Pros

Other than the great concept of ZoomInfo in general, and the great info you can get from them, I have to say the thing I like the most is their customer service.
In North America, the contact quality has turned out to be pretty good. Websights has also been interesting to gain insights on non converting companies on our website.
All and all the user interface and functionality of ZoomInfo was great. It was easy to search, I really liked the ability to look at org charts, and for the most part the info was correct.

Pros

For me the best part aside the accuracy of contact information and ease of use, the support team is so lovely , quick to respond, and are always there to take care of you.
I love that it integrates with linkedin navigator. It is super easy to use, and very efficient.
Had a great experience setting it up and some good talks with CS to get more value out of it.

Cons

Not surprising that they have to trap people into giving them money given how terrible their product infrastructure is.
The biggest con is the amount of times that numbers either aren't on there or are wrong numbers. I have dialed and got siblings, spouses, and other family members along with completely wrong people.
ZoomInfo is an unethical company that does not care about its customers and relies on legal threats to intimidate its customers.

Cons

The tool came with rave reviews and recommendations - either these are all fake or the tool has become disastrously bad recently.
It's constantly inaccurate - daily I am calling the numbers provided and its a wrong number. Also some people are a bit worried about how I got their details.
Lack of coverage - lots of profiles they have no numbers for.

Pros

I like that the direct lines are much better than the other software I previously use, Zoominfo

Cons

I did not have integrations set up/don't know if they exist and had to manually add the new data into my CRM

Pros

I have the Lusha chrome extension so I can verify prospect email/phone numbers if I cannot find them on ZoomInfo or their LinkedIn. Very quick, and easy to use!

Cons

I don’t have anything poor to say about Lusha - it is a great software to use.

It is often that I can't find contact details for an individual on Lusha, however, when I go to ZoomInfo or Rocket Search I can find it

Pros

There is not much that makes this a good tool

Cons

The database and information is seriously lacking to be an effective tool

Regarding utility and usage of Lusha

Overall experience is really good, and I use Lusha especially for getting contact of the higher positions of the organisation and the filters are really useful

Pros

Wider range of employees can be found in LinkedIn

Cons

In zoominfo all the contact to be prospected in a single go by selecting the contacts in different pages, but in Lusha we have to select contact in one page after another as the selected contacts in previous page gets detected, which consumes a lot of time especially for prospecting larger clients.

Overall it's a good tool that's very clean to use to fill in gaps from ZoomInfo or other data sources, however the accuracy of contact data is not great, for information technology, cybersecurity, and software development it seems the accuracy is close to 1/3 of people researched being correct.

Pros

Platform is very easy to use, integrates smoothly with LinkedIn and Salesforce.

Cons

Found that the data presented is very hit or miss, frequently includes phone numbers for organizations that a person might've worked at 2-3+ years ago along with improper cell phone numbers and emails are nearly always wrong.
