I'm so happy and excited to have this kind of an application that makes life easier for everyone.
It's annoying that when you copy a post to re-use it, if you change the photo or edit the post you have to do this separately for each social media platform within the post.
The ease of use, and the various services I can use. The interface is great, and super easy to navigate, and understand.
Lack of integrations for websites. Needs WP or RSS or Wix sync for auto-posting.
It's great to be able to schedule posts across all our social media accounts at the same time and the price is excellent.
Sometimes a post will fail which is the only downside I have.
Great and easy to use with a seamless process and lovely interface.
I'm unsure because I'm still relativelynew with it.

Sometimes it is difficult to use while multitasking with other systems in our office.
Allows for unlimited customization, robust platform. Rep has been great assisting me in getting it working to my liking.

I like that you can create super professional emails. I liked the templates one could choose from and ability to use links.
Not only was it much more expensive to move from Constant Contact, there are a number of missing functionalities.
Their customer service is over the top great, and the service they offer to build templates for you is well worth the small investment.
There were two areas that were considerably frustrating when it came to Emma.
I love how streamlined and easy to use this software was. Much different than any other email marketing tool, but I loved the clean and easy-to-use templates.
We do multiple enewsletters but the formatting and styling options are passé and lame.
Allows you to design beautiful emails and newsletters without knowing code. The customer service team is great, and there are great trainings and webinars available.
I found a much better service at half their cost. Emma proved to be a very greedy and unethical company.
Used friendly, integrates with my CRM database, easy to use templates, plug and play so I can make my monthly newsletter, good click analytics.
We were first worried about have to pay per email sent but quickly learned that you get what you pay for.
The Emma team is great about helping set up external APIs in order for your data to get automatically added into their system.
I only advise that you pay close attention to your contract.

We pride ourselves in customer service which often includes same day delivery. Our SNAPPII app is critical to our ability to provide the best possible service and helps to save our bottom line.
No backup, the app randomly lost some of the info and we had to rebuild parts of the app. We spoke with customer service and they advised us that they could not recover the app data.
Flexible and powerful when you know what you are doing. We love the options for customization and the overall look and feel is better than other solutions I have used.
DIY platform was tedious and left you stuck and tech help soon get fed up of you and also will ignore you too using the chat facility.
The apps help us achieve that objective and help showcase these products. Snappii's technical staff have been very responsive when issues arise, allowing us to solve them and keep the apps up to date.
Updates caused user frustration and when adding multiple users.
Easy to organize, paperless system, and easy to use. The customer service is great at resolving any issues.
That the form can only be filled out with a tablet positioned vertically. This makes it difficult when using a keyboard on a IPAD to import data.
Only using it t complete and track monthly extinguisher inspections. Was impressed by t how the Snappii team worked with me to customize it to better suit our needs.
The support was superb and the application as well.
Support team is excellent. Platform is Easy to use once you get the hang of it and Very customizable.

It's also slightly confusing what is a post that is for the library vs the discussion.
It has been a wonderful success and a great solution for our need.
There is no way to hard code the search function.
It is feature rich and offers multiple modules that suit our association needs. So far, the customer service has been extremely good.
Search for "Cloud" products - and you get a bunch of random search results with cloud on the page - instead of the Cloud Community Page coming up first. Second issue is that the editor is hard to use.

The platform is easily adapted to be configured for different clients and fields of work. Although there are best practices for initial structure, there are options for customization.
I love the integrations with our AMS and LMS. Unlimited flexibility with design.

We continue to get new members and look for new ways to engage them. Higher Logic makes it easy to offer a solution regardless of the size of your organization.

Generally, it is a great app and has good stuffs in it which I would definitely recommend to family and friends to get and use.
I disliked the fact that many times I lost all work when trying to set up a post due to the need to make an adjustment and because of that the whole process had to be started over.
I like it a lot and I use it a lot because it is very easy to use and I recommend it to all my friends.
The fact that the interface sometimes failed to respond properly, forcing one to start the post scheduling from scratch - especially when it comes to IG stories.
Easy to deploy, easy to use, and the pricing was great for start-ups.
I miss more suggestions or tracks to plan and reach this or that business objective.
It has been quite good so I do recommend mLabs.
MLabs was perfect for our hosted MongoDB requirements. Easy to set up and maintain.
It is really easy to connect and to post on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, google business, Pinterest and Twitter. It also connects with your site and shows the progress in each of these channels.

This is very easy to use software and user friendly. Love the different templates or ease of making customized templates.

It wasn't totally set up to handle all my small accounts, but their team worked hard to give me the dashboard that I needed.

However, other issues persisted, including problems with catalog availability and Canvas Ads.
The Creative studio showing us which add creatives and copy performed the best - we've had a few surprises... and it helps to guide our creative thinking for future ad campaigns.
I clicked the cancel button and guess what happened, i see a charge for another $147 leave my company account.
Now I am working with them to drive more sales. What I love about Madgicx the most is that the onboarding process is SO good.
Set-up can be a bit confusing and not draft mode.
I am thankful and I really hope I can make my ads works to a very profitable point with the help of Madgicx and its team. I am on a three month subscription and I am excited for what's coming.

I have recently started using it and found it very helpful. Hopefully, it turns out to be very helpful software for me.
I had to start using it after a bad experience with a competitor  I am now planning to use ir as my first option for email.
Cost efficient and it offers great deliverability, as well as an outstanding customer support that is always there for you.
Is quite difficult not to be clasified as spam y the mail box.
Good service, particularly customer service, even with free accounts. I am startig to promote a publishing house and so far the delivery of my emails has been excellent.
Well that's the only inconvenience: sometimes it won't charge the images, takes a different one with similar name.
Mailrelay is by far the best smtp provider around. Im very happy with the support and i get and the product is great.
Also our spam ratio grew a bit when using the service. And, ironically, we were constantly sent not email marketing newsletters from the company, which were not that useful.
The UI was easy to navigate and has superb tools to create newsletter and relevant statistical data to know your newsletter status. This is one great mass emailer.

I cancelled my subscription because you can only upload videos for the contest via a youtube link. This is a barrier for my entrants as they would need a gmail account and sign up to youtube.
It has some amazing features that previous AutoResponder services did not have OR were difficult to set up. Amazing customer service (chat) - always helping me through any parts where I'd get stuck.
There's no point in hiring someone that promises you sales and conversions if you get no conversions. I got emails so now I have people on my email list.
We also love how simple it is to export new contacts to our mailing system, integrate into our existing social media and website, and there are so many more awesome features.
But I don't even know if they're qualified leads because I have no phone number to call them.
We love that we can start users out with a landing page, and take them through an email 'drip' journey to best teach them about our services.

I cancelled my subscription because you can only upload videos for the contest via a youtube link. This is a barrier for my entrants as they would need a gmail account and sign up to youtube.
It has some amazing features that previous AutoResponder services did not have OR were difficult to set up. Amazing customer service (chat) - always helping me through any parts where I'd get stuck.
There's no point in hiring someone that promises you sales and conversions if you get no conversions. I got emails so now I have people on my email list.
We also love how simple it is to export new contacts to our mailing system, integrate into our existing social media and website, and there are so many more awesome features.
But I don't even know if they're qualified leads because I have no phone number to call them.
We love that we can start users out with a landing page, and take them through an email 'drip' journey to best teach them about our services.
It does take time to set up everything, but so far I've just been paying a monthly fee with no income filtering back from product sales.
I received quick and good help to get started. Good features and easy to use.
It was a pleasant experience. I enjoyed analyzing the numbers and creating reports.
It's very easy to use and very easy to learn how to operate and getting it to do what i want seems to be pretty straight forward so far.
Overall, we are satisfied with Wishpond and use them for our 3 websites. Quite stable integrations with Shopify with detailed reporting about behaviour of your customers.
The landing page editing tool is really, really good. It's easily the best one I've seen on a landing page building platform.
We've had a great experience with Wishpond. We have used this for multiple video voting contests.
The landing page builder is very good, easy to use, you can create practically any design you want as it has an open design, where you're not restricted to blocks. It's an open canvas system.
So far, so good, but I am a month and a half into marketing and the products have yet to be rolled out in the proposed marketing program.

The only real negative that I have is their customer service team regularly calls to insure that their product is meeting my expectations, if you can even call that a problem.

It's an extremely easy to use platform with a robust list of features to keep track of your relationships. Their concept of buckets is great and the email marketing automation is great.
Too bad, it's about 100% more difficult to create BB's video's in an email that is part of a program.

Hidden fees and some ridiculous idea that some of the features you pay extra for can expire.
Fantastic customer service and support, great understanding of the real-world challenges of their market, solid CRM features.
They have some glitches, that sometimes you end up losing your unsaved and even saved work. It has some issue with merging, where they merge unwanted data that leads to duplication of work.
Great app - super useful in helping you both network with professional contacts and just keep in touch with friends you haven't spoken to in a while.
Their lack of focus on their general users is really starting to show in their product with bugs that aren't being fixed and a general lack of innovation.
It is designed so well and is so amazingly intuitive it is super easy to use and makes you like using the system. The template library is huge but structured very well so it's not daunting.
Frustrating to have to focus my time on the phone with tech support instead of being able to just use the software at the price I signed up for.

When creatign sequences on Outfunnel, you can't reorder the messages which is really painful when trying to adjust campaigns or copy them across.
Software does what it has to but what I appreciate the most is the super responsive customer support.
Small annoyance that new email lists in Mailchimp can cause create new records in Pipedrive.
For me, it elegantly bridges the shortcomings of Pipedrive which is our main CRM. The team is great and I've already had a few discussions with them and saw that they implemented a few of my requests.
It's a little expensive, but at the same no other companies compares.
Simplicity of features and clarity in their presentation, ease of integration.
Only Mailchimp is possible right now so, we were limited regarding the automation workflows.

Asked to cancel a few day before the bill was due and said I had to pay for another 30 days because of a 30 day cancellation policy.
The ease of receiving an email regularly to let me know the latest report is ready for viewing is priceless. The quality of the reports themselves in the platform is excellent as well.
Some of the more granular data can be hard to pull sometimes, and constructing your own modules is not the easiest or most intuitive process.
It looks amazing (clients love how easy it is to digest) and is very easy to set up. I love how quickly I can set up a monthly report for a client and then easily pull the same report every month.
Just set and forget and wait on your inbox for the ​magic to happen.

They implemented a system for triggered silent push notifications and flagged all users were there was no response for 14 days as "dead.
Dashboards are visually effective for me. I like how Bloomreach is innovative and following, maybe even setting trends we can explore and take advantage of. Bloomreach listens to our feedback.
We are missing more in-depth data insights for campaign automation.
I like the ease of use of the asset builder and the email builder. Scenarios as well are logically laid out and I have throughly enjoyed the course I have taken through Bloomreach Academy.
Clients have problem to identify which department's budget to use for analytics services.
Extremely easy to use, everything is intuitive, the templates are responsive and the customer support is superb. Very powerful tool far beyond expectations.
The data analytics dashboard and options are limited.

I migrated from two similar products and in none of them I could find the ease of use, the functionality and most of all the amazing support I have during my trial.
Not compatible with Wix, also no connection for Facebook Ads.
It's useful and effective tool for eshop with large portfolio when setting up product and dynamic Adwords campaigns. Interface is user-friendly and support is quick and competent.
Maybe lack of Shopping ads campaigns. As far as I know they should be launched by the end of January 2019.

Dashly doesn't have 24 hour support but they still reply fast to my inquiries.

The custom fields allow us to gear this product to fit our business. The support team is outstanding in their response time and resolving any issues.
While they do have campaigns, they have no way to build a contact form within the CRM and you have to pay them to link your own form so it will even add a lead to the CRM.

Hard or cannot download to iphone. But I have too many contacts to download to phone.
The ease in using it the amount you can customize it has made my job easier and has produced more sales and given me quality information to further my success and the success of our company.

I suspect there is a LOT more I could be doing in terms of straight up contact management instead of just email campaigns which is what I mainly use it for.
