Pros

I like the ease of tracking expenses for the year. I like the ease of seeing expenses of the different line items.
With AmpliFund’s simple interface and great organizational tools it is all now housed in one central point, our auditors loved it.
I like the ease of tracking expenses and being able to see the balance of line items easily. A lot of the features were not user friendly and required training sessions to learn.

Cons

Their messaging system does not work, their calendar feature does not work, exporting reports and documents constantly has errors, budget numbers will suddenly change or disappear completely.
When we created reports according to their instructions no data was shown. When they made system upgrade information was lost or made inaccessible following the upgrade.
They had other problems to which I cannot speak but they have just recently dropped Amplifund.
