Pros

Having the capability to build graphics and bulletins on the fly is great for communicating importance/ sense of urgency with the data and goals.
Easy to use and very friendly, great application and integrates well with other applications.
Although I haven’t had the chance to try out all that many products focused on non-profits exlcusively, I would have to say this one is my favorite.

Pros

Bold and easy to navigate options. Strong customer service although at times it feels like they are really good listeners but not so good that executing on the requests.
The customer service provided is outstanding and response times to issues are very quick. The knowledge base provided is amazing for being able to solve any questions quickly.
Setup for new fundraising projects is easy, the donor wall is wonderful, donors love seeing their names as it scrolls through and seeing a thermometer with overall fundraising dollars.

Cons

Although frustrating, this was digestible and perhaps the transition would work itself out. We recently learned that this isn't the only problem.
Poor customer service experience/ Lack of communication.
Not knowing where we are with issues that are in development for fixing problems.

Cons

For instance, a donor wants us to to change recurring donation from $50 to $100, we cannot and therefore risk losing the donor due to their inability to navigate the change themselves.
I really dislike the organization of their campaigns as well as how difficult it is to customize different aspects of a crowdfundraising campaign.
There are some limitations on what information is made available to each group that has caused some disappointment.
