Overall, the system provides accurate reporting to our multiple funders. It lacks a few bells and whistles that some systems have but is overall a great system.
HUD compatible, flexible forms and reporting, ability to segment program forms to specific users
Client portal is lacking in functionality. The ability for the client to enter directly in the system into their own electronic client folder is limited. The reporting of services requires double-data entry by staff, wastes staff time entering data.

Easy to customize, overall, it has ok. reporting.
Audit review is not designed well. You can't PDF a client file for a auditor and doc upload managment is not easy to organize.

I like its overall stability while working multiple tabs simultaneously. Using the Apricot as a database, case notes, and case management in daily basis, often I open 20+ tabs and it just works fine.
I like the simple graphic design, and wording made this software self-explanatory. I believe anyone can learn it without a training.
"Archival Access" I don't see anything major that I dislike. It will make an excellent+ product if they add an option of "Record Edit Request" at least not to involve Admin privileges, just to request a "change to the records option" that way, the admin approve to deny the change will be an option.

Information is easily located; it's user friendly and contains the data needed to make my job easier.

Overall, I would highly recommend Bonterra Case Management. It has helped our agency move to a paperless system which adds access and organization benefits. There has been a significant increase in productivity since using this platform.
I like the ease of use and ability to customize dashboard forms. An added benefit is the ability to access from any browser.
I least like the class schedule input. To create a new class and add participants seems tedious.

Worst customer service experience of a lifetime, Apricot routinely asking for more $$ and more time to deliver promised items, will likely terminate before ever actually exiting the development stage. Customized reporting we've paid for is a mess and we're nearly 6 mos into a 3-4 month expected roll-out period and our onboarding rep is not responsive to mu org's needs, unless we agree to pay more for already co ered items.
All of the features are why we purchased
Worst Customer Service of a Lifetime and incompetent onboarding staff making it literally impossible to start using.

I do a lot of data input, and I find the system works well and is very intuitive.
Ease of use. Ease of access to recorded data.
Sometimes the response is slow. I don't know if it's your system or our internet connection.

I liked that you were able to create new daily logs for the students from the page where you input the data for their logs.
We should have been able to find the students more easily rather than having to search their name every time we wanted to access their page. It would have been far easier to have a "bookmark" section wherein we could keep a convenient list of our students for ease of access.

Bumpy but interesting in the beginning. It's smooth sailing now.
Apricot is easier to use now that it has been upgraded to allow less time to fill out the boxes.

Once I got over the hurdle of a new case management system, I found it relatively easy to move around from patient to patient.
Relatively easy to navigate after I took the time to move around the platform.
Doesn't have a search bar. This would be helpful when looking for a specific item such as January 2024 Individual Note.

This software is easy to use and can gather great information for reporting. Real-time updates across the platform. Cloud access anywhere!
It is expensive and can be confusing to make changes. Reporting is great, but filters can be limiting at times, and not being able to filter a single input in 2 different ways is challenging at times.

An excellent system.
Apricot provides the Merced Rescue Mission with a data base that helps us track the progress and outcomes of every participant in our variety of programs. Apricot also tracks our donor giving. Apricot is a flexible system that meets all our needs for compliance and also is HIPPA compliant.
Apricot is an extremely versatile system and we find no negatives.

My understanding is that it captures data for grant reporting purposes. Please also see my first comments in the first box above.
I get sufficient heads-up with what is going on with a case/client.
Sometimes it is slow - noticeable in the early evening (some may still be working until 12 midnight) If there is "downtime" it should start. if possible, midnight and end about 5 a.m.

I would like more access to creating and maintaining reports. Some features I can not change but I have to call social solution to make changes.

Bonterra Case Management has been great to work with. They are always available to help us with questions and fix any issues right away.
We love how organized they keep our cases and clients. I couldn't imagine how we would keep everything in such great order without this system.
My biggest con is that I am not able to customize my home page and have my cases on that.

The opportunity to work with a talented team, the challenge of taking on new responsibilities or the chance to make a positive impact on the company or its customers.
If you like a challenge are good at planning and can think outside the box then case management can be a very rewarding career move, I would recommend being a case manager.
The least thing I liked was the freezing at times of the soft ware. Then we would have to wait for IT to fix the technical difficulties. other that that I have nothing bad to say about the software
