing plans, needing to google some user instructions etc) I'm not asking for a million features etc. Just enough usability so that i don't need a browser and the android app at the same time (yet I'm using my phone). It beats the point of me clogging my phone's memory with the app. works fine on Chrome, thankfully!!
