The best feature of monday.com is its ability to help you integrate your tasks into your calendar. The easy to use tool allows you to efficiently manage projects and meet deadlines.
The software spam your inbox with many unwanted mails. Unable to track project goals easily.
Visually stunning and satisfying great tool helps in smooth management of our projects, ditching the need for any spreadsheets and manual tracking.
We eventually stopped using this software because the UI was very limited in it's features. Our team didn't really catch on, and we abandoned the software after a year.
I really love a lot about Monday. It's clean, has a beautiful design, easy to use and just overall a great product.
Terrible with the customer service. We are now actively looking for a replacement.
I really like the beautiful, intuitive and easy-to-use interface, if you used similiar tools before you will be at ease with monday.com.
Sometimes the information gets lost on each ticket, especially on larger teams.
I love its ease of use, the ability to track by project, and the ability to customize the templates to fit your needs.
I also appreciate the ease with which participants can be added in order to follow progress of tasks. What I appreciate most is how easy it is to manipulate tasks.
IT's one of those tools you enjoy using aesthetically. For general project or product management, it works great and is super easy to figure out.
Monday is very easy to use, has excellent help and tutorials, and extremely responsive tech support. They regularly add new features and improvements.
The clarity of which you can identify the tasks necessary and the way the tasks roll up to completion. I like that it has clear large status bars that you can customize for ease of viewing.
I love how flexible and powerful Monday.com is. It is very easy to build out tracking sheets that interact with Aeschylus other and dynamically update.
And customer support/community around the platform is great, the folks at monday.com are quick to respond and help out with getting you up and running with specific needs and requirements.
I like that there are templates for a variety of project types available, and that there are many integration opportunities.
I am also a big fan of the customization available on the grids and with the premium subscription, you have a whole lot of integration and automation options available.
Easy to use interface, good user community, one tool that can make the work of 4 (planning, customers, testing, budgeting) and anything else you turn it into.

There are premade templates that are great, and provides awesome insight on how powerful the software really is. I frequently use their social media calendar, and the project list.
What I dislike most about this software is that I cannot type extended sentences in one box. Whenever I try to paste a long sentence or paragraph the words go into the rows beneath.
I like to see a whole month's worth of content at one time. It is also super helpful that one team member can upload content and another can download from a different location.
Some features around forms are notably missing and it is hard to integrate work-arounds.
I love the low price-point and the amazing customer service they have, by far one f the most powerful low-cost database/spreadsheet tool out there.
It was a mess trying to get it set up. Initially it was set up with separate paid spaces and then trying to get everything onto an enterprise plan was a huge headache.
It has a great community of users with helpful suggestions and awesome ideas. Using one such idea I hooked up Airtable to Slack using Zapier and built custom notifications for myself.
You pay by user per workspace, so that means if you have teams that work in more than one area, you would need to pay for them twice.
I'm a spreadsheet nerd, so I was really excited when I discovered Airtable. It's a database in the form of a spreadsheet and I'm continually amazed by its capabilities.
Collecting projects data like status, phone numbers, etc is easy. IFTTT integration is one of the best features because I will save a lot of time.
We loved the ability to customize our bases for just about any situation.
Love what it can do and helps visually add some appealing colour to data.
Airtable is a researcher's best friend. In addition to being easy to use, it has many options for customization and configuration of the database.
Beautiful Interface and great project management tool.
Airtable is a great inexpensive option to use. If you are on a budget, and don’t want to spend money for a program this should be your go to.
I like the fact bthat it seemed organized and simple. User friendly interface and easy to read the cpontents.
A beautiful task board with powerful integrations.
Very good value for money. Practical, inexpensive and quick way to implement a system for internal use.

The benefit of having all in one place is a great promise. And helps a lot that the entire team is using one single place for all organizational stuff.
It also makes the relevant conversations and files more difficult to track down, since they might be lost in any of these subtasks.
I also love that they added a free plan for people to try out the platform before committing. But what I love the most is the new templates feature.
There are countless examples of this annoying aspect.
Good for managing high level projects and milestones. Gantt charts help visualize progress and keep our teams on top of their work.
Who knows that I did not use the service, because there are access logs, and still maintain the unauthorized charges.
Super easy to use from the non-creative/briefer side and I hear the same from the creative side. Easy to see version histories and follow up with edits.
For a private venture, this is the main problem in my view. This is likewise the situation for extra highlights, a considerable lot of which are just utilized by Admin yet are invoiced for each seat.
Logging the bugs was very easy and I liked how I got automated messages back when the dev team took care of my tickets so I could keep up with progress.
If you have someone who is super organized and sets a good example for what to put in each task, it can go a long way. It makes a manageable and organized to-do list for everyone in your org.
A great project management tool, with lots of features and a great interface.
The support staff was very pleased, who, when using Wrike, helped us quickly configure the interface and create an individual and appropriate workflow for my team.
The thing that I like most about this software is that it is pretty easy to use and set up for projects.
It has excellent integration with Apple operating systems, both with Mac and iPhone, which allows us to be connected at all times.
I've use ripe software for over 5 years collaborated on multiple projects with multiple end users and vendors and can only say that is phenomenal software with a very good price in the market.
Overall, I think it is a solid tool. I have heard from champions that it is costly, and that most integrations come at an incremental additional cost.
Very complete project management tool. I like the direct integration with the calendar, which ensures everyone is aligned on the relevant tasks.
Looks amazing, hard to use in practice, with unresponsive community support.

I love the ease of adding leads. I love how I can save my emails in different categories with different themes, and find them super easy.
There is no way to cancel your account and stop having your credit card charged once set up; there is no online mechanism to even change credit cards or cancel without calling the company.
It is great how it integrates with our business Facebook also. The tracking features are wonderful, you can see the click rate for each link in the email.
Worst ESP Experience EVER - Verging On Scam Organisation.
Overall the LIVE technical support and helping us with our email deliverability wins over the small technical issues we experienced.
My card was charged even if my subscription is not yet consumed. You need to review your billing system.
Easy to use, responsive customer service from an actual person - so much better than the competition.
But I would much prefer hitting a button and my desktop email being populated. I never know if an email address is bad or gets kicked back.
By far the best platform I’ve used for managing sending to large numbers of recipients. D highly recommend the platform to anyone.
Campaigner does not supply this function. The image library is very confusing.
Easy to learn and great customer service, when necessary.
I find the templates confusing to navigate through.
It's a decent value for the money. It's great for basic email contacts and is a value for that.
We were on another platform and Campaigner bought that company. They required us to cut over in an unacceptably rapid timeline and gave no instruction on the switchover.
Becomes fairly intuitive after a short while. The list building feature (my list) is nice.
Repeating having to call in to authorize new lists. Difficult and unnecessary process to cancel services.
I like the fact that you can set up a sales process. This give the sales people the right tools to move the prospect along.
Make sure that you take the time to make yours a good implementation. Setting things up on a good base was key to user adoption.

You can make really beautiful products and I love using mine for my online coaching courses. It's a lot to learn at first but they have amazing training videos and customer support.
The reality is that the email deliverability has had a negative impact on my business. Most of my emails are going to spam and customer service will not get back to me.
We're so happy to host our course and membership on Kajabi and will stay with them for years to come. So beautiful and clean looking.
Onboarding is terribly annoying with a blinking green "3" in the upper left that won't go away unless you follow a linear series of steps that didn't align with what I wanted to do.
It is exceptional for those offering value to their followers/students through lead magnets, trainings, and courses. It is easy to learn how to use and their customer service via chat is outstanding.
I don't see this happening in the near future from their side, and I am sure that I am losing money because of this.
A nice framework to get people to sign up for webinars. The email automations are good, especially since they are all set up with suggested subject matter, when to send, headline, body text.
One course I had was all about sharing their vulnerabilities. There was no way to hide JUST THAT ONE person's comment and make it their own journal process.
We're so grateful at how easy it was to transfer our online training to the Kajabi platform and how easy it was for our participants to switch to this new platform as well.
Specifically to Kajabi, I felt that the contact management module (called "People" in Kajabi) was weak.
Kajabi has been a good basic LMS. It's a good solution for basic LMS or course sales needs.
I like that it is easy to setup web pages, courses, and memberships. It makes the process easier and very user friendly for those who are not tech savvy.
As a student, I love how clean and crisp looking the inside of the platform is. I prefer the overall user experience over Teachable.
Kajabi is a platform that has the ability to do it all. I like that I can integrate email and online courses as well as the 24 hour chat customer service.
I like how simple it is to use Kajabi - you don't have to be a designer to have a great-looking website. Customer service is top notch - quick response and through answers.
I love the phone app function that they have. Just like any other drag and drop builder, kajabi is really easy to use.
The integrations also are super so that I am able to keep everything organized in one space without needing separate video hosting, etc. For my courses and coaching.
Think of it as an investment. You may pay that high monthly price tag right now, but it lays a great foundation for your business, and allows you to grow.

The best feature in this is the Write Better Headlines feature which helps analyze your post's headline and slot it for better keyword and SEO placement.
The software is not intuitive, is more costly than some of it alternatives, and we experienced a few glitches during testing.
It's set up perfectly for a content marketer like myself and has an incredible amount of integrations to seamlessly work among your marketing stack.
They should also work on their system of planning the hours of scheduled posts - we also had some problems with them.
It makes perfect sense for someone running a WordPress site which can be integrated. The beauty of it is when you publish, you can also distribute to social platforms, which is cool.
Pricing was a major factor, as a small business owner I found that pricing was an obstacle, a bit pricey.
An easy to use system with a great interface and awesome functionality.
Initially it was great... but slowly things became confusing then turned upsetting. Support couldnt help too much as they did not have remote sharing for fixing problems.
Probably the most useful feature of the software. Being able to create campaigns directly in a WP post is fantastic.
You can also set time ranges as well and it will post at the best time in that range. Everything is super intuitive and there are many other features I have yet to use.
I like that it has an extremely simple platform, easy to navigate and customer service is timely. For the money, it is a good base platform that saves time.
Customer service was also excellent and making improvement requests was taken seriously by the development team.
I can single handedly control everything as if there is a team of people working alongside me. Calender is an awesome feature embedded for scheduling purposes.
It's easy to schedule, assign, and monitor - all the way through sharing the content on a variety of social media platforms. I'm in love with CoSchedule.
A Great CoScheduler for a Business with a Budget.
The main pro for me has been the customer support its always so easy to get ahold of someone to help.
The interface is very simple to use and can help get things done pretty fast.
CoSchedule is very easy to use. On my first day in the office, I was able to figure out how to use it within minutes.
