The calendar and ease of scheduling is the best part of falcon, but the monitoring system is great too.
From lack of Reel support to improper data reporting to extra line breaks and "<?>" boxes when you schedule posts, Falcon is an overpriced nightmare that you should avoid at all costs.
It is a pleasure to use this tool and the quality of data it collects is brilliant. The tool is very easy to use and navigation is seamless.
There's been a lot of problems with the analytics part of Falcon. Empty reports, missing metrics, connection issues and just overall customization and getting the numbers that you need.
Customer service is always great, (Helgi is awesome) (and love that you can send GIFS), and they're usually quick to respond and resolve issues.
It was very buggy, and my team would have to send a ticket at least once per week when something went wrong, or disconnected, or any number of annoying bugs.
The new audience functionality is great and very helpful. The tool is very helpful to listen to your social audience and gain insight and see the impact of your work.
Constantly has minor bugs which slows down our publishing process e.g. strange spacing which cannot be adjusted; content pool not working properly.

I am disappointed with the number of panel limits you can have with the contracted plan. The other disadvantage is that UX can be tricky at times.
HubSpot helps track, monitor and create the best content for growing my business. I have seen great strides from using this company.
Any interactions with any person who works at HubSpot. Arrogant, rude, condescending, lacking any understanding of business rules.

I've had a very positive experience. The help desk was able to respond to some of my questions pretty quickly, I like the functionality and my emails look good.
I have had instances where the emails sometimes end up in the spam folder or promotions folder, which can be annoying and needs to be figured out.
Mailchimp is very great software. I like how it's easy to interface, and how you can clean the data.
Mailchimp is used by many which means that spam filters are more likely to tag your emails as spam. I did not have any other problems with Mailchimp.
I like how Mailchimp keeps track of my audience and helps me categorize them for different types of emails. I also like being able to create appealing and interactive emails for my viewers.
For a company that's been around as long as Mailchimp has, it's crazy to me how bad the UX/UI is. It's just hard to use so much of the time.
The greatest benefit to using this program is the integration possibilities. It is compatible with a lot of the other software/programs we use so integration was seamless and saved time & money.
Very confusing, very difficult to figure out where to click , also when you input a wrong email address it blocks your whole process of sending emails to others.
Their dedication to improvement is a positive sign for the company. There is a reason that they are the industry standard.

The other excellent feature that I found exclusive to SEM rush was PPC competitor tracking. Knowing what competitors are bidding on is beyond the realm of a usual SEO software and is a great addition.
Everything has been a frustrating struggle. Many features that are included with the starter level of other online SEO platforms cost extra with SEMrush.
It includes a site health grade, all the Errors/Warnings, and gives ideas on how to make improvements on the site. I also love love love the automated reporting.
SEMRush has been horrible to learn and work with. Nothing is intuitive or user-friendly.
Although AHref is the best, but semrush is so far the second best. Has everything that AHref have, and happy for it.
It's sad that I would have to pay almost half of my subscription price just to have a second user be able to access our account.
Comprehensive and robust. Best for established businesses who have the budget and manpower to manage regularly.
What I don't like about SEMRush is that most of its features are paid for. This can end up hurting those who are starting in Marketing, for example.
We love the ability to quickly view our site's performance through the easily accessible dashboards and reports. The position tracker really helps us keep a pulse on the health of our site.

Pros and Cons from Hootsuite users

Overall its been pretty good. Im not a big social media fan so I like it to be as simple as possible to get my message across.
There are times that the software has been a little buggy for us. Sometimes images fail to upload or content fails to post due to errors.
I love that I can save drafts and schedule easily. This makes my social media strategy clear and streamlined with the ability to plan ahead.
I had an issue with integrating it with all my platforms. I forget which one, but I was missing one that I had to do separately.
I was excited to start using Hootsuite for the simple reason that I needed help managing my accounts. Like the very easy dashboard and functionality.
It may be user error, but it has proved an inconvenience at times.
It is recommended for its great ability to integrate to instagram, linkedin, pinterest and Facebook.
I hate that you have to have a public page in order to schedule content for Instagram. M sure it’s something to do with Instagram settings itself but it still pisses me off.
