Easy to use and setup with good support from the on-boarding team and regular catch-ups over the time period. The library is a great tool with good security and functionality.
UI of the software is not very intuitive and it’s a bit confusing and slow.
Intuitive design, great event management, easy to navigate. A good way to share news or useful stuff with employees, way better than plain old emails.
The pictures and words are always shifting. This could be operator error, but we have had several people comment on this.
Some intranets we've seen a very focused on content, and work like closed-off social networks. Jostle is much more interesting than that, and has been a big boost to our corporate culture.
It can be made to work but it was far more painful than any other vendor I've setup SAML authentication with. The documentation is horrible and even flat out wrong in some areas.
And the Jostle folks are cool. We're the customers but we want Jostle to be proud of us, too, we do b/c they help us communicate our important work with kids.
The admin section can be a little confusing but that is it.
The Jostle team is very responsive, and dedicated to providing great customer service and support. The 400+ employees at our organization have varying degrees of technical savviness.
They were amazing as you can tell how invested they are with all of this training, and ensuring that our employees are utilizing the Jostle platform to its fullest potential.
Ease of use and loading content. Love the library, shout out features and being able to see birthdays and work anniversarys.
The wiki-like structure unique, for sure, and the dashboard is easy to navigate. I also really like how it ties in external calendars and events so they're easy to find.
Keep listening to the forum suggestions - I love the fact you can integrate with Twitter on the update/shout out area.
The UX\UI is so user friendly and easy to understand. The support you get from the Jostle support team is very hands-on.
Easy to use, value for money, and helps to unite a team.
For me it’s the flexibility of the platform and the support. This software can practically plugin to anything (to a certain extent).
Jostle made it easy for teams to collaboration in a central environment.
Staff member profiles, that we integrate with G-Suite are helpful and enable users to customize themselves and their images as well as professional profiles.

It is great to input information and the customer support has been amazing. The ability to input so many options and white label the intranet is outstanding.
Sometimes the formatting is lost when text is copied from other applications.
Fun product idea and good functionality. Product is not too intense with a very helpful customer support team.
Some formatting lost when copy/pasting from other applications.
Keeping an eye out for ease of use and rich but simple feature set that met our requirements. Noodle was the perfect product for this and also at a price that easily fit into our budget.
Some of the drop-down menus are glitchy and frustrating. The search option does not work that great.
Easy to use, low cost, high ROI, outstanding support, flexible, robust, secure and safe.
There is no out of the box MS Office Integration.
It is a pleasure recommend Noodle from Vialect. The product is incredibly easy to learn to use from a design perspective and practically intuitive for the standard user.
Great customization - I really liked that I can control the look of everything, and what my users see.
So many nice features to help with collaboration and communication. Keeps everyone on track and keeps your team in the loop.
We have used Noodle for about 5 years at my company as an intranet. It works, and is stable and reliable.
One of the greatest strengths of Noodle is the permission levels available per user/group.
Good value for money with Noodle. Does what it is meant to do without any unnecessary functionality.
Overall very user friendly, well put together software.
It's easy to use and has changed our collaboration experience with other teams.
However, after speaking with sales and their technical teams we were able to determine a solution that would be included in a future release for integration with MS Office 2013.
Noodle has a cloud based system that will allow you to access your website outside of your company's network. They have also integrated a Single Sign On (SSO) option for the cloud based users as wel.

I love the ability to instantaneously get the important information out to everyone at the same time. OR the ability to customize lists, so that I only send information to specific people.
There's no way to print a report of those on our contact list. Although customer service is readily available there's lack here and I will explore all other avenues before contacting them.
The things we like most about this software is it ease of use, price points, and the ability to both use the app on our phones or the website on the computer to communicate with our audience.
In the section where you add a new contact, the phone number line was confusing. When you began typing the area code, several examples would pop up.
The cost is very reasonable. There seems to be good customer support available, but I never needed it because the system was so easy.
In weather situations such as bad weather cancellations, alerts can be recorded and distributed in five minutes.
The software is user friendly and very affordable, and offers integration with third parties.
I used DialMyCalls years ago and started again this year. With a push of a few buttons, I can send messages to parents to let them know that their student has missed my class.
Service was great and I was able to reach my customers quickly and efficiently.
Not to mention the price. It was very nice to see such a program that was checking all of our boxes.
As I stated in what I like best, I'm cutting down on time having to contact each individual caller and musician by sending out one broadcast message.
Having this service available whenever we need it is a blessing.
The product is easy to use and customer support is great.
The app is very good and easy to use the image gallery also.
I really enjoy how easy and quick it is to make calls and send messages to my students and their parents.
Dialmycalls made my life extremely easy when it comes to sending messages and effectively informing my church members of current and upcoming events.
I was up and running in 5 minutes and we have continued to use it. Once set up it runs on auto-pilot, thanks to the Zapier integration.
I have pre-recorded items that I use frequently so that I can just click on the message I want to send. It is easy to use and the price is reasonable.

Best thing is that the WEB HR team is very helpful, friendly, cooperative and supportive. Their response time to any of my queries is quick and they never leave you hanging.
This softwards mobile compatibilty is very weak and Also i am unable to see which days I have worked.
It's very good software is very good and the support team is very supportive at all ends.
Some of the terminology is more british, which is silly to complain about.
Simplicity, and the low price are strong reasons to consider the app. The additional features like payroll and performance are good reasons for considering this app.
Bad organization on the website. For example, there is no a link that is created when I would love to check all employees, also you can't open some specific profiles on the new tab which is bad.
Really good and reliable software with a lot of flexibilty and great support. If something is not working properly, the support team is helping out quickly.
It was hard to tryst the system, and took a few months of contemplating going outside the norm.
The integration of several things by making and using our own templates for internal online system if wonderful. The control mechanism is improved at our end after using its google app.
The tutorials made this software very easy to use and adapt to for new users, to a certain degree. It was an advantage administratively as our business was growing and so to was our staff count.
The software has Value for Money, its ease of use and has simple user interface. Its approval matrix is very simple and hence highly effective.
Web HR is a solid tool for HR Professionals, cloud based, and a great software to use. We use it across the board and have turned several of our clients to this platform.
Very good software for small companies, helps in many features.
Integrations with other systems is plus. I love the interface, and specially your Performance and Forms Module.
Its rather good then presently giving it to a third party provider, here we can give our requirements and get what profiles we wanted.
I like having a portal for tracking timesheets and time off requests. This makes it easy to maintain everything in one location.
It is Very Simple and Easy Tool to use, Hassle-free experience in managing employees' credentials. Easily accessible from Mobile phones also.
Payroll, discipline, and performance reviews have all been a breeze, and frankly it makes some difficult things a lot easier to handle. The free version is fairly limited, but the features were great.

Pros and Cons from Slack users

The best features of Slack are its innovative interface and easy to use features. Slack makes it simple, and even kind of fun, to communicate with your coworkers quickly.
While they are only visible to me, I am always worried that I accidentally posted something wrong.
I like the different slack channels for various departments, tech-support, team, individual messaging, and celebrating my teams successes or helping each other out with account challenges.
I disliked the inability to make a public group "private" after it's creation. Would occasionally lag and my.
Slack has been a winner for me no matter which role I am filling. Teams adopt it quickly it's easy to use, easy to set up, and has abundant opportunities for integrations.
I hate hate hate how often I struggle with using the video share and audio when someone calls me on slack. It almost never works for me.
Slack has been the best decision made as far as intra-company communications platform, and also project friendly. Sharing of files and easy display help save time and effort.
They found it awkward that everything was a chat in Slack and uncomfortable with sending out a message that may "bother" others for small issues, and reverted to email, even with consistent reminders.
Super easy set up, effortless onboarding, and great pricing plan for small groups. It has strong search functionality and intuitive threading.
I like the chat option because I can send and receive real-time messages and chat with my team directly and the Slack messaging app is very powerful and amazing.
You can have fun and customize. For example: We have a 'Jokes' channel that the slack bot will tell you jokes if you ask 'bot tell me a dad joke'- It's amazing.
It's super easy to stay connected with all of your colleagues. The desktop app is very nice.
It combines the depth you get from email communications with the efficiency of texting. And, if you do it right it is great for building a good, fun company culture.
In addition, files are saved and archived for easy access. I also liked the ease of use and ability to collaborate with anyone in your organization.
I love the giphy option, some of the gif’s are hilarious. Also, some of the integrations are very useful - google calendar especially.
I like the ability to quickly reach out to someone with a quick question vs. email. Having groups is also useful for the same reason of quickly updating a broader, interested audience.
Slack was a great platform that made the workplace feel like a community. Its user friendly interface allowed everyone to come together and share messages of high importance.
OVerall Slack is very good and highly recommended if your budget allows it.

So natural to utilize Very visual Price is correct Easy to add/eliminate individuals Search ability is superb.
The accidental "drag/move/delete" is scary for us because you can accidentally move a card when you're just trying to scroll over on the screen and that can be problematic.
The product has a good look and is easy to use. Regarding the integration of the processes, it is very good and agile with the other members.
Fear of insecurity is a shortcoming of the apps. Some bad people can use this app for their ill purpose.
Excellent software to maintain the progress as a team and achieve the targets as a team. Monitor the team's progress and a wonderful application full of tools helps us to do things right.
I HATE that i can not see the archived tasks on the calender as an option. Not being able to archive a task after you complete it and still see it on the calender is a bummer.

The features of Jira are very useful, help track multiple projects with ease. Helps a ton in collaborating with other team members efficiently.
It has limited number of software integrations. Error notifications can be annoying sometimes.
Jira is pretty straight forward. Once you get used to how to set up a Jira, and subscribe to notifications it works on auto-pilot helps to get track of complex issues, resolution and monitor progress.
If you accidentally click on the wrong name, the submitter gets a notification when it is assigned, and then another notification when you fix this by assigning it to the correct name.
Slack integration is super useful and the ability to write JQL and integrating with Google sheet is immensely useful.
Sometimes Jira does not work for some time and that makes it hard to track work. It has server problems often.
It is so easy to get started with Jira. They have awesome integrations into other atlassian products as well (we were using Trello before) so switching to Jira was almost seamless.
Some of the staff have had trouble understanding how to use and onboard the system. It could definitely be more intuitive- training staff on the system has been a bit of a struggle.
Atlassian is known for making good products with good value for money, and Jira is part of this good suite.
The fluidness of the software while using it is the best thing. The interface and ease of use is very high quality.
Option to picture of any size and re-size it is fantastic, also option to attach documents in your comment or tag people to increase visibility is great.
The software offers excellent reports, customizable dashboards, a great interface to track tasks, and is very useful to module the development.
Amazing tool, especially when I have any kind of issue with IT or have to submit a request to my employer. I always get automated responses and the user interface is pretty easy to get around.
Although the standard fields are great, you can also create your own to fine tune your processes. Workflows are also highly customizable, giving the user-base great flexibility on how work is set up.
It provides great reporting, due to which I can evaluate our progress. It has save my time and my energy to carry out our task more effectively by keeping everyone collaborated.
We use Jira for IT help desk support, miscellaneous administrative and clerical support, staying focused on engineering and resource planning. We've gained several benefits.
I used to collect information on engineering tickets to do accounting allocations of costs by project but our other teams were very happy to use it to track the progress of projects.
It also integrates very well with other related apps such as Atlassian and Confluence, both of which are extremely useful when creating a full-featured help desk solution.

This has been a great management tool for our company, the integration of comms has been great and has allowed us to cut down on mails as which has been amazing.
The worst thing is that some resources are paid, which limits the use of the platform by people who cannot pay.
The paid version has some excellent functionality additions like dependencies and custom labels/tags, which can be really helpful.
Sometimes tickets get lost or buried but I feel that this comes down to user error and workload management and is not so much a fault of ht software or design.
Overall, I love that Asana is super easy to use, but also has more advanced features when you need them.
I find it very inconvenient that I can't copy tasks to another project on mobile. This is my only complaint about Asana.
Asana is awesome for project management especially when working with a team. It has an easy interface to use, it is great.
Limited storage space for the smaller plan which is inadequate for the bigger projects and notification sometimes get delayed.
So far it's been great, I looked at a couple of their competitors and Asana seemed to be the best. So far I'm happy with our decision.
Portfolios are great for keeping an eye on multiple projects. Having the ability to add tasks to multiple projects is a big plus and very helpful so that tasks can be seen from various perspectives.
I find this incredibly easy to use and helpful to plan future projects and tasks for each. It has a nice structure, which helps.
It’s nice to look at the tasks I have for the day or week in a manner that doesn’t have me scrolling so much or doing a lot to gain access to a task. The templates for projects help immensely too.
I love Asana because of the easy to navigate interface, visual organization, and ability to create custom fields that allow my agency to get the most out of our project setups.
This software program is great for our smaller team and cost effective as well. We are able to manage team projects and I like that we can set it up for recurring monthly projects.
I love how many other programs integrate with this software. It is a great project management tool for freelancers or agencies.
Easy to use, great customer service, and fun (yes a software can be fun).
Overall experience with Asana is good. Its easy to use and worth the money.

Our company likes the ability to share content with the entire team no matter where anyone is in the world. Simple secure login from any computer and poof instant content for all to read & share.
I believe the roll out of this new website and way of tracking our progress was poor and has cause a lot of frustration, discouragement and even loss of membership for our older members.
Basecamp is a professional software, but I like its simplicity. It is very very nice to connect with.
At times it can get confusing and files seem to get lost in the shuffle.
I like this app because it is user friendly which is important but most important is the pricing.
You know how you have to have check your email and phone regularly. You can just add Basecamp to the list, but it's worse, because at least you get notified of emails.
The best part of the Basecamp is it provides daily activities updates to both the Client & the service provider. It is very user friendly and secure for confidential information sharing.
Some notes and files can get lost when attached to a task. Maybe if there was some notification or something more eye catching to let the user know there is more to look at before starting the task.
I absolutely love how user friendly the software is. It’s been a great asset as a communication and collaboration tool.
Love the feeling that Basecamp gives me, it is like I'm in a virtual office. It was very easy to setup and start going, the crew loved it.
Basecamp give myself and my team the ability to expand our projects, make to-do lists, set expectations with ease. It highly recommend this software to other Creative Companies.
I love the apps interface and the developers have some great unusual ideas. The flat pricing is also appreciated.
They all love it and enjoy the interface, the ease of use, and the productivity improvements because we're using it regularly.
It is fantastic for managing our team and different partners. Our operations side has also been thrilled with the lists that Basecamp provides.
Name of Customer Support Personnel). Now coming to the software, my favourite is the in-house chat system, its so wonderful, my team uses it for both work and social.
Easy to use, great organization, and helpful integrations/compatibility.
I think basecamp is a great, well-organized project management solution for members who are going to work on a specific, easy to work and integrated project.
Customer service is excellent and UI is pleasant to use.

The best feature of monday.com is its ability to help you integrate your tasks into your calendar. The easy to use tool allows you to efficiently manage projects and meet deadlines.
The software spam your inbox with many unwanted mails. Unable to track project goals easily.
Visually stunning and satisfying great tool helps in smooth management of our projects, ditching the need for any spreadsheets and manual tracking.
We eventually stopped using this software because the UI was very limited in it's features. Our team didn't really catch on, and we abandoned the software after a year.
I really love a lot about Monday. It's clean, has a beautiful design, easy to use and just overall a great product.
Terrible with the customer service. We are now actively looking for a replacement.
I really like the beautiful, intuitive and easy-to-use interface, if you used similiar tools before you will be at ease with monday.com.
Sometimes the information gets lost on each ticket, especially on larger teams.
I love its ease of use, the ability to track by project, and the ability to customize the templates to fit your needs.
I also appreciate the ease with which participants can be added in order to follow progress of tasks. What I appreciate most is how easy it is to manipulate tasks.
IT's one of those tools you enjoy using aesthetically. For general project or product management, it works great and is super easy to figure out.
Monday is very easy to use, has excellent help and tutorials, and extremely responsive tech support. They regularly add new features and improvements.
The clarity of which you can identify the tasks necessary and the way the tasks roll up to completion. I like that it has clear large status bars that you can customize for ease of viewing.
I love how flexible and powerful Monday.com is. It is very easy to build out tracking sheets that interact with Aeschylus other and dynamically update.
And customer support/community around the platform is great, the folks at monday.com are quick to respond and help out with getting you up and running with specific needs and requirements.
I like that there are templates for a variety of project types available, and that there are many integration opportunities.
I am also a big fan of the customization available on the grids and with the premium subscription, you have a whole lot of integration and automation options available.
Easy to use interface, good user community, one tool that can make the work of 4 (planning, customers, testing, budgeting) and anything else you turn it into.

This tool is an excellent knowledge base. This is the primary use for it that we have, and it does it perfectly.
Sometimes I have difficulties with formatting some of the tables as it is frustrating when it does not follow what you want it to do and it takes a while to correct the mistake.
It is a great great tool for creating documents like PRDs and Information Documents of Projects and then sharing with team members to view and collaborate.
Searching was severely handicapped, and no linking of documents was really feasible. There was also poor management of permissions.
Confluence is reliable and offers a good set of functionalities and features, the capacity to organize and edit documentation online is great.
Performance over the last 6 months has degraded and it's now really slow. The over-arching user management is really confused.
The ability for more than one person to edit a document at the same time is awesome. Being able to drag and drop the order/hierarchy of pages and nested pages is great too.
Creating a new page on Confluence can be difficult. The formats that are available for the pages are confusing.
Confluence brings all the things you love about markdown and expands on them into a great product that can also jump into the service desk market too.
Very reliable and robust, user friendly, and easy to use, I have it as a database resource and note taking records.
The best documentation and knowledge base solution available. Perfect integration with Trello and Jira.
I love how well is integrated with the Jira ecosystem and their UX and easy to use. It's better for organizing files than other competitors.
And Best part it is Atlassian product so it has great integration with JIRA.
Confluence is a nice suit of application. I like that you can work with several application in the same environment.
Confluence is super easy to use, and the provided templates are truly useful and cover many common uses out of the box.
I've used Confluence (as a cloud solution - since on-premises licensing costs are significant) for a number of years and overall this is a great tool to use as a central point of information.
I think that Confluene is very useful and worth the time and investment.
Customer service is always available and is super helpful.

The overall experience have been great, free moving around, it feels like downloading what you want to keep and remember, and taking care of that.
The controls are frustrating, the design is unpleasant, and we spend more time trying to figure out how to use it than we did actually collaborating.
Aesthetically, Miro is also just great. I love how such a simple look is still capable of so many great features.
The usability of the software is a little difficult. While it's a feature-rich program, it tried to emulate physical tools such as a white-board, but fails on several facets.
Overall, a terrific experience that allowed our team to move ideas around in novel ways, leading to interesting new findings.
It's basically only usable when using a track pad, and even then the controls feel clunky and slow. Beyond that, the actual editing process of the pages is difficult and the menus are confusing.
Everything in Miro looks polished, accessible and is super easy to use. I do feel that the creators put an effort to create a great user experience.
You can’t always tell who added what to a project/board so it can be confusing to know what was changed/by whom.
It's a ton of fun, but also has amazing functionality for really structuring a meeting or activity. It has specific functions for facilitators so that they can control the flow of their activity.
Its ease of use and collaboration features. Also the templates are amazing and allow for a quick set up time for projects.
I love the ease of use in creating documentation that can be used to collaborate with team members. We use flowcharts consistently and this makes it easy.
I've just started to take advantage of the Asana integration, but there are other project management tools you can sync with as well. It's a great tool for remote collaboration.
It really empower organization to optimize meetings thanks to visualization. Useful also if used by one single person to organize ideas from everybody.
Helps us to collaborate in many different things like creating a business plan and build the investment deck. Has many and useful features.
Good for brainstorming and team working and collaboration and community based.
While the software does all of these things, the Kanban task management tools (especially for teams who practice Agile development or rapid sprints) is its most useful function.
Clean, simple interface; availability of add-ons; customer support; FAQ section and tutorial videos rock.
Miro is my place to go when I need to brainstorm ideas alone or with my team. The pricing model gives a lot of tools and features for free.

I love how easy it is for someone to put their talents on display and how easy it is for me to find them, helped a lot to find great people to partner with.
Don't even use it anymore due to the massive spam and inability to turn off notifications.
Workplace has given me the opportunity to connect with other independent business owners with similar interests and values. It is a secure platform we feel safe sharing motivating content.
I disliked the large amount of notifications that are received from the groups that I participated. This impacts directly on my productivity at work, because it spent a considerable amount of time.
I'm very pleased and happy with this product. It's helping me to stay connected and be productive in all areas online.
Probably the biggest complaint I've heard concerning Workplace is the price as it is a bit on the expensive side for what it does.
I love this product because it is user-friendly and simple to use. Great layout & integrates your groups seamlessly.
Nevertheless, we will still use Workplace as our non-work-related channel. One other critical thing that I dislike about Workplace is the admin platform.
Nice product for communicating events and for people to help get answers to questions. Great for providing sense of community.
The Groups function is perfect for gathering the people in the same project or with the same personal interests. The Orgnization Chart and department details of the people is also very useful.
Ease of use, help manage advertisements/promotions in one place. Good for reaching a wider audience.
It's interface is similar to Facebook social media so it is easy to Use. I really like some of feature like chat feature, it is free and I can connect to all of my co-workers.
Easy to use and great to add young team members and communicate messages effectively- easy file sharing and relevant teams made.
There are a ton of great features as well, like unlimited file storage and integration with Dropbox, that make utilizing Workplace a no-brainer.
Seamless interface that all of my coworkers are already familiar with. Relative ease to rollout.
One of the best moves we've made. Great value for the money if you need the pro features.
This program has been great for our company. We are able to reach many people in our community to keep updated on events.
Finally, something other than Zoom for everything. The price point is pretty good, and offers a lot of features for 4usd/month per person, including file storage, which is really handy.

M quite pleased with Avaza. I switched over from Monday.com and of course the price here is so affordable, which is great since price is why we did not stay at Monday.com past their free trial.
My pay periods do not align with normal weeks, at first this was a little confusing.
I loved the clear usage of the tool, seems and is very easy to use. All information is available at some clicks, also gives a overview for historic data which is great for management purposes.
The only complaint of mine is importing the data can be cumbersome.
Architecturally the layout is very nice, the user interface is easy to navigate and the color schema is pleasant.
If there was one it’d be that the app lags sometimes.
Avaza is clean, simple and yet powerful providing great insights for small companies in its built in report analytics. The price is highly competitive.
There is no automated forecast of project finish date, budget etc. You must use reports to evaluate how much time is spent and budget used.
Not only was Avaza the best price compared to all the other options, but it also had the best features for our company.
Avaza is a good and affordable solution if you need a project management tools with an excellent timesheet and expenses tracker.
I believe it is helping me create a better client experience and their customer service has been fantastic.
This helps me stay on task and better keep track of my time. I also love how easy it is to track what projects are being worked on and how easy mistakes can be fixed.
Easy to use, has all desired features and more, good integration with other apps.
The task management system is robust and easy to learn, so onboarding new people is simple. And for us, a big benefit was going straight from project to invoice.
Avaza is super intuitive, easy to use, organized and has a visually appealing interface.
I like that it enables us to achieve successful projects with task collaboration, file sharing, discussions, activity flows.
Last - great customer report within the software- within 5 minutes you can chat with someone for help or support. No need to wrap your head around google.
Easy to use, integration with other softwares (Expensify, QuickBooks), simplicity. The features they provide is very similar with others we used before so this facilitate the migration.

Pros and Cons from Connecteam users

Their product & services are superb. The Connecteam platform has been a perfect addition to our small business that is headed for a rapid growth.
My only complaint as of right now is the reliability of the GPS coordinates, which is something I was just told will no longer be a problem with the new update that's soon to release.
They are also willing to listen to ideas that would make this software better. They have been improving this app dramatically and I thank them for their continued effort in doing so.
Unless like competitors we also KNOW what we pay for and no ridiculous add-on costs coming on afterwards.
My experience with Connecteam has been very positive. I love the fact that the message box is on the screen so you can click on it and get help immediately.
The updating, which I understand has to happen. We have had few instances where the program would stop working for an hour or so.
I love that this solution is easy to use, is aesthetically pleasing, and is a great value for the cost.
Our job costing is coming out more accurate due to the time clock function. Guys are no longer guessing how long of a lunch they took, when they got to the job site, etc.
Our experience has been great. I am not very tech savvy, but with the help of the connecteam staff I am now able to navigate the app and dashboard with ease and teach others.
The most I like on the software is the beautiful design of the desk version and the app. With integration of our logo, all our employees like the app.
The Customer Service I have received is AMAZING. When I have questions or thoughts I need to work through, they are right there with information to help me make the decision to improve my process.
I love how easy it is to make my staff's weekly schedule on this app. My staff loves the clock in and out feature.
Fantastic customer service, with fast and accurate responses. They do a good job of trying to make sure you understand how to use the app to its full capacity.
Customer support is great, ease of use for employee time tracking is helpful.
Our experience has been wonderful, from implementation throughout.
Our employees like this much better than the old time clock system as much as we do. This gives us a much better concrete way to see the cost of production, as well as hours worked for payroll.
User friendly and the assistance when needed was great.
The team has been great! very attentive and respond to questions very quickly.

Great features as a CRM software and phone system. The reports that can be pulled are helpful to analyze the success of your sales/program.
Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions.
Probably most of all I liked a good IP-telephony. It is convenient to use, easy to integrate.
Often, formal replies come from her instead of solving problems. Tech support leaves its customers alone with problems.
I can run verity of project at the same time thanks to the amazing feature and tools that provided by Betrix24.
Storing and uploading a large size files is keep get interrupted and very frustrating experience with it.
As a CRM, cloud for documentation and message it works great and is at a very nice price.
Their employee performance report is just an eyewash, they don't have an employee reporting structure at all, what the biggest disappointment.
It is good for small startups because of its reasonable pricing compared to other CRM tools. Also the customization of the software feature is also a great one.
Definitely Not at all a matured technology with the failure to understand basics if it comes to the custom tab.
I like that it has a mobile app so that helps for the chat when you are not in the computer and someone needs to contact you.
They should also fix the integration feature, as some of the integration is not properly integrated and no data are shown in the software after it is connected.
It’s user friendly which is the best, and easy access also.
Some of the CRM tools is quite confusing to use and there no complete guide or documentation that can help me to study its functionality.
The most important thing that i look in project management software is the contact panel, and Bitrix24 has a very comprehensive contact panel.
It's quite reliable and useful for business management.
The pricing for smaller teams is affordable. Also has self hosted version with ability to integrate more functionality.
Bitrix offer a clean and minimalist user interface that is easy to navigate around it. It can be used to managing task and acted as a CRM to smoothing the customer support tools related.

It's super user friendly. I love how it breaks down the price & has a description for all items available.
Sending an email following a missed message is crowding my inbox. But overall, I can't think of any serious dislikes.
Downloading/Installing and Updating is super easy, Using flock is even easier. Integrations are easy to set up and work fine.
Provide notification tone changes in the app version of it. The recent chants are lost whenever one makes a hard refresh.
Makes interdepartmental communication efficient and quick. I love the ease with which you can share files, and make audio/video calls if chatting is not getting the job done.
Notification Lag on Mobile Phone. Notification Lag on Mobile Phone.
Very satisfied my team is working very well and friend in useful easy to connect. We use for team communication.
There is only 1 thing I would say is cons, when contacting flock it is sometimes hard to understand what they are saying due to they have a different accent the usa does.
Easy to use, great way for our office to communicate effectively.
When compared with the competition, particularly Slack, it is better in many aspects. It is visually more appealing and communication is more transparent.
This saved me from having to VPN to the office to access my desktop Flock icon. I like that emoji's were added so text can have some feelings.
Overall Flock is a timesaver and great way to help build community in our franchise.
Easy to get in all the employees and the employer at same portal and communicate with ease. You can create the rules for your company.
Team Users, easy to use and secure and friendly users global team.
Flock is a super easy chat platform. It can organize the threads per user with a targeted reply or to the whole group.
And it integrates with our existing project management tool trello. What I also like is the responsiveness of the support team.
In choosing for our small company, we found Flock to be a better alternative both cost-wise and overall look and feel.
Since the day 1, we were already working as usual because it replaces all collaborative functions. Furthermore, it integrates with many commons tools like Google Drive and Todoist.

Great customer support, they are super willing to help for both open source projects and research groups. The experience is just flawless, there is absolutely no need for slack when zulip exists.
What is currently missing is the easy voice chat that Discord or Slack provide.
All in all, we have had a great experience since switching to Zulip. Especially, the organization of messages helps us to stay on top of things in times when there's a lot to handle at the same time.
My only complaint is that some features are available on Web but not on the Android app, for example linking to messages.
Great Way to communicate with my co-workers from the job, love the small integration it has, its easy to use.
For mobile you can only be signed in on one account at a time and it's a little annoying to switch.
I chose Zulip as an open source solution with a good cloud hosting experience and have very happy.
My biggest issue is the lack of a scheduled message feature.
Zulip has turned out to be a very nice and friendly tool for team collaboration, as well as for keeping an eye on development (through GitHub integration).
We really love threading model which is main difference over slack we used before. Recent conversations" and "Public streams" are great features I didn't saw elsewhere.
My experience with Zulip is very good. It helps to keep track on discussions and keeps them organized.
Awesome platform for communication, has been really easy to use for communicating in one of my classes.
For researchers like me, the built in Latex support is a god send, and I really appreciate the threading interface.
It is similar to Slack, but has a better user interface, and its compatibility with LaTeX makes it more friendly for scientific discussions.
Additionally, it is easy to use and supports everything that is expected from such a chat app (standard and custom emoji, reaction gifs, markdown formatting, bots, integration with other tools, etc.).
Zulip is much better for pricing and gives options to host your own, or (for academics) free cloud hosting. It has all the features you'd expect, and even has builtin latex support.
The most important communication tool for our team and community.
Zulip is a full on Slack replacement for a fraction of the cost. I really prefer the topic threading to the freeform nature of Slack as well.

Pros and Cons from BoardPAC users

So far BoardPac experience has been great. It has provided a consistent and reliable service that we can depend on to manage our meetings efficiently and effectively.
Poorly designed user interface, non-intuitive, frustrating to use.
BoardPAC is a fantastic solution with multiple user-friendly features, and overall the solution is very secure and reliable.
Annotations on iPad app is unfriendly to use. There is no text tool for typing text on the page.
We are pleased with the decision to move in to BoardPAC. It is extremely user friendly and support service too is very good.
When a meeting date is cancelled, have to re-upload the papers. Option needs to be there to postpone the meeting tentatively.
BoardPAC is a User friendly, secured product to Manage Board Meetings. BoardPAC support staff always there for assist you promptly and highly recommend the product and the company.
So strange that it supports PPTX but not PPT. And also it has a strange requirement that files uploaded must be of minimun 5KB in size.
BoardPAC is a great product and the service too is excellent. Overall it's an efficient tool that adds so much value in managing the board papers for busy directors.
For the past 6 years, the technical support I received is superb. The team are able to serve me any time from any where, accustomed to our needs.
This is a great product, user friendly and good value for money.
A best platform to manage the meetings & Board papers in a single dashboard which is led to paperless meetings with a more secure feature.
Very good tool to improve productivity and cost saving.
Boardpac is easy to use, friendly and very convenient. It allows web portal to work on wherever you are with connections.
BoardPac app for users is very intuitive and easy to adopt. Not much training is needed.
Security for sensitive data. User friendly interface.

I am talking about the ease and rapid response here. When my organisation introduces Pumble we were like wow and we learned using Pumble from day one it gets on board it's that easy.
Often slows down by end of day (desktop product) and has to be killed and restarted.
Luckily, we stumbled across Pumble, and it's perfect. It does everything Slack does, but for free.
It is still new and some features are missing.
I loved the user friendliness of Pumble and it is much better compared to other products.
What I don't like is the lack of integration with external systems and also the fact that we cannot preview the files.
UI a UX of the app is awesome. Mostly because it is so similiar to Slack so if you are satisfied with Slack then you will also like Pumble.
Inability to do voice/video calls. You can't get a link to a specific message/thread.
I love this tool and am so glad that Clockify nudged me about its creation.
The fantastic experience that this software gave us make us try Pumble, which mostly covers our needs. Would be great if "Clockify" and "Pumble" could synchronize together.
I enjoy using Pumble to communicate effectively with my coworkers throughout the workday. It's easy to navigate and simple to use.
This software is free with unlimited users and messages. Is very easy to use and it's focused on productivity.
Our team is amazed at how responsive their support team is. They’re continuously updating the software, and they really take on customer feedback.
Things I liked the most is actually communication with support team.
It is inexpensive and has a free trial along with easy to use.
It's basically Slack, but better. And the paid option is sensibly priced, so that's fantastic too.
Pumble is easy to use - if you've used Slack, you already know everything you need to about Pumble. But, crucially, Pumble allows unlimited message history in the free version.
Good software for small organization but lacks diff tools integration.

What I like the most about this collaboration software is the simple and logical UI, which is not overloaded with lots of unnecessary features. It has all we need for successful communication.
The incoming hook limitation of maximum content length is the hell (Mattermost don't inform the customer about a message which was higher above the hard coded message size limit).
Cross-platform applications ready to use. Amazing open source community built around the product, friendly and helpful people.
For its purpose, I have found nothing about the software that I can find to complain about.
The software is easy to use, similar to the commercial app Slack. It provides good thread tracking and the interface is clean and easy to understand.
A bad user interface, a lot of bugs, sometime you need to restart it in order to make sure that everything works as expected.
We switched to this product because of lower price and option to have self-hosted messenger. Allows you to create secured and perfect internal communication and collaboration tool.
When i receive message sometimes i miss notifications. When i click pop up window it doesn't begin conversation, i have to find message in contact list.
I like how easy is to use and allows different "rooms" for collaboration for teams. It is a great tool for fast daily communication.
Can be hosted on-premise. Good community support - Apps and Integrations brings great support to exchange data with external systems for software development teams.
Mattermost is intuitive to use and easy to implement in your company. It has a good amount of integrations.
Honestly, the most use we get out of this product is having fun with the wide range of emojis you can add to posts as reactions.
Running the software locally means you can keep a much better eye on its security and usage. Its user management and directory integration is superior to Slack's.
That's a nice alternative to Slack. Managing channels and using the entire product is very easy and intuitive.
It allows all our staff to quickly chat about things without clogging up inboxes or having them on their phones. Groups and channels are great, especially for management needs.
Great for communication and to stay connected.
It is good collaborative tool as alternative to slack.
I like the ability to build very specific groups and control notifications in each group. Was a previous Slack user but Slack doesn't fit with our security requirements and the cost.

Great solution to collaborate, network, and share documents & knowledge with your team thanks to powerful tools such as wikis, dms, forum.
It's costly and heavy to load, I tried the open source version on my local server and due to the tools used in development it loaded slowly. Also doing any customization is a pain.
It was very easy to use and can be accessed anywhere in the world. Its price point is very competitive and customer service (at least for the free trial) was good.
The amount of things on the page that demand the attention made me open a few tabs just to catch up with everything. Also, I found it hard to understand and how to actually get started.

How is this open source. I saw no option to download it.
The software allows me to replace many solutions with a single integrated nice platform. I like the openness of the vendor is one of the biggest positive point for the choice I've made.
In Older version of eXo platform some time it distorts UI and UX but after releasing new eXo platform 4.1 version they are fixed and lots of new functionality added.
There's a free version of eXo which comes with all the features. Couple that with a very supportive community and you get the best deal ever.
I enjoyed eXo very much, as I enjoyed its special and very kind team, with whom I still talk on Skype or other instant messages services.
Attractive interface and full of functionalities. Also excellent support from their community.
I like all the tools (social networking, collaboration, document management,...) are all integrated together. It delivers a great experience.
We started with eXo Cloud, but after a while we needed some customization so we upgraded to the on premise edition. EXo team has been wonderful.
Really like the ease of use of this solution. I was set in minutes and could start creating teams and projects right away.
This is a very easy to use platform. You can try it around in the environment called EXO Tribe - good for a test drive.
You could have private Document Management , wiki or forum in each space. EXo has a great administration pane that let you manage users and define group and permission.
I've been working with eXo platform for over a year and a half. I've been discovering its features, its qualities and the points to be improved in order to create a custom portal with customizations.
Creating customized pages and site is easy for admin. As an JAVA opensource platform you could customize every thing.

Extremely positive, the customer service is outstanding and user interface very intuitive.
At the begining I had some problems understanding what parts of the published content are seen by the audience. Where to write a description etc.
Its autopost feature to LinkedIn has been great for helping our business post useful articles to the candidates and clients we work with.
Sometimes I trouble finding the right image size.
I absolutely love that when we integrate DSMN8 with our LinkedIn, it manually posts good content to my feed so I am not having to take the time to do that.
Difficult to find some features for setting up the system.
It's fairly easy to use as the Admin and the support that I've had from their team has always been outstanding.
There are times when they are not published correctly, or the "points" that are given in my company, are not counted, even sharing it and clicking different people.
Easy to use, helps with a key aspect of my role, user friendly interface. I couldn't recommend this platform more.
I love the ease of use of the software and that once you have connected your various social accounts you can automate posting.
I love the automatic post feature which has cover me on days when I'm out of office or holidays. Overall a really good tool for obtaining info about technology softwares.
My experience is really good. It helps keep my followers to communicate with me and comment/like my posts - keeps them engaged.
Sharing rules are super easy to set and adjust, you can preview share again and edit posts' text if you want.
It's a great software to consistently update on your LinkedIn and provide relevant content to the markets that we recruit within.
I like that it makes sure my linkedin feed is constantly updated. It makes me look much more active in the community.
Very easy to integrate with apps and utilize to share information quickly.

What I liked the most about the software is that the interface is very clean, very organized, and very user friendly.
That I spent countless hours on other SAS applications, wasting my time and stress, when they had a product that meets 90% of my needs.
Good features for downloading files and easy for clients to log on and review. Several people can join in which is great for the client.
Once we started utilizing Clinked, all of the headaches that come with failed transfer went away.
I don't have enough words to describe this great software which has completely transformed my business. What I loved the most is the excellent communication and an instant response features.
There is no spell check facility which can be off putting for clients.
I love that Clinked offers a ton of webinars to help you make the most of the platform, and their support staff is also very kind.
Customer Portal for Hopewell Risk Strategies, LLC.
I was set up in minutes and I love how easy it is to use and integrate, my clients found it really easy too which made it easy to get down to business straight away.
It is one of the best collaboration tools for the money and provides the great tools we really need for collaboration anywhere in the world.
Outstanding client portal and effective communication tool indeed.
Easy access promotes the frequency of use for clients. In particular, I also appreciate the ease of use of the app for IOS and Android.
I like the way how they are presenting all the features and support is also excellent. I believe this is full value for money.
Also, its key features are amazing - easy to use interface, share anything ' small or large data, headache free downloading, cleanest look and feel, very efficient and the list is too long to share.
An awesome tool at a relative cheap price with Google app integration with desktop SmartSync App.
Great Support Staff, Easy to use mobile app and the integration of Google Apps is stellar.
The permissions are really easy to use. When showing one company's documents to someone, you have to make sure that they will not download these documents, and clinked makes this very easy.
I really like the activity feed that shows who has done what when in chronological order.

Pros and Cons from CallingPost users
+13
What I like about this software was The ability to schedule calls. I also appreciate the ability to store past messages and reuse when necessary.
It was a horrible experience, to keep being denied the log in, which I knew to be correct. Some programmer should create a way that 1 phone number is ok to be the main number for more than 1 account.
I love the ability to send messages at a certain scheduled time and the email that is sent at the completion of the message to inform you of the number of individuals reached is awesome.
Lost a couple of members that I placed in Calling Post and could not figure out what or why it was sticking.
The best part of calling post is their customer service. If I ever have an issue, I simply place the call to the friendly staff and they take excellent care of me, solving any and all issues.
I did not discover anything about the product that I disliked.
CallingPost has been a great resource for our church because of the ease of use in getting a telephone message out to our people.
It feels clunky and doesn't function well for us. We have sent messages, paid credits only to find the message was lost somewhere in cyberspace and never delivered.
What I like most about this software is the easy functioning dashboard and quality of service provided.
Callingpost makes it easy to send mass communication to our members in an equally as easy to learn way, with the added benefit of being cost effective.
I think software is user friendly. I really enjoyed how easy the one can navigate the software without having to figure out what do while one is operating the calling post functions.
Being able to communicate in 3 ways has been wonderful. M know able to reach members I could t have before.
Its ease of use and cost effectiveness will keep me as a customer and consumer.
It is very easy to use, I like the texting ability.
Quick, easy to use and customer service is amazing.
Just great overall to get information out to Church group quickly.
