Pros

The webinars and support areas offered are always helpful as well. Lastly, I personally enjoy the humor of the Aplos team; and the occasional contests/prizes are fun, too.
What I love about the product is that it is easy for us who are new to accounting to use, but also robust enough that our treasure (CPA) is able to use it in more complex ways.
Aplos accounting is great for non-profits like mine trying to navigate basic accounting information. Great interface and reports are typically what you're looking for.

Pros

The overall experience has been great! great program and great help.
We are also extremely happy with the response time whenever we encounter a problem or whenever we need help - Great customer service.
Another positive is that their support is very responsive. If you have a problem or a question it is taken care of quickly.

Cons

Ongoing problems, month after month, in many areas. Then the response time to get problems resolved is unacceptable and you are stuck in their hands until it works in their schedule.
I lost data at least a couple of times trying to look up accounts while entering a Receipt because I wasn't warned that navigating away from the receipt would delete my entry.
Our biggest complaint has been in the area of reporting. It is difficult to get the report info needed for our accountants.

Cons

The worst part about converting to this software was the dread I felt prior to the conversion - totally unwarranted.
Lack of integration into quick books for on line deposits.
Looking up members, it gets confusing at times.
