Overall experience with Omnisend is very positive. It's a great product for a fair price and does what you need very well.
I find it frustrating that the product picker is just not working, you have to physically copy and paste product description photo and information and paste.
Great email marketing software which allows your marketing team to create amazing newsletters. The great advantage is that you can easily automate some tasks as welcome emails, abandoned cart, etc.
Not all my emails go to my customers and they complaint that our email goes to junk and before this would not happen.
Our overall experience is super positive and we've recommended it multiple times to other businesses.
Setting up Omnisend can be a little difficult, especially if this is your first time with email marketing.
I like how the software is integrated within my eCommerce store, ease of use and the ability to save templates.
This billing issue has really soured my feeling about this company. The monthly price that they show on their account page is wrong.

Customer support is very good and I recommend this to everyone who want to have attractive pop up forms for their websites or blogs.
Sometimes menus are a bit misleading and unintuitive, especially with the AB testing.
It's very easy to use, and their support is very responsive, looks great on the website and allows complete branding.
We get over 1M visitors to your site per month yet we only use Poptin for our blog. It’s frustrating having to pay for our entire website traffic especially bc they are really pricey.
We have seen a great increase in sign ups through our website and a great way to build a remarking base for business.
This got me up and running within an hour. I was dreading spending a couple of days trying to get a simple email conversion pop up box running on my page.
Drives sales and very good at communicating with customer. Follow up and alerts are great.
No switch between types of pop-ups after a design. If I design a modal pop-up I cannot convert that same style to a side bar popup.
It allows to show a CTA (Call To Actions) Button in order to convince the user to Book. The visibility is very good as you decide how it will look like on laptop and on smartphone.

To date, I have found anything that i have had trouble with.
It is excellent value for money, and the team are always responsive and extremely helpful.
If I was a new client, I might be a bit disappointed there aren't any lower cost options for very infrequent users. OK, I just thought of one thing I don't like.

There are so many configurations possible, that you can get a little overwhlemed, and lost in the menus and submenus.
One of the best popup and CRO tools available in the market. A lot of useful features, customization options, and awesome templates.
Bad support for fonts and right-to-left languages, hard to design.
But what I like the most is that you can make money with Optimonk. There are lots of special features, that allow popups to be personalized and triggered at the best moment and place.
There is no option to set the probability of the spinwheel.
My overall experience has been really good and would recommend to anyone wanting to try this for your website.
Certain customisations are not possible straight forward and need a workaround where you end up losing some in-built features.
I love the great built in designs, and drag and drop builder is cool as well.
Powerful app that comes with fair prices (including a totally free plan).
