Excellent, their customer service provides just that. They are knowledgeable and very responsive.
To be told that you have to recreate a portion of a Journey from memory because someone accidentally deleted part of it during a Journey review can be quite frustrating.
The price is excellent and I love the heads up feature. This feature alone has increased conversions considerably for me. I like that Autopilot is easy to integrate and like the journey builder.
The only knock on the product is the inability to filter out your synchronization with Pipedrive based on custom fields or some other value.
Customer service is incredible, so I feel like any issues or objectives I want to hit are fully supported by the team. I hope this only improves as they grow and doesn't become watered down.
This was a real frustration, and I ended up just disconnecting Autopilot from the CRM in order to finish my test.
Their journey creator is flawless and even a non-techinical person can use it with ease. The have very robust APIs and you can confirgure autopilot pretty easily with their APIs.
It's hard to have the actions start based on interactions with a website or product / CRM. This may have changed though.
The visual feedback of the journeybuilder makes automation easy and enjoyable to construct. The wealth of options available for triggering, and for actions to trigger in journeys.

I'm interested in learning more about ShareDocView because it has a lot of useful features, even for our business. The user interface is quite slick, and the authorization settings are excellent.
But since we have to translate English into Hungarian, this is a minor problem for us sometimes.
Sharedocview is best software for sharing files in our network. Easy and good to handle.
Producing content is expensive and without a way to have visibility (that's not invasive to the end consumer) then you are just wasting time and money.
The services it was providing were beyond my expectations. So, I have an excellent and memorable experience with this tool.
Nothing glaring that I feel is missing to point out.
It's great having something I have ease using at least I can understand the software.
The lack of integration with project management, website integration and google doc real- time update features.

Bloomreach is a great tool and we are enjoying all of its capabilities and features. I love webhooks, it's an ultimate tool to do any kind of workaround.
They implemented a system for triggered silent push notifications and flagged all users were there was no response for 14 days as "dead.
Dashboards are visually effective for me. I like how Bloomreach is innovative and following, maybe even setting trends we can explore and take advantage of. Bloomreach listens to our feedback.
We are missing more in-depth data insights for campaign automation.
I like the ease of use of the asset builder and the email builder. Scenarios as well are logically laid out and I have throughly enjoyed the course I have taken through Bloomreach Academy.
Clients have problem to identify which department's budget to use for analytics services.
Extremely easy to use, everything is intuitive, the templates are responsive and the customer support is superb. Very powerful tool far beyond expectations.
The data analytics dashboard and options are limited.
Their support team and account managers who we worked with were all fabulous, responsive, and knowledgable.
I appreciate the Q4 roadmap and can't wait to use the new features. Reporting is not black box which I love that I can set it up and counts with whatever data are important to our company.
I am satisfied with this tool. It has many great feature (some of them we for now do not use but I believe we will integrate it soon and start using it).
Their support is amazing, we have received help every time we asked in minutes, they have even implemented on the fly stuff we have needed.

Signed up for the trial, only for them to bang up my card [SENSITIVE CONTENT] later. They refused to refund my money, and was forced to open a dispute with my credit card company.
It's a solid product built by a solid team. They do everything they can to ensure their platform is not only robust but stable for users.

I like best the ease of use in setting up this program to provide my website visitor's with a better on-site experience while also providing me with detailed metrics on those visitors.
We only wanted to use ONE popup and couldnt. Horrible customer support with limited knowledge about their own product.
Sumo has a killer free option for creating a very effective email capture form. It has very detailed analytics and it intergrades with the popular platforms wordpress and shopify.
You can't integrate with HubSpot until you pay for it. Managing it manually now, but could be a problem in the future.
Setting up Sumo on each of my websites was very intuitive and easy to accomplish. There are features that allow you to personalize the look and the experience visitors to the site will each have.
Sumo added popup in the footer without letting us know (ON A PAID SUBSCRIPTION!). We lost days to enable the implementation, and yet, the product isnt function.
